With the increasing computing demand of train operation control systems,the application of cloud computing technology on safety computer platforms of train control system has become a research hotspot in recent years.How to improve the safety and availability of private cloud safety computers is the key problem when applying cloud computing to train operation control systems.Because the cloud computing platform is in an open network environment,it can face many security loopholes and malicious network at-tacks.Therefore,it is necessary to change the existing safety computer platform structure to improve the attack resistance of the private cloud safety computer platform,thereby enhancing its safety and reliability.Firstly,a private cloud safety computer platform architecture based on dynamic heterogeneous redundant(DHR)structure is proposed,and a dynamic migration mechanism for heterogeneous executives is designed.Then,a generalized stochastic Petri net(GSPN)model of a private cloud safety computer platform based on DHR is established,and its steady-state probability is solved by using its isomorphism with the continuous-time Markov model(CTMC)to analyse the impact of different system structures and executive migration mechanisms on the system's anti-attack performance.Finally,through experimental verifcation,the system structure proposed in this paper can improve the anti-attack capability of the private cloud safety computer platform,thereby improving its safety and reliability.

Improving transportation efficiency is an eternal research hotspot in rail transit system. In recent years, the train operation control method based on virtual coupling has attracted the attention of many scholars.The method of train coordination and anti-collision control is not only the key to realize the virtual coupling of train, but also the key to ensure the safety of train operation. Therefore, based on the existing research, a virtual coupled train dynamics model with nonlinear dynamics is established. Then, the parameters of the operation process model of the nonlinear virtual coupled train are identified by the recursive least squares method based on realtime data, which is applied to the variable parameter artificial potential field(VAPF) for parameter identification.A fusion controller based on feature-based generalized model prediction(GPC) and VAPF is used to control the virtual coupled train and prevent collision. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by using real high-speed railway data.

Base station(BS)backup batteries(BSBBs),with their dispatchable capacity,are potential demand-side resources for future power systems.To enhance the power supply reliability and post-contingency frequency security of power systems,we propose a two-stage stochastic unit commitment(UC)model incorporating operational reserve and post-contingency frequency support provisions from massive BSBBs in cellular networks,in which the minimum backup energy demand is considered to ensure BS power supply reliability.The energy,operational reserve,and frequency support ancillary services are co-optimized to handle the power balance and post-contingency frequency security in both forecasted and stochastic variable renewable energy(VRE)scenarios.Furthermore,we propose a dedicated and scalable distributed optimization framework to enable autonomous optimizations for both dispatching center(DC)and BSBBs.The BS model parameters are stored and processed locally,while only the values of BS decision variables are required to upload to DC under the proposed distributed optimization framework,which safeguards BS privacy effectively.Case studies on a modified IEEE 14-bus system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in promoting VRE accommodation,ensuring post-contingency frequency security,enhancing operational economics,and fully utilizing BSBBs'energy and power capacity.Besides,the proposed distributed optimization framework has been validated to converge to a feasible solution with near-optimal performance within limited iterations.Additionally,numerical results on the Guangdong 500 kV provincial power system in China verify the scalability and practicality of the proposed distributed optimization framework.

In the rail transit system, the running foundation of the computer control system is required to be highly reliable, available and safe. A redundant system structure of double one out of two with a hot standby applied to the safety computer platform of the train control system is proposed in this paper. Considering the common cause failure, fault diagnosis rate, repair rate and switching success rate, the Markovian approach is adopted for modeling four safety redundant structures,including two out of three, double one out of two, one out of two with a hot standby and double one out of two with a hot standby. The calculation of the failure rate and PFH values is carried out with MATLAB to evaluate the reliability, safety and influencing factors of each structure. The final conclusion is that double one out of two with a hot standby structure can be best in the aspect of both reliability and safety with appropriate DC and β parameters.

Fossil fuel depletion and environmental pollution problems promote development of renewable energy(RE)glob-ally.With increasing penetration of RE,operation security and economy of power systems(PS)are greatly impacted by fluctuation and intermittence of renewable power.In this paper,information gap decision theory(IGDT)is adapted to handle uncertainty of wind power generation.Based on conventional IGDT method,linear regulation strategy(LRS)and robust linear optimization(RLO)method are integrated to reformulate the model for rigorously considering security constraints.Then a robustness assessment method based on hybrid RLO-IGDT approach is proposed for analyzing robustness and economic performance of PS.Moreover,a risk-averse linearization method is adapted to convert the proposed assessment model into a mixed integer linear programming(MILP)problem for convenient optimization without robustness loss.Finally,results of case studies validate superiority of proposed method in guaranteeing operation security rigorously and effectiveness in assessment of RSR for PS without overestimation.Index Terms-Hybrid RLO-IGDT approach,information gap decision theory(IGDT),operation security,robustness assessment,robustness security region(RSR).

在建设新型电力系统背景下,时序生产模拟技术依托电网数字化转型赋能,成为了新型电力系统运行评估与规划决策的重要工具。文中总结了国内外对于时序生产模拟相关问题的研究成果,以及时序生产模拟在新型电力系统中的应用与求解技术。首先,介绍了时序生产模拟的结构及特点,从电力电量平衡测算、“双碳”措施量化分析、未来电网形态与演化路径等方面综述了时序生产模拟的应用场景。然后,根据现有时序生产模拟求解技术特点将其分类介绍,并讨论了不同求解技术的局限性。最后,对新型电力系统时序生产模拟研究进行了展望。

基于储能在参与调节新能源出力随机性和波动性的重要作用,针对由储能种类多样性和参数复杂性导致的储能选型和配置困难问题,提出了一种面向新能源波动平抑的储能快速选型与配置方法。首先,从储能的物理模型本质出发,综合考虑储能的多类型参数,提出了一种储能多参数等价折算的方法;该方法将储能的荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)、寿命、效率和初始投资成本等多参数对比等价折算为功率和容量的配置成本对比,对复杂参数关系进行综合量化表征,实现对储能价值的快速准确评估。然后,为保证新能源出力平滑,建立了不同时间尺度下的新能源波动平抑指标,提出了新能源波动平抑的储能优化配置模型。该模型以储能成本、限电损失费用和新能源波动越限惩罚费用最小化为目标,考虑系统的运行约束与储能约束,实现系统技术和经济性能的最优化。最后,根据某实际算例的波动平抑需求调研了多种应用广泛的储能系统,基于所提储能多参数等价折算方法对不同储能的技术经济参数进行分析与比较,验证了所提的储能选型配置方法和新能源波动平抑模型的有效性和适用性。

Nickel-iron layered double hydroxides(NiFe LDHs)represent a promising candidate for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),however,are still confronted with insufficient activity,due to the slow kinetics of electrooxidation of Ni^(2+)cations for the high-valent active sites.Herein,nanopore-rich NiFe LDH(PR-NiFe LDH)nanosheets were proposed for enhancing the OER activity together with stability.In the designed catalyst,the confined nanopores create abundant unsaturated Ni sites at edges,and decrease the migration distance of protons down to the scale of their mean free path,thus promoting the formation of high-valent Ni^(3+)/^(4+)active sites.The unique configuration further improves the OER stability by releasing the lattice stress and accelerating the neutralization of the local acidity during the phase transformation.Thus,the optimized PR-NiFe LDH catalysts exhibit an ultralow overpotential of 278 mV at 10 mA∙cm^(−2)and a small Tafel slope of 75 mV∙dec^(−1),which are competitive among the advanced LDHs based catalysts.Moreover,the RP-NiFe LDH catalyst was implemented in anion exchange membrane(AEM)water electrolyzer devices and operated steadily at a high catalytic current of 2 A over 80 h.These results demonstrated that PR-NiFe LDH could be a viable candidate for the practical electrolyzer.This concept also provides valuable insights into the design of other catalysts for OER and beyond.

湘南柿竹园矽卡岩型-云英岩型钨多金属矿田是中国最重要的钨多金属矿产资源基地之一。前人对该矿田的矽卡岩型成矿开展了系统的研究,而对矿田内云英岩型钨矿化研究薄弱,制约了矿田内成矿理论的认识和矿产勘查部署。通过野外调查,文章系统总结了矿田内云英岩型矿化样式、空间分布、矿化特征和控矿因素。研究显示柿竹园矿田内云英岩型矿体包含4种矿化样式:第一期斑状黑云母花岗岩中云英岩型矿体、石英斑岩中云英岩型矿体、第二期黑云母花岗岩中云英岩型矿体和矽卡岩-网脉状云英岩复合型矿体。这4种样式的云英岩型钨多金属矿体是柿竹园矿田内不同阶段的花岗岩成矿的产物。白钨矿化学成分显示矽卡岩型矿化的白钨矿低Mo,而云英岩型矿化白钨矿富Mo,指示云英岩矿化较矽卡岩矿化具有更氧化的环境。柿竹园矿田矿化格局显示云英岩型矿化受矿田和矿床尺度的花岗岩体侵位前锋控制,矿田尺度表现为岩体由北东深部向南西浅部侵位,千里山岩体南部为岩体侵位的前锋,岩体南部发育较大规模的云英岩矿体;矿床尺度上,云英岩体的定位受控于花岗岩岩突的控制。此外,矿田菱形格状构造对岩突产出位置具有重要的控制作用,也具有重要勘查指示意义。结合矿田控矿构造格局、不同期次岩浆岩对云英岩的控制及地球化学异常特征,笔者提出了大吉岭、柿竹园深部和柴山深部3处云英岩型钨多金属矿找矿预测靶区。
