The surface pressure-area isotherms of bilirubin (BR) monolayers at an air-water interface on subphases with and without metal ions were investigated. The formation of BR-metal complexes leads to changes in the shape of isotherms of BR and changes in UV-visible absorption spectra of the monolayer assemblies. In XPS spectra new XPS peaks assigned to the metal ions containing subphases appeared. Low-angle X-ray diffraction indicates this Y-type LB films of MBR were formed with bilayer spacing of ca. 2.1 nm.

Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of foot baths with Tangbi Waixi Decoction(TW)in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:It is a multicenter double-blinded randomized controlled *** with DPN were recruited between November 18,2.16 and May 30,2.18 from 8 hospitals in *** patients received basic treatments for glycemic *** received foot baths with TW herbal granules either 66.9 g(intervention group)or 6.69 g(control group)for 30 min once a day for 2.weeks and followed by a 2.week rest,as a therapeutic *** the Toronto Clinical Scoring System total score(TCSS-TS)6 points,the patients received a total of 3 therapeutic courses(for 12.weeks)and were followed up for 12.*** primary outcome was change in TCSS-TS score at 12.and 2. *** outcomes included changes in bilateral motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the median and common peroneal *** was also ***:Totally 632.patients were enrolled,and 317 and 315 were randomized to the intervention and control groups,*** the 12.week intervention,patients in both groups showed significant declines in TCSSTS scores,and significant increases in MNCV and SNCV of the median and common peroneal nerves compared with pre-treatment(P2.weeks and the increase of SNCV of median nerve at 2. weeks in the control group were greater than those in the intervention group(P0.05),and no serious adverse event was related with ***:Treatment of TW foot baths was safe and significantly benefitted patients with DPN.A low dose of TW appeared to be more effective than a high dose.(Registry *** CTR-IOR-16009331)

The ring patterns of calcium oxalate crystals were induced by domains in Langmuir-Blodgett （LB） films of dipalmitoylpho- sphatidylcboline （DPPC）. The result was explained by the defects at the ring boundaries of liquid condensed （LC） and liquid expanded （LE） phases of LB film. These boundaries could provide less free energy and much more nucleating sites for COM crystals.

The influence of sulfated polysaccharide （SPS） isolated from marine algae Sargassum fusiforme on the morphology and phase compositions of urinary crystal calcium oxalate was investigated in vitro by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. SPS maybe is a potential inhibitor to CaOxa urinary stones by inhibiting the growth of calcium oxalate monohydrate （COM）, preventing the aggregation of COM, and inducing the formation of calcium oxalate dihydrate （COD） crystals.

采用循环伏安法研究了血红素与脑磷脂混合Y型LB(Langmuir_Blodgett)膜在玻碳电极上的电化学行为 ,结果表明血红素LB膜有良好的电化学活性 ,在0.1mol/LKCl溶液中有一对氧化还原峰 (-0.42./-0.30V) ;将血红素LB膜转移到玻碳电极表面得到的血红素LB膜修饰电极 (hemeLB -GC)对溶液中溶解氧的电化学还原有良好的催化作用。

以异戊巴比妥为模板 ,分别以丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸为功能单体 ,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂 ,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂 ,用本体聚合法制备了分子印迹聚合物(molecularlyimprintedpolymer,MIP)。考察了以不同功能单体合成的MIP对模板分子和结构类似物的识别能力和选择性。表明以丙烯酰胺为功能单体合成得到的MIP比甲基丙烯酸为单体的聚合物具有更好的再识别性和选择性 ,前者对异戊巴比妥的饱和吸附量可达到2..58μmol/g,为理论吸附量的40.9 %。

The utilization of photoelectrochemical cathodic protection(PECCP)enables an indirect corrosion pro-tection of metals with low self-corrosion potential by introducing a metallic nickel ***,the ability to enhance the PECCP efficiency remains challenging because of the inherent property of the ***,this ability is demonstrated by coupling a covalent organic framework(TpBD)dec-orated TiO 2.photoanode(TiO 2.TpBD)with nickel coating on magnesium alloy for an effective corrosion *** composite photoanode showed direct PECCP for the nickel interlayer and indirect corro-sion protection of the magnesium *** composite structure of the nanotube array and the covalent organic framework for the photoanode were confirmed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The en-hanced photoelectrochemical conversion capability and PECCP performance of the nickel-coated Mg alloy were evidenced by the results from electrochemical and photoelectrochemical measurements including Mott-Schottky curves,photoinduced potential variations,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Lastly,a corrosion protection mechanism is proposed,where the enhanced PECCP efficiency is at-tributed to the formation of a direct Z-scheme heterojunction,which is substantiated by the results from valence band(VB)XPS and electron spin resonance characterizations.
