Ring-opening suspension polymerization of p-dioxanone（PDO） in supercritical carbon dioxide（scCO_2） was investigated in the presence of poly（caprolactone）-perfluropolyether-poly（caprolactone）（PCL-PFPE-PCL）.The molecular weight,yield and particle morphology of poly（p-dioxanone）（PPDO） were *** stabilizer was effective to stabilize the ring-opening polymerization（ROP） of PDO in scCO_2,leading to the formation of resorbable microparticles in a＂one pot＂*** mean size of PPDO microparticles obtained from suspension polymerizations was sensitive to the rate of agitation and the stabilizer *** method to generate PPDO microparticles has overcome its unprocessable drawback with common organic solvents and provided new product form for biomedical applications.

A novel poly（ethylene glycol）（PEG） analogue composed of aliphatic polyester backbone and pendant oligo（ethylene glycol） short chains is reported. The PEG analogue is a copolymer synthesized by ring-opening alternating copolymerization of succinic anhydride with 2-（（2-（2-metho xyethoxy）ethoxy）methyl）oxirane. The structure of the copolymer was confirmed by ^1H NMR spectrum. The effects of the monomer feed ratio on the copolymerization were studied and the polymerization mechanism was given. The PEG analogue disclosed is water-soluble and expected to have promising applications in biomedical fields as a substitute of PEG due to the existence of degradable ester bond in the backbone.

Poly（d,l-lactide-co-p-dioxanone）（P（LA-co-PDO）） copolymers with different chain microstructures were synthesized by onestep or two-step bulk ring-opening polymerizations of d,l-lactide （LA） and p-dioxanone （PDO） monomers using stannous octoate [Sn（Oct）2]/n-dodecanol as the initiating system. The average sequence lengths of the lactidyl （LLA） and dioxanyl （LpDo） units were calculated from the ^1H NMR spectra. It was found that both LLA and Lpoo values from the two-step syntheses were significantly longer than those from the corresponding one-step syntheses, indicating more blocky structure achieved for the twostep copolymers. Corresponding to this difference in microstructure, the two-step copolymers were semi-crystalline, while the one-step copolymers were completely amorphous. In conclusion, the crystallinity of P（LA-co-PDO） copolymers could be adjusted conveniently to meet specific applications by changing the microstructure of the copolymers via different polymerization routes.

The interfacial instability of the poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based electrolytes impedes the long-term cycling and further application of all-solid-state lithium metal *** this work,we have shown an effective additive 1-adaman-tanecarbonitrile,which con-tributes to the excellent per-formance of the poly(ethylene oxide)-based *** to the strong interaction of the 1-Adamantanecarboni-trile to the polymer matrix and anions,the coordination of the Li^(+)-EO is weakened,and the binding effect of anions is strengthened,thereby improving the Li^(+)conductivity and the electrochemical *** diamond building block on the surface of the lithium anode can sup-press the growth of lithium ***,the 1-Adamantanecarbonitrile also regulates the formation of LiF in the solid electrolyte interface and cathode electrolyte interface,which contributes to the interfacial stability(especially at high voltages)and protects the electrodes,enabling all-solid-state batteries to cycle at high voltages for long periods of ***,the Li/Li symmetric cell undergoes long-term lithium plating/stripping for more than 2000 h.1-Adamantanecarbonitrile-poly(ethylene oxide)-based LFP/Li and 4.3 V Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)/Li all-solid-state batteries achieved stable cycles for 1000 times,with capacity retention rates reaching 85%and 80%,respectively.

This paper focuses on the adaptive detection of range and Doppler dual-spread targets in non-homogeneous and nonGaussian sea *** sea clutter from two polarimetric channels is modeled as a compound-Gaussian model with different parameters,and the target is modeled as a subspace rangespread target *** persymmetric structure is used to model the clutter covariance matrix,in order to reduce the reliance on secondary data of the designed *** adaptive polarimetric persymmetric detectors are designed based on the generalized likelihood ratio test(GLRT),Rao test,and Wald *** the proposed detectors have constant falsealarm rate property with respect to the clutter texture,the speckle covariance *** results on simulated and measured data show that three adaptive detectors outperform the competitors in different clutter environments,and the proposed GLRT detector has the best detection performance under different parameters.

To explore the kinetic adsorption under continuous and nonequilibrium states, an integration of continuous measurement and adsorption platform kinetics method was proposed, which was initially called the ICM-AP kinetics method, and a corresponding kinetic adsorption experimental method was developed. Adsorption experiments of europium(Eu) on Ca-bentonite,Na-bentonite, and the D231 cation exchange resin were performed using the ICM-AP kinetics method and continuous measurements. Because the kinetic experimental results observed in this study were different from those of traditional batch adsorption data, pseudo-first-order or pseudo-second-order kinetic models were unsuitable for fitting the experimental ***, a liquid membrane diffusion(LMD) model was developed based on the assumption of simultaneous adsorption/desorption to discuss the mechanism of kinetic adsorption. The kinetic adsorption mechanism was also studied by using *** results indicated that the proposed adsorption model can fit the experimental data more suitably, and the adsorption/desorption behaviors of Eu on bentonite and the D231 resin were simultaneously observed, suggesting that the adsorption kinetics of Eu(Ⅲ) was mainly dominated by hydrated Eu(Ⅲ) ions on the liquid membrane.

Federated learning ensures data privacy and security by sharing models among multiple computing nodes instead of plaintext ***,there is still a potential risk of privacy leakage,for example,attackers can obtain the original data through model inference ***,safeguarding the privacy of model parameters becomes *** proposed solution involves incorporating homomorphic encryption algorithms into the federated learning ***,the existing federated learning privacy protection scheme based on homomorphic encryption will greatly reduce the efficiency and robustness when there are performance differences between parties or abnormal *** solve the above problems,this paper proposes a privacy protection scheme named Federated Learning-Elastic Averaging Stochastic Gradient Descent(FL-EASGD)based on a fully homomorphic encryption ***,this paper introduces the homomorphic encryption algorithm into the FL-EASGD scheme to preventmodel plaintext leakage and realize privacy security in the process ofmodel ***,this paper designs a robust model aggregation algorithm by adding time variables and constraint coefficients,which ensures the accuracy of model prediction while solving performance differences such as computation speed and node anomalies such as downtime of each *** addition,the scheme in this paper preserves the independent exploration of the local model by the nodes of each party,making the model more applicable to the local data ***,experimental analysis shows that when there are abnormalities in the participants,the efficiency and accuracy of the whole protocol are not significantly affected.

Ocean waves and Stokes drift are generated by *** study investigated the characteristics of ocean waves and wave-induced Stokes drift and their effects during Typhoon Mangkhut using European Centre for MediumRange Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)ERA5 datasets and observational *** results revealed that the typhoon generated intense cyclones and huge typhoon waves with a maximum wind speed of 45 m/s,a minimum pressure of955 h Pa,and a maximum significant wave height of 12 *** Stokes drift caused by typhoon waves exceeded 0.6m/s,the Stokes depth scale exceeded 18 m,and the maximum Stokes transport reached 6 m^(2)/*** spatial distribution of 10-m wind speed,typhoon wave height,Stokes drift,Stokes depth,and Stokes transport during the typhoon was highly correlated with the typhoon *** distribution along the typhoon track showed significant zonal asymmetry,with greater intensity on the right side of the typhoon track than on the left *** findings provide important insights into the impact of typhoons on ocean waves and Stokes drift,thus improving our understanding of the interactions between typhoons and the ocean *** study also investigated the contribution of Stokes transport to the total net transport during typhoons using Ekman-Stokes Numbers as a comparative *** results indicated that the ratio of Stokes transport to the total net transport reached up to 50%within the typhoon radius,while it was approximately 30%outside the *** Stokes transport induced by typhoon waves led to divergence in the transport direction,which resulted in upwelling of the lower ocean as a compensation ***,Stokes transport played a crucial role in the vertical mixing of the ocean during *** findings suggested that Stokes transport should be paid more attention to,particularly in high latitude ocean regions,where strong winds can amplify its effects.
