The size and shape effect(SSE) of components has become a critical issue for mechanical properties, application reliability, and processing. In this study, the creep rupture life(CRL) of components with different wall thicknesses and positions in a combustion chamber casing simulator made of K439B superalloy was investigated. The intrinsic mechanisms of the SSE were explored from the dendrite structure, volume fraction and size of the γ' phase, and element segregation, etc. It is shown that this casting exhibits a strong SSE of creep rupture life, characterized by a significant difference in the CRL values up to 60% with the variation of wall thickness and position in the casing. In terms of casting technology, the influence of SSE on CRL is actually determined by the cooling rate. The SSE on the creep rupture life originates from the dendrite structure(such as the secondary dendrite arm spacing), volume fraction size of the γ' phase in the dendrite trunk, and elements segregation rate. This work may have implications for the design and application of engineering components with large sizes and complex structures.

介绍了一种基于多光谱宫颈显微图像自动分割方法。细胞涂片每一个局部区域经过显微镜放大后再通过电调谐光器件分别取出不同光谱波段的图像 ,经过 CCD送入计算机后得到该视场分析所需的多光谱图像。从所获得的多光谱图像中选择一定的波段图像对数变换相除、多阈值分割和形态学操作 ,最后获得宫颈细胞的胞浆和胞核覆盖层。本文首次将多光谱分析应用到宫颈显微图像分割中 ,具有分割准确、分割速度快、能够去除胞浆重叠和受外界干扰少的特点。

Seawater electrolysis is a highly promising method to produce high energy density hydrogen,especially in dry areas that have scarce freshwater ***,application of seawater electrolysis is confronted by two major problems associated with catalysts employed for the anodic oxygen evolution reaction （OER） including the competitive hypochlorite evolution reaction（HCER） and strong chloridion （Cl–） triggered *** studies aimed at overcoming these problems,a facile method has been developed to synthesize a homologous CoS2heterojunction as an OER *** to a difference in work functions at the interface and increased electron density,this material has directed electron transfer and strong chloridion repulsion properties,*** have shown that CoS2achieves low overpotentials of 289 and 322 mV at 10 mA cm-2current density in respective alkaline （1 M KOH） and alkaline simulated seawater ***,the outstanding stability of CoS2is reflected in a negligible decline in activity during promotion of the OER for 100 *** of density functional theory calculations reveal that the homologous CoS2heterojunction promotes directed electron transport for optimizing adsorption/desorption of reactive species and heightens the Cl-adsorption energy for strongly repulsing Cl-,phenomena that enhance OER performance in alkaline simulated seawater.

Technology management is recognized as a key for organizations to achieve competitiveness. How to promote an organization’s technology management capability is of great significance in creating efficiencies and achieving a competitive edge. The knowledge essence of technology management capability is introduced and then the correlation between knowledge diffusion and the development of technology management capability is discussed. Further, the basic and extended dynamic models of the development of technology management capability are constructed, and is applied into an enterprise. The results show that the dynamic models can well explain how the knowledge improves the development of technology management capability, and they can be used as an useful tool by an enterprise to promote technology management capability. Finally, the managerial implications of the models are discussed.

In the intricate process of natural product biosynthesis, a metabolon can enhance metabolic flux by associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metabolon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide B and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide B. Using notoamide E as a substance, Spe F/Spe G metabolon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed by hydrogen atom ion at C-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Subsequently,(+)-notoamide B and(+)-versicolamide B are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metabolon in the biosynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.

目的探讨多排螺旋CT对齿状突骨折的诊断价值。方法对16例X线平片显示为齿状突骨折或X线平片正常而临床高度怀疑骨折者行多层螺旋CT检查,并分别行矢状位、冠状位多平面重组和VR三维重建。结果根据多平面重组及三维重建结果,排除诊断骨折者2例,明确诊断骨折者4例,修正齿状突骨折类型及移位情况者10例;14例骨折病例中,II型骨折(Anderson和D’Alonzo分类)10例,III型骨折4例;齿状突向后移位者8例,无移位者4例,向前移位者2例。结论多排螺旋CT多平面重建及三维重建对明确齿状突骨折以及临床治疗方案的确定具有重要的指导作用。

The mechanism that sustains the temporal stability of aboveground net primary production(ANPP)respond to nitrogen deposition is still ***,we investigated the mechanism of temporal stability of ANPP through the effect of N addition on diversity,species asynchrony andportfolio effects in northern Tibet alpine steppe over a period of three *** results showed that the community temporal stability did not significantly correlate with the species richness and Shannon–Wiener *** asynchrony and stability was also not significantly affected by N addition(p>0.05).Furthermore,there was no significant relationship between species asynchrony and temporal *** the value of portfolio effects(z)(z=1.304,95%confidence intervals:1.029–1.597)was more than 1,the portfolio effects was not a primary driver of temporal stability due to the biodiversity being *** above results suggested that the richness,species asynchrony and portfolio effect could not support for mechanism of stability at the alpine *** the results of path analysis,species temporal stability positively supports the community temporal stability in the alpine steppe *** to the character of environment and vegetation of alpine steppe at North Tibet,we inferred that dominance species stability is more important than species richness for the community temporal stability.

This paper firstly gives some necessary conditions on one-Gray weight linear codes. And then we use these results to construct several classes of one-Gray weight linear codes over Z_4 +uZ_4(u^2=u) with type 16^(k_1)8^(k_2)8^(k_3)4^(k_4)4^(k_5)4^(k_6)2^(k_7)2^(k_8) based on a distance-preserving Gray map from(Z4 + u Z4)n to Z2n4. Secondly, the authors use the similar approach to do works on two-Gray(projective) weight linear codes. Finally, some examples are given to illustrate the construction methods.
