Some veterinary drug residues in food products and environment have been widely regarded as severe threats to human *** and simultaneous detection methods are crucial to monitor and control veterinary drug ***,we propose a fluorescence biosensor utilizing immunomagnetic beads(IMBs)and quantum dots(QDs)for the rapid and simultaneous detection of 1-adamantylamine(ADA),enrofloxacin(ENR)and tilmicosin(TIL)in raw chicken meat.A pretreatment method using sodium phosphotungstate–magnesium as extraction reagent was developed to simultaneously extract ADA,ENR and TIL from chicken meat with minor interference in background or *** adding the IMBs modified with three types of antibodies and the QD-antigens modified with three types of BSA-antigens to sample,IMBs competitively conjugated to target antigens in a sample or *** magnetic separation,the residual QD-antigens were adopted to collect signals using fluorescence *** QDs with well separated emission peaks,the detection of one type of targets was minorly interfered by the *** the optimum conditions,the biosensor exhibited the limit of detection of 0.96,3.32,and 3.17 ng/mL for ADA,ENR and TIL in chicken samples,respectively,as well as good *** to the way of direct collection of signals in extracts,the tedious and complicated multiple magnetic separation and signal amplification procedures in conventional methods were avoided,thus the procedures were significantly simplified,and the reduction of the operation time of 30 min for sample pretreatment and 40 min for detection part was *** biosensor might be promising in the rapid,in-field and sensitive screening of multiple veterinary drugs to ensure agriculture and food safety.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have dominated the portable electronic and electrochemical energy markets since their commercialisation,whose high cost and lithium scarcity have prompted the development of other alkali-ion batteries(AIBs)including sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)and potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).Owing to larger ion sizes of Na^(+)and K^(+)compared with Li^(+),nanocomposites with excellent crystallinity orientation and well-developed porosity show unprecedented potential for advanced lithium/sodium/potassium *** enticing open rigid framework structures,Prussian blue analogues(PBAs)remain promising self-sacrificial templates for the preparation of various nanocomposites,whose appeal originates from the well-retained porous structures and exceptional electrochemical activities after thermal *** review focuses on the recent progress of PBA-derived nanocomposites from their fabrication,lithium/sodium/potassium storage mechanism,and applications in AIBs(LIBs,SIBs,and PIBs).To distinguish various PBA derivatives,the working mechanism and applications of PBA-templated metal oxides,metal chalcogenides,metal phosphides,and other nanocomposites are systematically evaluated,facilitating the establishment of a structure–activity correlation for these *** on the fruitful achievements of PBA-derived nanocomposites,perspectives for their future development are envisioned,aiming to narrow down the gap between laboratory study and industrial reality.

采用OM、SEM及EDS研究了均匀化处理对铸态GH4738合金的晶粒尺寸、偏析程度、组织及热变形行为的影响,分析了经热压缩变形实验后合金的偏析程度、晶粒尺寸,以及再结晶程度,并绘制应力应变曲线,考察合金的变形抗力。结果表明,均匀化处理过程中,样品晶粒直径增大,偏析程度减小。部分均匀化处理后的样品,再结晶程度较高,变形抗力较小。建议采取部分均匀化处理的方式,保留少量的枝晶组织在样品中,这样既可节约能源,又可提高开坯的再结晶率。

Over the last several hundred years,donkeys have adapted to high-altitude conditions on the Tibetan ***,the kiang,a closely related equid species,also inhabits this *** reports have demonstrated the importance of specific genes and adaptive introgression in divergent lineages for adaptation to hypoxic conditions on the Tibetan ***,we assessed whether donkeys and kiangs adapted to the Tibetan Plateau via the same or different biological pathways and whether adaptive introgression has *** assembled a de novo genome from a kiang individual and analyzed the genomes of five kiangs and 93 donkeys(including 24 from the Tibetan Plateau).Our analyses suggested the existence of a strong hard selective sweep at the EPAS1 locus in *** Tibetan donkeys,however,another gene,i.e.,EGLN1,was likely involved in their adaptation to high *** addition,admixture analysis found no evidence for interspecific gene flow between kiangs and Tibetan *** findings indicate that despite the short evolutionary time scale since the arrival of donkeys on the Tibetan Plateau,as well as the existence of a closely related species already adapted to hypoxia,Tibetan donkeys did not acquire adaptation via admixture but instead evolved adaptations via a different biological pathway.

Sheep were domesticated in the Fertile Crescent and then spread globally,where they have been encountering various environmental *** Tibetan sheep has adapted to high altitudes on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau over the past 3000 *** explore genomic variants associated with high-altitude adaptation in Tibetan sheep,we analyzed Illumina short-reads of 994 whole genomes representing∼60 sheep breeds/populations at varied altitudes,PacBio High fidelity(HiFi)reads of 13 breeds,and 96 transcriptomes from 12 sheep *** testing between the inhabited altitudes and 34,298,967 variants was conducted to investigate the genetic architecture of altitude *** accurate HiFi reads were used to complement the current ovine reference assembly at the most significantly associatedβ-globin locus and to validate the presence of two haplotypes A and B among 13 sheep *** haplotype A carried two homologous gene clusters:(1)HBE1,HBE2,HBB-like,and HBBC,and(2)HBE1-like,HBE2-like,HBB-like,and HBB;while the haplotype B lacked the first *** high-altitude sheep showed highly frequent or nearly fixed haplotype A,while the low-altitude sheep dominated by haplotype *** further demonstrated that sheep with haplotype A had an increased hemoglobin–O_(2) affinity compared with those carrying haplotype *** highly associated genomic region contained the EGLN1 gene which showed varied expression between high-altitude and low-altitude *** results provide evidence that the rapid adaptive evolution of advantageous alleles play an important role in facilitating the environmental adaptation of Tibetan sheep.

Rechargeable aqueous zinc-metal batteries （AZMBs） are promising candidates for large-scale energy storage systems due to their low cost and high ***,their performance and sustainability are significantly hindered by the sluggish desolvation kinetics at the electrode/electrolyte interface and the corresponding hydrogen evolution reaction where active water molecules tightly participate in the Zn（H2O）62+solvation ***,learnt from self-generated solid electrolyte interphase （SEI） in anodes,the dielectric but ion-conductive zinc niobate nanoparticles artificial layer is constructed on metallic Zn surface （ZNB@Zn）,acting as a rapid desolvation *** zincophilic and dielectric-conductive properties of ZNB layer accelerate interfacial desolvation/diffusion and suppress surface corrosion or dendrite formation,achieving uniform Zn plating/stripping behavior,as confirmed by electronic/optical microscopies and interface spectroscopical measurements together with theoretical ***,the as-prepared ZNB@Zn electrode exhibits excellent cycling stability of over 2000 h and robust reversibility （99.54%） even under high current density and depth of discharge ***,the assembled ZNB@Zn-based full cell displays high capacity-retention rate of 80.21%after 3000 cycles at 5 A g-1and outstanding rate performance up to 10 A *** large-areal pouch cell is stabilized for hundreds of cycles,highlighting the bright prospects of the dielectric but ion-conductive layer in further application of AZMBs.
