BACKGROUND Helicobacter pylori(***)infection is a prevalent disease encountered in military internal medicine and recognized as the main cause of dyspepsia,gastritis,and peptic ulcer,which are common diseases in military *** guidelines in China state all patients with evidence of active infection with *** are offered ***,the prevalence of *** infection and its regional distribution in the military population remain unclear,which hinders effective prevention and treatment *** the prevalence of *** infection in the military population will aid in the development of customized strategies to better manage this infectious *** To investigate the prevalence of *** infection in the Chinese military population in different geographic *** This multicenter,retrospective study included 22421 individuals from five tertiary hospitals located in north,east,southwest,and northwest cities of *** infection was identified using the urea breath test,which had been performed between January 2020 and December *** Of the 22421 military service members,7416(33.1%)were urea breath *** highest prevalence of *** was in the 30-39 years age group for military personnel,with an infection rate of 34.9%.The majority of infected subjects were younger than 40-years-old,accounting for 70.4%of the infected *** individuals serviced in Lanzhou and Chengdu showed a higher infection prevalence than those in Beijing,Nanjing,and Guangzhou,with prevalence rates of 44.3%,37.9%,29.0%,31.1%,and 32.3%,*** *** infection remains a common infectious disease among military personnel in China and has a relatively high prevalence rate in northwest China.

3,3′-Dimethyl-dibenzo-18-crown-6 was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, ^1H NMR, UV, MS spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pna21 with a = 8.0790（18）, b = 16.780（4）, c = 15.222（3） .A, Z= 4, V= 2063.6（8） A3 Dc = 1.250 g/cm^3,μ = 0.090 mm^-1, F（000） = 832, R = 0.0474 and wR = 0.1103. According to structural analysis, the title compound possesses a boat-like configuration.

Epigenetics disruptions enabled by porphyrin-derived metal-organic frameworks disarm resistances to sonocatalytic ROS anti-tumor actions

Post-transcriptional epigenetic modifications provide numerous implications for tumor progression, metastasis and recurrence, which also pose resistances to reactive oxygen species (ROS)-based anti-tumor. Herein, we proposed an epigenetic deubiquitination disruption strategy to disarm the ubiquitination-deubiquitination balance-induced resistances to ROS production and ROS-based anti-tumor action for potentiating sonodynamic treatment (SDT) efficiency. To end it, porphyrin-derived metal-organic framework (MOF) sonocatalytic nanoplatforms were developed to load deubiquitination inhibitors (i.e., Auranofin). Ultrasound-triggered Auranofin release from PCN224@Au has been validated to blockade the deubiquitinating process and drive proteasome-mediated target protein degradation. The epigenetic deubiquitination disruption not only synergized with MOF-mediated sonocatalytic ROS production, but also inactivate deubiquitinating enzymes, blockade the deubiquitination process and further remove these resistances, both of which mutually behaved as reciprocal impetuses to significantly magnify SDT outcomes against liver cancers. Such a deubiquitination-engineered disruption approach finds an unprecedented pathway to disarm deubiquitination-induced resistances to SDT and other ROS-based anti-tumor means, which also enlightens us to establish other post-transcriptional epigenetic modification disruption strategies to re-program the tumor microenvironment and elevate the anti-tumor efficiency of various treatment methods (e.g., immunotherapy). © 2022

作为在城市污水处理领域里广泛使用的生物处理工艺,对碳、氮和磷等目标污染物进行高效稳定地去除是工艺运行控制与优化的终极目标.功能种群通过合理的组成和分布,并且动态响应关键工艺调控参数的变化则是处理工艺能否达到目标的关键.对我国6个大型城市19个典型城市污水生物处理工艺进行夏季和冬季系统采样后,通过MiSeq高通量测序并与全球污水处理厂16S rRNA全长基因序列数据库(MiDAS)对比分类.结果表明,我国城市污水处理工艺中显著存在着基本相同的核心种群:有29个属在全部38个样品中均能观测到,而1901个属仅在1个或少数(样品数nmineofilum和Trichococcus.尽管此次我国采样污水处理工艺之间的地理距离大于1000km,工艺间各运行参数不尽相同,特别是与丹麦地处不同大洲,但再次验证了城市污水生物处理工艺的活性污泥中广泛存在核心种群,并且具有相似的组成与生态功能.

The high strength and stability of the full-lamellar structure guarantee the industrial application of theβ-solidifyingγ-TiAl ***,it is a huge challenge to design an alloy with good hot-deformability as well as the full-lamellar *** low-cost Ti-42.5Al-2Mn-0.4Mo-0.1B-0.1C(at.%)alloy was designed,which undergoes bothβandαsingle-phase region during the *** is found that the full-lamellar structure can be obtained by the solution heat treatment at 1230℃ for 20 min and then aging treatment at 800℃ for 3 ***,a new microstructure,namely,the pearlitic-like microstructure(PM)induced by theα_(2)/γ→βo+γcellular reaction was observed when the aging temperature is increased to above 800℃.The volume fraction of the PM is gradually increased from 0%to 25.5%,65%,and 94%according to elevated aging temperature from 800 to 900,1000,and 1050℃,*** mechanism of the reducedα_(2)/γlamellae and PM formation was discussed regarding the heterogeneous distribution ofβstabilizing elements and the interface energy stored inα_(2)/γlamellae.

The Water Flooding Seepage Mechanism in the Inter-Fractures of Horizontal Wells in Tight Oil Reservoirs

Tight oil reservoirs face significant challenges,including rapid production decline,low recovery rates,and a lack of effective energy replenishment *** this study,a novel development model is proposed,based on inter-fracture injection following volumetric fracturing and relying on a high-temperature and high-pressure large-scale physical simulation ***,the CMG(Computer Modelling Group Ltd.,Calgary City,Canada)software is also used to elucidate the impact of various single factors on the production of horizontal wells while filtering out the interference of *** effects of fracture spacing,fracture half-length,and the injection-production ratio are *** indicate that under rejection pressures of 6.89,3.45,and 1.88 MPa,the times to establish stable flow are 50,193,and 395 min,*** injection pressures lead to an increased oil recovery efficiency,with the highest observed efficiency at 16.93%.This indicates that,compared with conventional medium and high permeability reservoirs,tight oil reservoirs exhibit similar pore throats and larger capillary forces when oil and water flow in both *** pressures reduce capillary forces,displacing more oil droplets,thus enhancing oil recovery ***,under inter-fracture displacement conditions,the pressure gradient at both the injection and production ends remain consistent,with minimal pressure loss near the *** feature ensures that the crude oil in the middle of the reservoir also possesses displacement energy,thereby enhancing overall crude oil displacement efficiency.

A novel method for simultaneous measurement of^(222)Rn and^(220)Rn progeny concentrations measured by an alpha spectrometer

The accumulation of^(222)Rn and^(220)Rn progeny in poorly ventilated environments poses the risk of natural radiation exposure to the public.A previous study indicated that satisfactory results in determining the^(222)Rn and^(220)Rn progeny concentrations by measuring the total alpha counts at five time intervals within 560 min should be expected only in the case of high progeny concentrations in *** complete the measurement within a relatively short period and adapt it for simultaneous measurements at comparatively lower^(222)Rn and^(220)Rn progeny concentrations,a novel mathematical model was proposed based on the radioactive decay *** model employs a nonlinear fitting method to distinguish nuclides with overlapping spectra by utilizing the alpha particle counts of non-overlapping spectra within consecutive measurement cycles to obtain the concentrations of^(222)Rn and^(220)Rn progeny in *** verification experiments were conducted using an alpha *** experimental results demonstrate that the concentrations of^(222)Rn and^(220)Rn progeny calculated by the new method align more closely with the actual circumstances than those calculated by the total count method,and their relative uncertainties are all within±16%.Furthermore,the measurement time was reduced to 90 min,representing an acceleration of 84%.The improved capability of the new method in distinguishing alpha particles with similar energies emitted from ^(218)Po and^(212)Bi,both approximately 6 MeV,contributed to realizing more accurate *** proposed method has the potential advantage of measuring relatively low concentrations of^(222)Rn and^(220)Rn progeny in air more quickly via air filtration.

可重构电池系统凭借其能量信息耦合优势成为解决电化学储能“木桶效应”的一个有效手段。但其可用路径规划量会随着电池数目的增多而成倍增长,使得在路径选择时需要考虑不同拓扑结构和负载需求约束,从而使重构策略难以快速制定和应用。该文利用可重构电池网络与图的一致性,将电池网络动态控制问题转化为图的遍历寻优问题,提出了基于记忆化搜索的图深度优先遍历的重构电池网络能效提升及热安全管控策略,从而获取了满足拓扑约束条件的最优开关配置,并可排除温度异常的故障电池模组。最后,通过搭建可重构电池网络实验平台对该方法进行了验证。该研究结果能够为提高电池网络系统能效及安全性提供一定借鉴。
