Composite ceramic phosphor(CCP)is a candidate light-conversion material to obtain the high-quality laser lighting source.Phosphors based on the transmissive configuration model could not simultaneously meet the requirements of angular color uniformity and high thermal stability.In this study,a novel composite structure ceramic was designed,including Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG layered ceramic with a size of 1 mm×1 mm for lighting,and Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic(φ=16.0 mm)was used as the wrapping material due to its outstanding thermal stability.The prepared ceramics exhibited excellent thermal performance and no yellow ring phenomenon.Through this design,we achieved the match of the intensity distribution of the blue and yellow lights,resulting in a high angular color uniformity of 0.9 with a view angle of±80°.All ceramics showed no luminous saturation phenomenon,even the laser power density was increased up to 47.51 W/mm^(2).A high-brightness white-light source with a luminous flux of 618 lm,a luminous efficiency of 126 lm/W,a CCT of 6615 K,and a CRI of 69.9 was obtained in the transmissive configuration.In particular,the surface temperature of the ceramic was as low as 74.1℃ under a high laser radiation(47.51 W/mm^(2)).These results indicate that Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG composite structure ceramic is a promising luminescent material in the high-power laser lighting applications.

To address the threat of harmful vibrations of semisubmersible floating offshore wind turbine（FOWT）in complex deep-sea environments to the safety and durability，a design of distributed tuned mass dampers（TMDs）is proposed to control the plat‑ form pitch motion under the randomly combined wind and wave excitations，in combination with the geometric structure of the 5MW prototype of NREL in the United States. The distributed TMDs are installed inside the platform to form an equilateral trian‑ gle arrangement. To better describe the performance of the distributed TMDs on the semisubmersible FOWT，a 9-degree-of-free‑ dom multi-body dynamics model is proposed and established for the coupled semisubmersible FOWT-TMDs system based on La‑ grange's equation and the modal superposition method. Based on the H∞ algorithm，whose optimization objective is the peak value of the frequency response function of platform pitch motion，the parameters of the distributed TMDs are optimally designed，where the coupling relationship between multiple TMDs is considered. The numerical simulation of the coupled FOWT-TMDs system under the combined wind and wave excitations is carried out to analyze the performance of the distributed TMDs on the platform pitch response of the wind turbine. The results show that the distributed TMDs with optimal design has good damping performance on the platform pitch motion of the semisubmersible FOWT. Under random wind and wave loads in three different working condi‑ tions，the peak and standard deviation vibration reduction rates of the power spectral density curve near the natural frequency of platform pitch can reach more than 39% and 52%，respectively. The research method and results can provide reference for dynam‑ ic analysis and vibration control design of large semisubmersible FOWT. © 2024 Nanjing University of Aeronautics an Astronautics. Sparse representation-based classification(SRC) has been widely used because it just relies on simple linear regression ideas to do classification, and it does not need learning. However, the performance of SRC is limited by needing sufficient labeled samples per class and the sensitivity to class imbalance. For tackling these problems, an improved SRC model is constructed in this paper. For alleviating the problem of insufficient labeled samples, an unlabeled data-driven inverse projection sparse representation-based classification model is constructed to achieve effective and stable representation and recognition results. The L1/2 and S1/2 regularizations are introduced to capture the sparsity of 1-D and 2-D, and to make the model have good statistical properties. Moreover, the cost-sensitive strategy is integrated into the model’s classification criteria to improve the imbalance of class distribution adaptively, especially for multiclass imbalanced data.A solver utilizing the mixed Gauss-Seidel and Jacobian ADMM algorithm is developed to obtain the approximate solution. Experiments on common public test databases show that the proposed model achieves competitive results compared with the latest published results and some deep-learning algorithms.

Iron isotope fractionation during fenitization:a case study of carbonatite dykes from Bayan Obo,Inner Mongolia,China

As a powerful tracer in high-temperature geochemistry,Fe isotopes have been studied for their behaviour during fl uid exsolution and evolution related to felsic magma system,but that for carbonatite magma system remains unknown.Here we study the Fe isotope fractionation behaviour during fenitization–processes that widely occur associated with carbonatite or alkaline intrusions.Nine fenite/carbonatite samples from carbonatite dykes at Bayan Obo area are analyzed for their Fe isotope compositions as well as elemental compositions.Combined with previous reported carbonatite δ^(56)Fe data,the results show that carbonatites range from-0.35‰to 0.28‰,with an average of-0.10‰in δ^(56)Fe values,while fenites range from-0.17‰to 0.30‰,with an average of 0.11‰in δ^(56)Fe values.This indicates that fenitizing fl uids exsolved from carbonatite melts are enriched in heavier Fe isotopes.Such a Fe isotope fractionation trend is diff erent from that for fl uid exsolution from felsic magmatism.δ^(56)Fe values in fenites are negatively correlated with indicators of fenitization intensity such as(Na+K),Ti,Ba,Th,Nb,U or Pb abundances,likely refl ecting that Fe isotopes fractionate during the evolution of the fenitizing fl uids.Thus,Fe isotopes are a valuable tool for tracing fl uid exsolution and evolution relevant to carbonatite magmatism and related metal mineralization.

Data-driven surrogate models that assist with efficient evolutionary algorithms to find the optimal development scheme have been widely used to solve reservoir production optimization problems.However,existing research suggests that the effectiveness of a surrogate model can vary depending on the complexity of the design problem.A surrogate model that has demonstrated success in one scenario may not perform as well in others.In the absence of prior knowledge,finding a promising surrogate model that performs well for an unknown reservoir is challenging.Moreover,the optimization process often relies on a single evolutionary algorithm,which can yield varying results across different cases.To address these limitations,this paper introduces a novel approach called the multi-surrogate framework with an adaptive selection mechanism(MSFASM)to tackle production optimization problems.MSFASM consists of two stages.In the first stage,a reduced-dimensional broad learning system(BLS)is used to adaptively select the evolutionary algorithm with the best performance during the current optimization period.In the second stage,the multi-objective algorithm,non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II),is used as an optimizer to find a set of Pareto solutions with good performance on multiple surrogate models.A novel optimal point criterion is utilized in this stage to select the Pareto solutions,thereby obtaining the desired development schemes without increasing the computational load of the numerical simulator.The two stages are combined using sequential transfer learning.From the two most important perspectives of an evolutionary algorithm and a surrogate model,the proposed method improves adaptability to optimization problems of various reservoir types.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,four 100-dimensional benchmark functions and two reservoir models are tested,and the results are compared with those obtained by six other surrogate-model-based methods.The results demonstrate that our approach can obtain th

CO_(2)hydrogenation has been considered to be a highly promising route for the production of high-value olefins(HVOs)while also mitigating CO_(2)emissions.However,it is challenging to achieve high selectivity and maintain stable performance for HVOs(ethylene,propylene,and linear a-olefins)over a prolonged reaction time due to the difficulty in precise control of carbon coupling and rapid catalyst deactivation.Herein,we present a selective Ba and Na co-modified Fe catalyst enriched with Fe_(5)C_(2)and Fe_(3)C active sites that can boost HVO synthesis with up to 66.1%selectivity at an average CO_(2)conversion of 38%for over 500 h.Compared to traditional NaFe catalyst,the combined effect of Ba and Na additives in the NaBaFe-0.5 catalyst suppressed excess oxidation of FeCxsites by H_(2)O.The absence of Fe3O4phase in the spent NaBaFe-0.5 catalyst reflects the stabilization effect of the co-modifiers on the FeCxsites.This study provides a strategy to design Fe-based catalysts that can be scaled up for the stable synthesis of HVOs from CO_(2)hydrogenation.

To the Editor:Amyloidosis is caused by the extracellular deposition of insoluble beta-pleated protein fibrils in tissues and is classified according to the constituent proteins.The cause of amyloidosis can be traced to more than 30 kinds of malfolded proteins,and accurate amyloid typing is crucial for appropriate therapy.[1]The pathological diagnosis is confirmed with positive Congo red(CR)staining under a light microscope and 7 to 12 nm branching fibrils under an electron microscope.Further identification of some amyloid precursor proteins can resort to immunofluorescence(IF)and immunochemistry(IHC);however,the accuracy depends on the selected antibodies to a large extent.Laser microdissection coupled with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LMD/MS)can identify these proteins without the restriction of IF and IHC,although exquisite equipment and skilled specialists are required.[2]This study aimed to establish LMD/MS analysis of renal biopsy tissue and compare it with IHC on diagnostic sensitivity.

BACKGROUND Rectus abdominis separation(DRA)affects pelvic stability and body image.No studies have explored the effects of manual massage on early postpartum DRA and postpartum depression.AIM To analyze the curative effect of massage on early postpartum DRA and its impact on postpartum depression and thus its ability promote the overall psychosomatic rehabilitation of postpartum women.METHODS Data were retrospectively collected on 70 primiparous women with postpartum DRA who underwent rehabilitation at the Postpartum Rehabilitation Center of Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023.The patients were divided into the Group S(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment)and Group L(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with manual massage treatment).Baseline data,the edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score,and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores for rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and lower back pain before and after treatment were compared.RESULTS No significant differences were found in the baseline data,rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and VAS and EPDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the distance between rectus abdominis and waist circumference in Group L were significantly smaller than those in Group S(P<0.05).Furthermore,lower back pain(VAS score)and the EPDS score in Group L were significantly lower than those in Group S(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Manual massage can significantly reduce early postpartum DRA,waist circumference,and back pain and improve the patient’s mental state and postpartum depression.

Spinel oxide(NiCo_(2)O_(4))has demonstrated great potential to replace noble metal catalysts for the oxidation reaction of air pollutants.To further boost the oxidation ability of such catalysts,in this study,a facile surface-engineering strategy wherein NiCo_(2)O_(4) was treated with different alkali solvents was developed.The obtained catalyst(NiCo_(2)O_(4)-OH)showed a higher surface alkalinity and more surface defects compared to the pristine spinel oxide,including enhanced structural distortion as well as promoted oxygen vacancies.The propane oxidation ability of NiCo_(2)O_(4)-OH was greatly enhanced,with a propane conversion rate that was approximately 6.4 times higher than that of pristine NiCo_(2)O_(4) at a reaction temperature 193℃.This work sets a valuable paradigm for the surface modulation of spinel oxide via alkali treatment to ensure a high-performance oxidation catalyst.
