Nearly universal and efficient quantum secure multi-party computation protocol

Universality is an important property in software and hardware *** paper concentrates on the universality of quantum secure multi-party computation(SMC)*** of all,an in-depth study of universality has been conducted,and then a nearly universal protocol is proposed by using the Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger(GHZ)-like state and stabilizer *** protocol can resolve the quantum SMC problem which can be deduced as modulo subtraction,and the steps are simple and ***,three quantum SMC protocols based on the proposed universal protocol:Quantum private comparison(QPC)protocol,quantum millionaire(QM)protocol,and quantum multi-party summation(QMS)protocol are *** protocols are given as examples to explain ***,analyses of the example protocols are ***,the correctness,fairness,and efficiency are *** the proposed universal protocol meets security from the perspective of preventing inside attacks and outside ***,the experimental results of the example protocols on the International Business Machines(IBM)quantum platform are consistent with the theoretical *** research indicates that our protocol is universal to a certain degree and easy to perform.

Operational Safety Assessment of a High-Speed Train Exposed to the Strong Gust Wind

The operational safety characteristics of trains exposed to a strong wind have caused great concern in recent *** the present paper,the effect of the strong gust wind on a high-speed train is investigated.A typical gust wind model for any wind angle,named“Chinese hat gust wind model”,was first constructed,and an algorithm for computing the aerodynamic loads was elaborated accordingly.A vehicle system dynamic model was then set up in order to investigate the vehicle system dynamic *** assessment of the operational safety has been conducted by means of characteristic wind curves(CWC).As some of the parameters of the wind-train system were difficult to measure,we also investigated the impact of the uncertain system parameters on the *** indicate that,the descending order of the operational safety index of the vehicle for each wind angle is 90°-60°-120°-30°-150°,and the worst condition for the operational safety occurs when the wind angle reaches around 90°.According to our findings,the gust factor and aerodynamic side force coefficient have great impact on the critical wind ***,these two parameters require special attention when considering the operational safety of a railway vehicle subjected to strong gust wind.

Snow interacting with a high-speed train can cause the formation of ice in the train bogie region and affect its *** this study,a wind-snow multiphase numerical approach is introduced for high-speed train bogies on the basis of the Euler-Lagrange discrete phase model.A particle-wall impact criterion is implemented to account for the presence of snow particles on the ***,numerical simulations are conducted,considering various snow particle diameter distributions and *** research results indicate that when the particle diameter is relatively small,the distribution of snow particles in the bogie cavity is relatively ***,as the particle diameter increases,the snow particles in the bogie cavity are mainly located in the rear wheel pairs of the *** the more realistic Rosin-Rammler diameter distribution is applied to snow particles,the positions of snow particles with different diameters vary in the bogie *** precisely,smaller diameter particles are primarily located in the front and upper parts of the bogie cavity,while larger diameter snow particles accumulate at the rear and in the lower parts of the bogie cavity.

In order to investigate how the aerodynamic drag and noise produced by the roof air conditioner of a high-speed train can be reduced,the related unsteady flow in the near-field was computed using the method of large eddy *** this way,the aerodynamic source for noise generation has initially been ***,the far-field aerodynamic noise has been computed in the framework of the Lighthill’s acoustics analogy *** propulsion height and flow-guide angle of the roof air conditioner were set as the design *** to the computational results,a lower propulsion height or flow-guide angle is beneficial in terms of aerodynamic drag and noise ***,compared to the design scheme with propulsion height of 0mm,the aerodynamic drag coefficient of the configuration with propulsion height of 190mm and flow-guide angle of 30°is slightly larger,while the aerodynamic noise is obviously ***,from the viewpoint of the aerodynamic drag and noise,the design scheme with propulsion height of 190 mm and flow-guide angle of 30°is the optimal configuration in the range of conditions examined in the present work.

Performance Evaluation of Two-Vector-Based Model Predictive Current Control of PMSM Drives

Conventional model predictive current control(MPCC)applies only one vector during one control period,which produces large torque and flux ripples and high current harmonics in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)*** MPCC with duty cycle control has been proposed to improve the steady state performance by applying one non-zero vector and one null vector during one control ***,the prior method requires lots of calculations and predictions to find the optimal voltage vectors and calculate their respective *** from prior enumeration-based MPCC,this paper proposes an efficient two-vector MPCC by applying two arbitrary voltage vectors during one control *** reference voltage vector is firstly calculated based on the principle of deadbeat current *** optimal vectors and their duration are then obtained in a very efficient way,which does not require the calculation of current slopes in prior MPCC *** proposed method is compared to the state-of-the-art predictive control methods,including conventional MPCC,MPCC with duty cycle control,deadbeat control with space vector modulation(SVM)and modulated model predictive control(M2PC).Both simulation and experimental results prove that the proposed method achieves better steady state performance than conventional MPCC with or without duty cycle and the dynamic response is not *** the condition of insufficient dc bus voltage,the proposed method outperforms deadbeat control and M2PC by presenting even higher speed range and less torque ripples.

Comprehensive Summary A family of polyaryl 2-(pyridin-2-yl)phenol-based four-coordinate organoboron complexes were prepared in good yields via deconstructive cycloaromatization of indolizines,cyclopropenones,and boric *** photoluminescence measurements have revealed that these N,Oπ-conjugated tetracoordinate boron complexes display bright fluorescence,large Stokes shifts,and good quantum yields(Φlum=0.15-0.45).In addition,the DFT calculations were carried out to deepen the understanding of the electronic structures and optoelectronic properties of these structurally unprecedented tetracoordinate boron complexes.

An investigation was conducted using ^(45)Ca as a radioactive tracer to evaluate calcium antagonistic effects of several extracts from Bambusa Rigida in living *** relationship between the flavonoid and saccharide contents of Bambusa Rigida and calcium antagonistic effects were also *** protective effects of the alkali extracts of Bambusa Rigida on myocardial ischemia were investigated in living *** results indicated that the alkali extracts of Bambusa Rigida had a prominent influence on Ca^(2+) influx and efflux in the isolated rat aorta and heart,as they could obviously block ^(45)Ca entering into cells and stimulate efflux of intracellular Ca^(2+).Moreover,the alkali extracts of Bambusa Rigida had favorable protective effects on myocardial ischemia induced either by isoproterenoi injection (ISO) or by the ligation of coronary *** results implied that the Bambusa Rigida had attractive potential for the treatment of heart,cerebrovascular and other ***,the conclusion that whether the flavonoid or saccharide in Bambusa Rigida affected the calcium antagonistic effects and Ca^(2+) channels or not was hard to make within the results of the investigation.

Target-responsive subcellular catabolism analysis for early-stage antibody-drug conjugates screening and assessment

Events including antibody-antigen affinity,internalization,trafficking and lysosomal proteolysis combinatorially determine the efficiency of antibody-drug conjugate(ADC) catabolism and hence the ***,an approach that conveniently identifies proteins requisite for payload release and the ensuing toxicity for mechanistic studies and quality assessment is *** the plethora of ADC candidates under development,we developed a target-responsive subcellular catabolism(TARSC) approach that examines ADC catabolism and probes changes in response to targeted interferences of proteins of *** firstly applied TARSC to study the commercial T-DM1 and the *** recorded unequivocal catabolic behaviors regardless of the absence and presence of the targeted *** negligible differences in TARSC profiles agreed with their undifferentiated anti-tumoral efficacy according to further in vitro viability and in vivo tumor growth assays,highlighting TARSC analysis as a useful tool for biosimilarity assessment and functional dissection of proteins requisite for ADC ***,we employed TARSC to investigate the catabolic behavior of a new trastuzumab-toxin ***,TARSC can not only characterize ADC catabolism at(sub)cellular level but also comprehensively determine which protein targets affect payload release and therapeutic *** use of TARSC is thus anticipated in early-stage screening,quality assessment and mechanistic investigations of ADCs.
