Vortex transmutation utilizes a periodic system, which not only enables the alteration of the topological charge(TC) of unstable input vortices but also facilitates their transformation into stable structures. This approach is crucial for investigating the characteristics of vortices in various wave systems. Here, we achieve acoustic vortex TC transmutation by employing a welldesigned dual-structured plate external system(DPES). The interactions between the acoustic vortex and the finite-order discrete rotational symmetry lead to the transformation of its topological charge when complete rotational symmetry is broken to Nthorder discrete symmetry. Our results experimentally demonstrate the acoustic vortex TC transmutation based on passive artificial structures, enabling numerous applications in particle manipulation and information multiplexing as well as advancing our understanding and control over free-space acoustic vortices.

目的探讨经口内入路使用下颌角定位器在下颌角截骨整形术中的疗效及安全性。方法自2013年8月至2016年12月,对64例下颌角肥大患者实施定位器弧形截骨及下颌骨外板部分截除。结果术后随访3个月至2年,除2例改善不明显,3例双侧稍有不对称外,其余患者对下面部轮廓改善均满意。所有患者无下颌骨骨折和面动脉断裂出血,无下牙槽神经(颏神经)离断伤等并发症发生。结论使用定位器截骨可更安全有效地控制截骨线,进而降低严重的手术并发症发生率。

aircraft icing accident happens frequently. Researchers try to find new ways to solve this problem. The study is facing the direction of intelligent inspection and control system. Previous studies focused on the principle of aircraft icing and its effects on flight performance. The onboard icing detection equipment can only give the qualitative icing information, but cannot effectively describe how serious the consequences would be. If the icing detection equipment fails, it will cause a serious threat to flight safety. This paper reviews the smart icing system and its fundamental principle. Then based on H∞ theory, an aircraft icing parameter identification method is introduced, and its feasibility is verified by simulation results. Moreover, this method can work normally under noise interference and measurement error. Icing parameter identification method can also test part of aircraft's stability or control derivatives which would be changed obviously after aircraft icing. Classified by neural networks, the stability or control derivatives' variation can be mapped to ice parameters' variation that reflects the severity of aircraft icing. Then H2 state feedback control is designed originally to suppress the impact of noise interference, so aircraft can keep steady after it is iced. Seeing from simulation result of the whole system, it is clear that the system can effectively detect icing parameters and by using feedback control system, it can ensure the safety of aircraft in the flight envelope.

【背景】新疆巴音布鲁克草原为我国第二大高山草原,草原上生长的白蘑(Tricholoma mongolicum Imai)属于口蘑属(Tricholoma)的一种,可形成典型的蘑菇圈。【目的】了解巴音布鲁克草原白蘑蘑菇圈圈上及其两侧土壤真菌的物种组成和群落结构特点,为研究白蘑蘑菇圈的形成与生长及其子实体的发生提供一定的理论依据。【方法】采用Illumina HiSeq平台高通量测序技术研究白蘑蘑菇圈周围土壤真菌的物种组成丰富度和菌群结构多样性。【结果】测定有效序列经注释得到809个操作分类单元(Optical taxonomic unit,OTU),分为5个门、26个纲、79个目、166个科、232个属;蘑菇圈上土壤真菌的物种丰富度、群落结构多样性以及特异性物种均低于圈外及圈内,蘑菇圈上特有真菌物种为Xylodonnothofagi、Agaricales、Phaeococcomyces、Ochrocladosporium adansoniae、Coniochaeta ligniaria、未知子囊菌、 Tomentella amyloapiculata、 Dothideomycetes、Incertea_sedis_Helotiales。【结论】研究表明白蘑蘑菇圈的形成影响土壤真菌的分布,圈上优势真菌类群对其他真菌类群具有抑制作用,蘑菇圈向外生长可能与微生物群落结构失衡有关。

We describe a new BVRI multicolor CCD photometric system situated at the prime focus of the 85-cm telescope at the Xinglong Station of NAOC. Atmospheric extinction effects, photometric accuracy and color calibration dependence of the system are investigated. Additional attention was paid to giving observers guidance in estimating throughput, detection limit, signal-to-noise ratio and exposure time.

Effect of ultraviolet mutagenesis on heterotrophic strain mutation and bioleaching of low grade copper ore

The effect of ultraviolet mutagenesis on a heterotrophic strain(Providencia JAT-1) mutation was studied and bioleaching of low grade copper ore with mutant bacteria was investigated. The results show that the activity of bacteria was improved after ultraviolet mutagenesis; the best irradiation time was 120 s. Compared to the original bacteria, the cells density of mutant bacteria at stationary phase increased by 26% and ammonia produced by mutant bacteria increased by 12%. Higher activity of bacteria leads to a higher copper extraction rate. The bioleaching performance of Providencia JAT-1 was improved after UV mutagenesis. The copper extraction rate with mutant bacteria increased by 10.6% compared to the original bacteria. The ore surface was corroded and the fine particles were absent after bioleaching. Free copper oxide and copper silicates could be leached out easily by using JAT-1; a small part of the copper sulfide can also be leached out. Bioleaching using JAT-1 is more effective than ammonia leaching and copper extraction rate with mutant bacteria was 21.1% higher than that by ammonia leaching under the same condition.
