The windy environment is the main cause affecting the efficiency of offshore wind turbine *** order to improve the stability and efficiency of single-blade installation of offshore wind turbines under high wind speed conditions,the Stewart platform is used as an auxiliary tool to help dock the wind turbine blade in this *** order to verify the effectiveness of the Stewart platform for blade docking,a blade docking simulation system consisting of the Stewart platform,wind turbine blade,and wind load calculation module was built based on Simulink/*** the same time,the PID algorithm is used to control the Stewart platform so that the blade can effectively track the desired trajectory during the docking process to ensure the successful docking of the *** the simulation of the docking process for blades with a length of 61.5 meters,this paper successfully demonstrates a docking system that might facilitate future docking *** also shows that the Stewart platform can effectively reduce the vibration and the movement range of the blade root and improve the stability and efficiency of blade docking.

Staphylococcus aureus is a common marine foodborne *** this study,antibiotics ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin were used to induce drug-resistance in *** differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)were analyzed and compared with those in the bacteria cultured without *** primary proteomic alterations were in the levels of cell membrane components and proteins related to lysine and folic acid biosynthesis,which were all significantly *** minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)for both test drugs were elevated to 10μg m L^(-1)following serial *** results indicated that,for both ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin,drug-resistance were developed even in the subinhibitory levels and the primary response was a major alteration in the cell membrane *** changes were similar to those observed in *** cultured with super-MIC levels of these *** current study provides a theoretical basis for in-depth study of the related changes of marine foodborne pathogens in subinhibitory concentrations that are commonly found in situ.

The advent of immunotherapy has significantly reshaped the landscape of cancer treatment,greatly enhancing therapeutic outcomes for multiple types of ***,only a small subset of individuals respond to it,underscoring the urgent need for new methods to improve its response ***,a recently discovered form of programmed cell death,has emerged as a promising approach for anti-tumor therapy,with targeting ferroptosis to kill tumors seen as a potentially effective *** studies suggest that inducing ferroptosis can synergistically enhance the effects of immunotherapy,paving the way for a promising combined treatment method in the ***,recent research has raised concerns about the potential negative impacts on anti-tumor immunity as a consequence of inducing ferroptosis,leading to conflicting views within the scientific community about the interplay between ferroptosis and anti-tumor immunity,thereby underscoring the necessity of a comprehensive review of the existing literature on this *** reviews on ferroptosis have touched on related content,many focusing primarily on the promoting role of ferroptosis on anti-tumor immunity while overlooking recent evidence on the inhibitory effects of ferroptosis on *** have concentrated solely on discussing related content either from the perspective of cancer cells and ferroptosis or from immune cells and *** that both cancer cells and immune cells exist in the tumor microenvironment,a one-sided discussion cannot comprehensively summarize this ***,from the perspectives of both tumor cells and tumor-infiltrating immune cells,we systematically summarize the current conflicting views on the interplay between ferroptosis and anti-tumor immunity,intending to provide potential explanations and identify the work needed to establish a translational basis for combined ferroptosis-targeted therapy and immunotherapy in treating tumors.

Human action recognition based on skeleton information has been extensively used in various areas,such as human-computer *** this paper,we extracted human skeleton data by constructing a two-stage human pose estimation model,which combined the improved single shot detector(SSD)algorithm with convolutional pose machines(CPM)to obtain human skeleton *** backbone of the SSD algorithm was replaced with ResNet,which can characterize images *** addition,we designed multiscale transformation rules for CPM to fuse the information of different scales and a convolutional neural network for the classification of the skeleton keypoints heatmaps to complete action *** and outdoor experiments were conducted on the Caster Moma mobile robot platform,and without an external remote control,the real-time movement of the robot was controlled by the leader through command actions.

In this study,an autonomous robot navigation system is designed for live working on distribution *** developed system features a real-time detection and motion planning system,incorporating a manipulator capable of grasping power *** order to accurately identify targets,the authors propose an object detection method based on the Larger Scale‘You Only Look Once’Version 4(LS-YOLOv4)algorithm for detecting the insulators and drop *** LS-YOLOv4 extracts features of power components by Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),and then performs feature *** the authors develop a motion planning method based on the Node Control Optimal Rapidly Exploring Random Trees(NC-RRT*),which can drive the robot to realise the autonomous robot motion planning and obstacle *** the grasping function,the authors present a reliable Lightweight-based Convolutional Neural Network(L-CNN)grasping point detection ***,the authors evaluate fully autonomous robotic system in both simulated and real-world *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system can effectively identify the target and complete the grasping task in an efficient ***,the proposed motion planning method can take into account both planning efficiency and accuracy to manipulation tasks.

The interaction of band topology and disorder can give rise to intriguing *** paradigmatic example is the topological Anderson insulator,whose nontrivial topology is induced in a trivial system by *** this study,we investigate the efect of purely non-Hermitian disorders on topological systems using a one-dimensional acoustic lattice with coupled ***,we construct a theoretical framework to describe the non-Hermitian topological Anderson insulator phase solely driven by disordered loss ***,the complete evolution of non-Hermitian disorder-induced topological phase transitions,from an initial trivial phase to a topological Anderson phase and finally to a trivial Anderson phase,is revealed experimentally using both bulk and edge ***,topological modes induced by non-Hermitian disorders to be immune to both weak Hermitian and non-Hermitian *** findings pave the way for future research on disordered non-Hermitian systems for novel wave manipulation.

Hearing loss and deafness,as a worldwide disability disease,have been troubling human ***,the auditory organ of the inner ear is highly heterogeneous and has a very limited number of cells,which are largely uncharacterized in ***,with the development and utilization of single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),researchers have been able to unveil the complex and sophisticated biological mechanisms of various types of cells in the auditory organ at the single-cell level and address the challenges of cellular heterogeneity that are not resolved through by conventional bulk RNA sequencing(bulk RNAseq).Herein,we reviewed the application of scRNA-seq technology in auditory research,with the aim of providing a reference for the development of auditory organs,the pathogenesis of hearing loss,and regenerative *** about spatial transcriptomic scRNA-seq,single-cell based genome,and Live-seq technology will also be discussed.

Growth and structural properties of silicon on Ag films prepared by 40.68 MHz very-high-frequency magnetron sputtering

The growth of silicon on Ag films via 40.68 MHz very-high-frequency （VHF） magnetron sputtering was investigated. The energy distribution and flux density of the ions on the substrate were also measured. The results showed that 40.68 MHz magnetron sputtering can produce ions with higher energy and lower flux density. The impact of these ions onto the grown surface promotes the growth of silicon, which is related to the crystalline nature and microstructure of the underlayer of the Ag films, and there is large particle growth of silicon on Ag films with a preferred orientation of （111）, and two-dimensional growth of silicon on Ag films with a better face-centered cubic structure.

A systematic solution is developed to improve the autonomous capability of the quadruped robot with a manipulator,such as navigation,recognition and *** developed system adopts novel software,hardware system and system architecture,including a specially designed environment awareness system(EAS).Based on the camera and LiDAR on the EAS,the recognition of multiple common targets,such as the leader,door,window and bag,is *** terms of navigation,a location method is built,that combines the laser odometer and global positioning system.A mapping and path planning module is designed by the Robot-centric Elevation Mapping algorithm and the rapidly exploring rand tree *** operation,a real-time target grasp detection system is proposed based on the You Only Look Once v5 algorithm to improve the success rate of *** whole system is integrated based on the task relevance scheduling strategy to reduce the computational *** tightly integrated system and the subsystems are evaluated by conducting simulations and physical experiments in robot recognition,navigation and *** experiments show that the proposed framework can better achieve the autonomous navigation and operation of the quadruped robot with a ***,the proposed framework is still effective when facing dynamic *** addition,the system can be easily extended to other forms of mobile robot.
