柔性路面结构设计的动力安定下限理论与分析方法

为研究长期交通荷载作用下柔性路面路基的力学响应与服役性能,回顾了安定理论在柔性路面路基设计过程中的研究现状、存在问题及前沿进展,阐释了经典上限、下限动力安定理论的基本原理及其在交通岩土工程领域的应用与发展现状,阐述了下限安定的判别准则与数值分析方法;结合人工边界-动力有限元案例揭示了交通移动荷载作用下路面-路基系统的动力响应,讨论了材料横观各向同性、轮-路摩擦等因素对道路结构动力安定性的影响规律。分析结果表明:交通荷载作用下道路结构的动力效应对安定极限有重要影响,下限安定极限水平随车辆移动速度的增大而降低,当移动速度增至结构体系的Rayleigh波速时,道路结构体系的安定极限降至最低;路基材料力学属性与各向异性程度、轮-路摩擦因数等因素对柔性道路结构的下限动力安定极限也有重要影响;道路结构体系的下限动力安定极限随结构上层与下层弹性模量比的增加先增大后减小;对应最大安定极限的最优模量比表明安定极限临界位置从下层路基向上层路面的转变;考虑水平向摩擦时,轮-路摩擦因数的增大会明显降低结构的动力安定极限,同时减弱荷载移动速度对道路结构动力效应的影响。

Preserving the functionality of hepatocytes in vitro poses a significant challenge in liver tissue engineering and bioartificial liver,as these cells rapidly lose their metabolic and functional characteristics after *** by the macroporous structures found in native liver tissues,here we develop synthetic hydrogel scaffolds that closely mimic the liver’s structural organization through the phase separation between polyethylene glycol(PEG)and *** hydrogels exhibit interconnected macroporous structures and appropriate mechanical properties,providing an optimal microenvironment conducive to hepatocyte adhesion and the formation of sizable *** to two-dimensional hepatocyte cultures,enhanced functionalities of hepatocytes cultured in our macroporous hydrogels were observed for 14 days,as evidenced by quantitative reverse-transcription–polymerase chain reactions(qRT-PCR),immunofluorescence,and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)*** sequencing data further confirmed the establishment of cell–cell interactions among hepatocytes when cultured in our ***,these hepatocytes maintained a protein expression lineage that closely resembled freshly isolated hepatocytes,particularly in the Notch and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)signaling *** results suggest that the macroporous hydrogels are attractive scaffolds for liver tissue engineering.

This study presents a new method to solve the difficult problem of precise machining a non-cylinder pinhole of a piston using embedded giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) in the component. We propose the finite element model of GMM smart component in electric, magnetic, and mechanical fields by step computation to optimize the design of GMM smart com-ponent. The proposed model is implemented by using COMSOL multi-physics V3.2a. The effects of the smart component on the deformation and the system resonance frequencies are studied. The results calculated by the model are in excellent agreement (relative errors are below 10%) with the experimental values.

Small mutations in the core promoter region of a gene may result in substantial changes in expression ***,targeting TA-rich sequences of core promoters may pose a challenge for Cas9 variants such as SpCas9 and other G-rich PAM-compatible *** this study,we engineered a unique FrCas9 system derived from Faecalibaculum rodentium for plant genome *** findings indicate that this system is efficient in rice when the TATA sequence is used as a *** addition,FrCas9 demonstrated activity against all 16 possible NNTA PAMs,achieving an efficiency of up to 35.3%in calli and generating homozygous or biallelic mutations in 31.3%of the T_(0)transgenic plants.A proof-ofconcept experiment to examine editing of the rice WX core promoter confirmed that FrCas9-induced mutations could modify gene expression and amylose *** mutations and deletions were produced by bidirectional editing,mediated by FrCas9,using a single palindromic TATA sequence as a ***,we developed FrCas9-derived base editors capable of programmable conversion between AT and GC pairs in *** study highlights a versatile FrCas9 toolset for plant core promoter editing,offering great potential for the fine-tuning of gene expression and creating of new germplasms.

Toughening the petroleum-based epoxy resin blends with bio-based modifiers without compromising their modulus,mechanical strength,and other properties is still a big challenge in view of the *** this study,a bio-based liquid crystal epoxy resin(THMT-E P)with an s-triazine ring structure was utilized to modify a petroleum-based bisphenol A epoxy resin(E51)with 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone(DDS)as a curing agent,and the blended systems were evaluated for their thermal stability,mechanical properties,and flame *** results showed that the impact strength of the blended system initially increased and then decreased with the increase in THMT-EP content,and it reached the a maximum value of 26.5 kJ/m^(2)when the THMT-EP content was 5%,which was 31.2%higher than that of E51/***,the flexural strength,modulus,and glass transition tem perature of the blended system were all simultaneously improved with the addition of *** the same time,the addition of THMT-EP enhanced the flame retardancy of the system by increasing the char yield at 700℃and decreasing the peak heat release rate and total heat release *** work paves the way for a more sustainable improvement in the comprehensive performance of epoxy resin.

With the spread use of the computers, a new crime space and method are presented for criminals. Thus computer evidence plays a key part in criminal cases. Traditional computer evidence searches require that the computer specialists know what is stored in the given computer. Binary-based information flow tracking which concerns the changes of control flow is an effective way to analyze the behavior of a program. The existing systems ignore the modifications of the data flow, which may be also a malicious behavior. Thus the function recognition is introduced to improve the information flow tracking. Function recognition is a helpful technique recognizing the function body from the software binary to analyze the binary code. And that no false positive and no false negative in our experiments strongly proves that our approach is effective.

Prediction of shelled shrimp weight by machine vision

The weight of shelled shrimp is an important parameter for grading *** weight prediction of shelled shrimp by contour area is not accurate enough because of the ignorance of the shrimp *** this paper,a multivariate prediction model containing area,perimeter,length,and width was established.A new calibration algorithm for extracting length of shelled shrimp was proposed,which contains binary image thinning,branch recognition and elimination,and length reconstruction,while its width was calculated during the process of length *** model was further validated with another set of images from 30 shelled *** a comparison purpose,artificial neural network(ANN) was used for the shrimp weight *** ANN model resulted in a better prediction accuracy(with the average relative error at 2.67%),but took a tenfold increase in calculation time compared with the weight-area-perimeter(WAP) model(with the average relative error at 3.02%).We thus conclude that the WAP model is a better method for the prediction of the weight of shelled red shrimp.

B2 FeA1 intermetallic compounds modified with reactive elements （REs） including Sc and Y were fabricated by vacuum arc-melting, and the isothermal oxidation behavior of the RE-doped alloys at 1373 K was investigated. Both Sc and Y single-doping significantly decrease the alumina film growth rate of the alloys. The alumina film growth rate of Sc＋ Y co-doped alloy even further reduces compared to that of the Sc and Y single-doped alloys. The synergistic effect produced by Sc＋ Y codoping on the growth behavior of alumina was discussed. It could be anticipated that the combined additions of Sc and Y which have matched chemical properties might decrease the alumina film growth rate more effectively and provide FeA1 alloys with enhanced oxidation resistance.
