It was proved numerically that the Domain Decomposition Method CDDM) with one layer overlapping grids is identical to the block iterative method of linear algebra equations. The results obtained by using DDM could be in reasonable agreement with the results of full-domain simulation. With the three dimensional solver developed by the authors, the flow field in a pipe was simulated by using the full-domain DDM with one layer overlapping grids and with patched grids respectively. Both of the two cases led to the convergent solution. Further research shows the superiority of the DDM with one layer overlapping grids to the DDM with patched grids. A comparison between the numerical results obtained by the authors and the experimental results given by Enayet[3] shows that the numerical results are reasonable.

Molecular dynamics simulation has been performed to simulate the interaction between PESA and the （001） face of anhydrite crystal CaSO4 at different temperatures with the presence of various number of H2O molecules. The results show that PESA can effectively prevent the growth of CaSO4 scale at 323-343 K. At the same temperature, the binding energy between PESA and the （001） face of CaSO4 for systems with various number of H2O has the order of E-bind（OH2O）〉Ebind（200-400H2O）〉E, bind（lOOH2O）. For the same system at different temperatures the binding energies are close and are mainly contributed from the Coulomb interaction, including ionic bonds. The bonds are formed between the calcium atoms of anhydrite scale crystal and the Hydrogen bonds are formed between the O oxygen atoms of the carboxyl group of PESA. atoms of the carboxyl group of PESA and the H atoms of H2O. van der Waals interaction is conducive to the stability of the system of PESA, H2O, and CaSO4. The radial distribution functions of O（carbonyl of PESA）-H（H2O）, O（CaSO4）-H（H2O）, and O（CaSO4）-H（PESA） imply that solvents have effects on the anti-scale performance of PESA to CaSO4.

PA and PA/MoS2 composite coatings were prepared by flame-spraying. The thermal properties, crystallinity, microstructure and tribological properties were investigated with Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and MM-200 model wear tester. Temperature influences the final morphological structure of the coatings. Tribological experiment results indicate that the MoS2 filled PA coating has different wear resistance compared with the PA coating without MoS2 filler. A high content of MoS2 decreases the hardness of composite coating and enhances the wear rate. The 1 %-3% content of MoS2 has advantages to the tribological ProPerties of PA composite coatings.

Graphene is an ideal reinforcing phase for a high-performance composite filler,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for improving the wettability and reliability of the ***,the poor adsorption characteristics between graphene and the silver base filler significantly affect the application of graphene filler in the brazing *** is a great challenge to improve the adsorption characteristics between a graphene and silver base *** solve this issue,the adsorption characteristic between graphene and silver was studied with first principle *** effects of Ga,Mo,and W on the adsorption properties of graphene were *** are three possible adsorbed sites,the hollow site(H),the bridge site(B),and the top site(T).Based on this research,the top site is the most preferentially adsorbed site for Ag atoms,and there is a strong interaction between graphene and Ag *** element doping enhances local hybridization between C or metal atoms and ***,compared with other doped structures(Ga and Mo),W atom doping is the most stable adsorption structure and can also improve effective adsorption characteristic performance between graphene and Ag.

In this study,a linkage genetic map was constructed using a F2 population derived from a cross between a elite maize inbred,B73,and its progenitor,Teosinte（*** ***）,through 205 simple sequence repeat（SSR） markers and one morphological *** Mapmaker 3.0,polymorphic markers were clustered into 10 groups,covering 10 chromosomes of maizexteosinte,with a total length of 2 002.4 cM and an average interval of 9.7 *** errors were detected using R/QTL（LOD=2.0） in 109 markers referring to 176 individuals,distributed across all 10 chromosomes with a ratio 1.2%.Projected error loci were re-run and 304 out of the 460 were confirmed as errors and replaced.A new linkage map was constructed,in which markers maintained the same order but the total map length decreased to 1 947.8 cM,with an average interval of 9.4 cM between *** total,25.2%（P0.05） markers were identified to have segregation distortion,in which 34.6% deviated towards the pollination parent（B73）,30.8% deviated towards Teosinte,32.7% deviated towards heterozygote and 1.9% deviated towards both *** map was also compared with published maizexteosinte and maize IBM map.

Obtaining small carbides is crucial but difficult for high-speed steels.A new approach for refining carbide dimensions in M42 super hard high-speed steel by increasing cooling rate and spheroidizing treatment was *** morphologies and properties of eutectic carbides formed at different cooling rates were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,energy dispersive spectroscopy（EDS）,X-ray diffraction（XRD）,transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,electron back-scattered diffraction（EBSD）and differential scanning calorimeter（DSC）.The results show that eutectic carbides change from a lamellar shape into a curved-rod shape as cooling rate *** different morphologies,the two carbides are both of M2C type with a hexagonal close-packed structure and display a single crystal orientation in one eutectic *** morphology of M2C mainly depends on the growing process of eutectic carbides,which is strongly influenced by cooling *** with lamellar carbides,M2C carbides with curved-rod shapes are less stable,and decompose into M6 C and MC at lower *** are more inclined to spheroidize during heating,which ultimately and distinguishably refines the carbide *** small carbides are much easier to dissolve into matrices during austenization,the process described herein improves the supersaturation of alloying elements in martensite,which leads to an increment of hardness in M42 steel.

CD36 is a highly glycosylated integral membrane protein that belongs to the scavenger receptor class B family and regulates the pathological progress of metabolic ***36 was recently found to be widely expressed in various cell types in the nervous system,including endothelial cells,pericytes,astrocytes,and ***36 mediates a number of regulatory processes,such as endothelial dysfunction,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,and inflammatory responses,which are involved in many central nervous system diseases,such as stroke,Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,and spinal cord ***36 antagonists can suppress CD36 expression or prevent CD36 binding to its ligand,thereby achieving inhibition of CD36-mediated pathways or ***,we reviewed the mechanisms of action of CD36 antagonists,such as Salvianolic acid B,tanshinone IIA,curcumin,sulfosuccinimidyl oleate,antioxidants,and small-molecule ***,we predicted the structures of binding sites between CD36 and *** sites can provide targets for more efficient and safer CD36 antagonists for the treatment of central nervous system diseases.

Parameter design for a vibration absorber with time-delayed feedback control

Traditional passive vibration absorbers are effective only when their natural frequencies are close to those of the excitations. To solve this problem, a vibration absorber with time-delayed feedback control is proposed to suppress vibration of the primary system under excitation with changing frequency. Firstly, the mechanical model of the delay coupled system is established. Then, the displacement transfer ratio of the system is obtained. The stability of the system is analyzed since delay may result in destabilization. Next, in order to design the control parameters, the vibration absorption performances of the proposed time-delayed vibration absorber are studied. The vibration absorption region is shown. The results show that time-delayed feedback control is able to change the response of the system. The effective vibration absorption frequency band is adjustable by tuning the control gain and time delay. The effective frequency band can be widened when choosing appropriate control parameters. The vibration absorption performances can be greatly improved by the time-delayed absorber. In addition, the optimum control parameters are obtained. Finally, the experimental prototype is constructed. Several tests with different control parameters are taken. The experimental and analytical results match quite well.

This work aims to research the effects on the early responses of the air-backed plate subjected to the loading generated by the underwater explosion with aluminized *** loading characteristics of underwater explosion for ideal explosive(TNT),aluminized explosives(RS211 and RBUL) are obtained *** tested aluminized explosives have different energy output compared with *** on the Taylor plate theory,the early responses of the air-backed steel plate affected by the measured loading is *** analytical results indicate that the pressure curve of the shock wave within 1 time decay constant is the main factor affecting the kick-off velocity of the plate when cavitation *** velocity responses of the plate produced by the loading of RS211 and RBUL are obviously different with that of an equivalent TNT charge,which also indicates validity and suitability should be noticed in the case of substituting TNT for aluminized ***,the uncertainties in the responses of the plate produced by RS211 and RBUL are much larger than TNT.
