The waypoints trajectory-tracking problem for Unmanned Surface Vehicle with environment disturbance is *** upper-triangle and diagonal matrix decomposition method of Unscented Kalman Filter（UD-UKF） for the environment noise is proposed.A nonlinear error system is derived based on the nonholonomic constraints equations and UD-UKF based finite-time tracking control algorithm for the nonlinear error system is *** we design a finite-time tracking control law to make the initial angle error states of the error system to drive towards a known sliding boundary layer in *** the estimated states using UD-UKF are used to construct a feedback control law in order to achieve finite-time stabilization for heading angle error states;meanwhile the estimated states of the position error for the reduced-order system are adopted to design a state feedback control law in order to achieve the finite time stabilization for position error ***,the effectiveness of control strategies is verified by numerical simulations and comparison results.

Physical model experiments on sandbar migration are widely conducted in the wave flume to reveal its hydro-sediment dynamic *** an appropriate scale relation is an important part of designing a laboratory ***,evaluating the scale effect is complicated since it is impractical to design wave flume experiments based on strict geometry scales derived from the prototype beach or other laboratory ***,a process-based numerical model is used to test the Dean and Shields similitudes by comparing sandbar migration and sediment transport in different undistorted model scales using natural *** numerical model provides excellent predictions for both offshore sandbar migration on a real-world beach and onshore sandbar migration in the wave *** with previous studies,sandbar offshore migration and suspended sediment transport are similar when the Dean similitude is *** onshore migration and bedload transport can be well reproduced only if the Shields similitude is *** previous laboratory experiments of sandbar migration generally used the Dean similitude,it is found that the Shields similitude is effective and indispensable for modelling sandbar onshore migration,which will be underestimated if the Dean similitude is only *** scale relation cannot be used simultaneously for modelling both onshore and offshore sandbar migration in physical models.

AIM：To determine the dominant predictive factors of postoperative visual recovery for patients with pituitary ***：Pub Med,Google Scholar,Web of Science and Cochrane Library were searched for relevant human studies,which investigated the prediction of the postoperative visual recovery of patients with pituitary adenoma,from January2000 to May ***-analyses were performed on the primary *** the related data were extracted by two independent investigators,pooled weighted mean difference（WMD）and odds ratio（OR）with 95%confidence interval（CI）were estimated using a random-effects or a fixed-effects ***：Nineteen studies were included in the literature review,and nine trials were included in the Metaanalysis,which comprised 530 patients（975 eyes）with pituitary *** the primary outcomes,there was a significant difference between preoperative and postoperative mean deviation（MD）values of the visual field（WMD-5.85;95%CI：-8.19 to-3.51;P〈0.00001）.Predictivecharacteristics of four factors were revealed in this Metaanalysis by assigning the patients to sufficient and insufficient groups according to postoperative visual field improvements,including preoperative visual field defect（WMD 10.09;95%CI：6.17 to 14.02;P〈0.00001）,patient age（WMD-12.32;95%CI：-18.42 to-6.22;P〈0.0001）,symptom duration（WMD-5.04;95%CI：-9.71 to-0.37;P=0.03）,and preoperative peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer（p RNFL）thickness（OR 0.1;95%CI：0.04 to 0.23;P〈0.00001）.CONCLUSION：Preoperative visual field defect,symptom duration,patient age,and preoperative p RNFL thickness are the dominant predictive factors of the postoperative recovery of the visual field for patients with pituitary adenoma.

Trimethylated histone H3 lysine 27(H3 K27 me3)is a repressive histone marker that regulates a variety of developmental processes,including those that determine flowering ***,relatively little is known about the mechanism of how H3 K27 me3 is recognized to regulate ***,we identified BAH domain-containing transcriptional regulator 1(BDT1)as an H3 K27 me3 ***1 is responsible for preventing flowering by suppressing the expression of flowering *** of the H3 K27 me3 recognition sites in the BAH domain disrupted the binding of BDT1 to H3 K27 me3,leading to de-repression of H3 K27 me3-enriched flowering genes and an earlyflowering *** also found that BDT1 interacts with a family of PHD finger-containing proteins,which we named PHD1–6,and with CPL2,a Pol II carboxyl terminal domain(CTD)phosphatase responsible for transcriptional ***-down assays showed that the PHD finger-containing proteins can enhance the binding of BDT1 to the H3 K27 me3 *** in all of the PHD genes caused increased expression of flowering genes and an earlyflowering *** study suggests that the binding of BDT1 to the H3 K27 me3 peptide,which is enhanced by PHD proteins,is critical for preventing early flowering.

DEAR EDITOR,Previous work based on molecular evidence has shown that most socially monogamous birds follow a genetic polyandrous mating ***,our knowledge about avian mating systems is heavily biased toward the north temperate zone,with data on tropical birds remaining relatively *** uneven distribution of both phylogenetic and spatial sampling has hampered our understanding and interpretation of *** this study,we investigated the frequency of extra-pair paternity(EPP)in a tropical population of yellow-bellied prinias(Prinia flaviventris)in Guangxi,southern China.A total of 129 individuals belonging to 24 nests were sampled,among which 12 out of 83 chicks(14.46%)in seven nests were found to be EPP *** nests in which all nestlings were sampled,only five out of 56 chicks were EPP offspring,accounting for an unbiased EPP rate of 8.93%.This rate is below the average rate of EPP in the family *** possible causes of EPP in prinias and the occurrence of EPP in birds with high resource investment and intensive parental care are *** study highlights the value of genome-wide markers in determining relatedness in a wild bird species without a reference genome.

Objective:The present study investigated how mild moxibustion treatment affects the intestinal Microbiome and expression of NLRP3-related immune factors in a rat model of intestinal mucositis(IM)induced with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu).Methods:Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control,chemotherapy,moxibustion and probiotics *** IM rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of *** moxibustion treatment and intragastric probiotic administration were provided once daily for 15 *** morphology,serum levels of inflammatory factors and the expression levels of tight junction proteins,caspase-1,gasdermin D and NLRP3 were evaluated in colon tissue,through hematoxylin and eosin staining,electron microscopy,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,Western blotting,quantitative realtime reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and *** microbiome profiling was conducted through 16 S rRNA amplicon ***:Moxibustion and probiotic treatments significantly increased the expression levels of tight junction proteins,reduced cell apoptosis and the expression levels of caspase-1,gasdermin D and NLRP3;they also decreased the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1βand IL-18,while increasing serum levels of *** and probiotic treatments also corrected the reduction inα-diversity andβ-diversity in IM rats,greatly increased the proportion of the dominant bacterial genus Lactobacillus and reduced the abundance of the genera Roseburia and Escherichia in chemotherapytreated rats to levels observed in healthy *** also found that these dominant genera were firmly correlated with the regulation of pyroptosis-associated proteins and inflammatory ***,moxibustion and probiotic treatments elicited similar effects in regulating intestinal host-microbial homeostasis and the expression of NLRP3 inflammasome-related ***:Moxibustion exerts its therapeutic

We previously demonstrated that overexpression of tropomyosin receptor kinase A(TrkA)promotes the survival and Schwann celllike differentiation of bone marrow stromal stem cells in nerve grafts,thereby enhancing the regeneration and functional recovery of the peripheral *** the present study,we investigated the molecular mechanisms underlying the neuroprotective effects of TrkA in bone marrow stromal stem cells seeded into nerve *** marrow stromal stem cells from Sprague-Dawley rats were infected with recombinant lentivirus vector expressing rat TrkA,TrkA-shRNA or the respective *** cells were then seeded into allogeneic rat acellular nerve allografts for bridging a 1-cm right sciatic nerve ***,8 weeks after surgery,hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that compared with the control groups,the cells and fibers in the TrkA overexpressing group were more densely and uniformly arranged,whereas they were relatively sparse and arranged in a disordered manner in the TrkA-shRNA *** blot assay showed that compared with the control groups,the TrkA overexpressing group had higher expression of the myelin marker,myelin basic protein and the axonal marker neurofilament *** TrkA overexpressing group also had higher levels of various signaling molecules,including TrkA,pTrkA(Tyr490),extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2(Erkl/2),pErk1/2(Thr202/Tyr204),and the anti-apoptotic proteins Bcl-2 and *** contrast,these proteins were downregulated,while the pro-apoptotic factors Bax and Bad were upregulated,in the TrkA-shRNA *** levels of the TrkA effectors Akt and pAkt(Ser473)were not different among the *** results suggest that TrkA enhances the survival and regenerative capacity of bone marrow stromal stem cells through upregulation of the Erk/Bcl-2 *** procedures were approved by the Animal Ethical and Welfare Committee of Shenzhen University,China in December 2014(approval ***-2014-001219).

Background:Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a chronic renal microvascular complication associated with abnormal glucose *** to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis(the name of TCM symptoms,its main clinical features are fatigue,dry mouth,red or pale tongue,weak pulse,etc.)is the primary TCM syndrome of DKD,and Qiming granule(QMG)is suitable for the treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis *** view of this,we designed a randomized controlled trial to assess whether QMG is efficacious and safe in treating DKD ***:This protocol is for a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,parallel group,six-centre clinical trial.A total of 180 participants will be randomized into the QMG group or placebo group,with a 1:1 *** study will last for 50 weeks,including a 2-week run-in period,24 weeks of intervention,and 24 weeks of *** experimental intervention will be QMG,and the control intervention will be a *** primary outcome will be the 24h urinary albumin excretion ratio and the change in the albumin-to-creatinine *** secondary outcome will be evaluation of renal function,fundus changes,management of blood lipids,TCM symptom improvement and safety *** events will be recorded during the ***:This study is a randomized controlled trial to test the effectiveness and safety of QMG for DKD *** findings of this study will help to provide evidence-based recommendations in treating DKD *** registration:Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,*** 23 December 2012.
