Fourth-party logistics （4PL） has been receiving great attention and studied by ***,4PL network play a key role in the successful development of ***,it is significant to construct a logistics network that can make 4PL system perform efficiently and *** paper considers a 4PL network construction problem which takes uncertain disruptions into *** develop a 4PL network optimization model based on resilience and present Particle Swarm Optimization （PSO） method that can solve the problem involving the selection of facilities and 3PL *** experiments are presented,and the results indicate the significance of the model as well as the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Real-time and reliable measurements of the effluent quality are essential to improve operating efficiency and reduce energy consumption for the wastewater treatment *** to the low accuracy and unstable performance of the traditional effluent quality measurements,we propose a selective ensemble extreme learning machine modeling method to enhance the effluent quality *** learning machine algorithm is inserted into a selective ensemble frame as the component model since it runs much faster and provides better generalization performance than other popular learning *** extreme learning machine models overcome variations in different trials of simulations for single *** ensemble based on genetic algorithm is used to further exclude some bad components from all the available ensembles in order to reduce the computation complexity and improve the generalization *** proposed method is verified with the data from an industrial wastewater treatment plant,located in Shenyang,*** results show that the proposed method has relatively stronger generalization and higher accuracy than partial least square,neural network partial least square,single extreme learning machine and ensemble extreme learning machine model.

According to the phenomenon of width losing in slab end,the spread of slab end including edger pressing,dog bone spread and nature spread,short stroke control was used in 2300 hot strip roughing *** parabola model has been proposed in this article,because of the disadvantage of broken line used by 2300 hot strip mill,and the online implementation plan of parabola model has been *** broken line model and the parabola model have been contrasted by simulation,which indicates that the control effect of parabola model is better than the broken line model.

＜正＞A LabVIEW-based 20L spherical explosion test apparatus has been developed for determining explosion characteristics of combustible dusts and *** test system consists of 20L spherical explosion chamber and control and data acquisition（DAQ） *** upper-level software for control and DAQ was mainly developed using Lab *** control logic was realized by programmable logic controller（PLC） and a computer was connected with PLC by Ethernet.A pressure transducer and a DAQ card were used for high-speed DAQ of explosion *** communication between Lab VIEW application and hardware devices was realized by OPC（OLE for process Control） *** developed test system has friendly graphical user interface,high-level automation and comprehensive function such as experimental process control,real-time data acquiring,data analysis,database management and report. The system was proved to be reliable and accurate in practical application.

This paper focuses on the problem of further relaxing stabilization conditions for the Roesser type discretetime 2-D T-S fuzzy system.A novel kind of non-PDC control scheme is proposed to stabilize the closed-loop 2-D T-S fuzzy system,and then less conservative stabilization conditions are developed by using a new non-quadratic Lyapunov function for the underlying 2-D T-S fuzzy *** one fixed degree of the homogeneous polynomially parameter-dependent matrix,the conservatism could be further reduced by exploiting the algebraic property of fuzzy membership functions and the obtained stabilization conditions may asymptotically approach to exactness in a convergent ***,there are no slack matrix variables introduced in the control synthesis,and hence the computational burden is less than the existing ones while the same or less conservative results could be obtained.A numerical example is also provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Network security policy and the automated refinement of its hierarchies aims to simplify the administration of security services in complex network environments. Racing drones have attracted increasing attention due to their remarkable high speed and excellent maneuverability. However, autonomous multi-drone racing is quite difficult since it requires quick and agile flight in intricate surroundings and rich drone interaction. To address these issues, we propose a novel autonomous multi-drone racing method based on deep reinforcement learning. A new set of reward functions is proposed to make racing drones learn the racing skills of human experts. Unlike previous methods that required global information about tracks and track boundary constraints, the proposed method requires only limited localized track information within the range of its own onboard sensors. Further, the dynamic response characteristics of racing drones are incorporated into the training environment, so that the proposed method is more in line with the requirements of real drone racing scenarios. In addition, our method has a low computational cost and can meet the requirements of real-time racing. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified by extensive comparison with the state-of-the-art methods in a series of simulations and real-world experiments.
