Weld seam detection is an important part of automated *** present,few studies have been conducted on annular weld seams,and a lot of defects exist in the point cloud model of the tube sheet obtained by RGB-D cameras and photography *** at the above problems,this paper proposed an annular weld seam detection network named WeldNet where a voxel feature encoding layer was adaptively improved for annular weld seams,the sparse convolutional network and region proposal network(RPN)were used to detect annular weld seam position,and an annular weld seam detection loss function was ***,an annular weld seam dataset was established to train the *** with the random sampling consistency(RANSAC)method,WeldNet has a higher detection accuracy,as well as a higher detection success rate which has increased by 23%.Compared with u-Net,WeldNet has been proven to achieve a better detection result,and the intersection over the union of the weld seam detection is improved by 17.8%.

Next-generation advanced high/pulsed power capacitors urgently require dielectric materials with outstanding energy storage ***_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3)-based lead-free materials exhibit high polarization,but the high remanent polarization and large polarization hysteresis limit their applications in dielectric ***,high-entropy perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))(Ti1-x%Zrx%)O_(3)are designed by adding multiple ions in the A-site and replacing the B-site Ti^(4+)with a certain amount of Zr^(4+).The newly designed system showed high relaxor feature and slim polarization-electric(P-E)***,improved relaxor feature and obviously delayed polarization saturation were found with the increasing of Zr^(4+).Of particular importance is that both high recoverable energy storage density of 6.6 J/cm^(3) and energy efficiency of 93.5%were achieved under 550 kV/cm for the ceramics of x=6,accompanying with excellent frequency stability,appreciable thermal stability,and prosperous discharge *** work not only provides potential dielectric materials for energy storage applications,but also offers an effective strategy to obtain dielectric ceramics with ultrahigh comprehensive energy storage performance to meet the demanding requirements of advanced energy storage applications.

During the long term evolution of globular clusters(GCs), some member stars are lost to the field. The recently found nitrogen-rich(N-rich) metal-poor field stars are promising candidates of these GC escapees, since N enhancement is the fingerprint of chemically enhanced populations in GCs. In this work, we discuss the possibility of identifying N-rich metal-poor field stars with the upcoming Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST). We focus on the main survey camera with NuV, u, g, r, i, z, y filters and slitless spectrograph with a resolution about *** combination of uV sensitive equipment and prominent N-related molecular lines in the uV band bodes well for the identification: the color–color diagram of(u-g) versus(g-r) is capable of separating N-rich field stars from normal halo stars, if metallicity can be estimated without using the information on u-band ***, the synthetic spectra show that a signal-to-noise ratio of 10 is sufficient to identify N-rich field stars. In the near future, a large sample of N-rich field stars found by CSST, combined with state-of-the-art N-body simulations will be crucial to deciphering GC-Galaxy co-evolution.

In our daily lives,low-frequency kinetic energy primarily manifests as ***,effective harnessing of lowfrequency kinetic energy remains a formidable *** paper proposes a rope-driven rotor that rotates around an axis and consists of an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene(uHMWPE)wire wrapped around a metal *** rotor can convert ultra-low frequency vibration/linear motion into rapid rotation by pressing the top at low frequencies and driving the rope for a quick *** harvester can generate up to 36.25 m W power using a 0.1-mm-diameter uHMWPE wire as the rotor when periodically pressed down to 20 mm at a frequency of 1 Hz.A simple power generation floor is assembled,generating 28.58-m W power with a matching load at a frequency of 1.5 ***,the harvester can increase the charging voltage of a 0.47-F supercapacitor from 0 to 6.8 V within 10 *** addition,the harvester can harvest energy through a light finger press motion,and the energy obtained can also support the continuous operation of multiple electronic devices *** study introduces an effective method for harvesting ultra-low frequency energy and has great prospects in the field of power generation floor and human movement energy harvesting.

Polycrystalline ZSM-5 Aggregates Induced by Seed and Catalytic Performance in Methanol to Hydrocarbon

非侵入式负荷分解技术作为目前用户用电信息监测的主要手段,对推动能源效率提升和需求侧优化管理具有重要意义。针对目前负荷分解模型过分依赖电器本身的用电特征,而忽视用户用电习惯所提供的信息,导致分解效果始终难以改善的问题,该文提出一种考虑用户用电行为的多标签负荷分解改进方法。改进后的模型是两个网络串行的架构。第一个网络结合用户用电行为实现多标签类型识别;第二个网络在识别结果基础上完成各个在线电器的能量分解。文中通过设备行为关联图来表示用户的用电习惯。模型随用户用电不断完成行为更新,并逐渐为用户生成独特的网络图,为负荷分解提供行为依据。最后使用公开数据集REDD和REFIT对提出方法进行仿真和评估。实验结果表明,提出的方法能够准确获取各电器的用电信息,且与现有先进方法相比有明显的改进,证明了考虑用户用电行为的多标签方法是一种有效可行的负荷分解思路。

A genome-wide association study(GWAS)identifies trait-associated loci,but identifying the causal genes can be a bottleneck,due in part to slow decay of linkage disequilibrium(LD).A transcriptome-wide association study(TWAS)addresses this issue by identifying gene expression-phenotype associations or integrating gene expression quantitative trait loci with GWAS ***,we used self-pollinated soybean(Glycine max[L.]Merr.)as a model to evaluate the application of TWAS to the genetic dissection of traits in plant species with slow LD *** generated RNA sequencing data for a soybean diversity panel and identified the genetic expression regulation of 29286 soybean *** TWAS solutions were less affected by LD and were robust to the source of expression,identifing known genes related to traits from different tissues and developmental *** novel pod-color gene L2 was identified via TWAS and functionally validated by genome *** introducing a new exon proportion feature,we significantly improved the detection of expression variations that resulted from structural variations and alternative *** a result,the genes identified through our TWAS approach exhibited a diverse range of causal variations,including SNPs,insertions or deletions,gene fusion,copy number variations,and alternative *** this approach,we identified genes associated with flowering time,including both previously known genes and novel genes that had not previously been linked to this trait,providing insights complementary to those from *** summary,this study supports the application of TWAS for candidate gene identification in species with low rates of LD decay.

We assessed the global incidence, mortality, and disability-adjusted life years(DALYs) associated with various liver diseases, including alcohol-related liver disease(ALD), hepatitis B/C virus infections(HBV or HCV), liver cancer, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease(MASLD), and other chronic liver diseases, from the 2019 Global Burden of Disease study. Additionally, we analyzed the global trends in hepatology research and drug development. From 2000 to 2019, prevalence rates increased for ALD, MASLD and other liver diseases, while they decreased for HBV, HCV, and liver cancer. Countries with a high socio-demographic index(SDI) exhibited the lowest mortality rates and DALYs. The burden of liver diseases varied due to factors like sex and region. In nine representative countries, MASLD,along with hepatobiliary cancer, showed highest increase in funding in hepatology research. Globally, the major research categories in hepatology papers from 2000 to 2019 were cancer, pathobiology, and MASLD. The united States(u.S.) was at the forefront of hepatology research, with China gradually increasing its influence over time. Hepatologists worldwide are increasingly focusing on studying the communication between the liver and other organs, while underestimating the research on ALD. Cancer, HCV, and MASLD were the primary diseases targeted for therapeutic development in clinical trials. However, the proportion of new drugs approved for the treatment of liver diseases was relatively low among all newly approved drugs in the u.S., China, Japan, and the European union. Notably, there were no approved drug for the treatment of ALD in the world.
