We introduced a 61-year-old male with ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate who underwent a tortuous diagnosis and ***-disciplinary team meetings organized by our hospital have shown great value in the whole *** patient presented with gross hematuria accompanied by frequent urination initially,and was diagnosed with ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate involving right seminal vesicle gland and urethra by urethroscopy *** clinical stage of tumor was *** 4 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the tumor shrank significantly and the patient underwent a laparoscopic radical *** the patient declined to continue chemotherapy *** 10 months,the serum prostatic specific antigen increased to 0.05 ng/mL,and multiple metastases were found in the patient's bilateral ***,an unexpected diagnosis of seminal vesicle adenocarcinoma was put forward from another hospital after supplementary pathologic immunohistochemical ***,after careful discussion and demonstration by our multi-disciplinary team experts,we insisted on the diagnosis of ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate and suggested that the original regimen of chemotherapy should be ***-to-date,14 months after the operation,the patient continues to survive while undergoing ongoing active treatment as recommended.

Impacts of Defoliation on Morphological Characteristics and Non-Structural Carbohydrates of Populus talassica × Populus euphratica Seedlings

Trypsin,a novel superoxide scavenger,significantly enhances the storage quality of Hylocereus undatus(***).To elucidate the preservation mechanism of trypsin on ***,a widely targeted metabolomic analysis,and transcriptomics analysis were ***,a total of 453 metabolites were identified,with organic acids and their derivatives constituting the largest proportion(25%).Amino acids and their metabolites,prominent among organic acids,were further *** them,73 metabolites were associated with amino acids,and 37 exhibited significant *** most enriched Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway was arginine biosynthesis(map00220),with polyamine metabolites showing the most pronounced differences,particularly spermine(FC=1.7594).Compared with the control group,4-hydroxy-2-oxoglutaric acid was significantly upregulated(FC=2.117)in the process of spermine ***,the results of Gene Ontology(GO)and KEGG enrichment analysis of the *** transcriptome profile revealed that trypsin treatment led to 187 differentially expressed genes associated with *** GO and KEGG analyses exhibited significant enrichment in the spermine biosynthetic process(GO:0006597)(map:00220)within the arginine biosynthesis ***,most enzymes and metabolites within the spermine biosynthesis pathway in *** were *** results of the PPI network highlighted that ADC,SPDS,and SAMDC,among others,were pivotal proteins involved in trypsin-regulated arginine metabolism and spermine *** study revealed that trypsin could significantly delay postharvest senescence of *** at room *** effect might be attributed to trypsin triggering the synthesis of 4-hydroxy-2-oxoglutaric acid in the fruit peel,thereby promoting the biosynthesis of spermine and other polyamines.

原发性输尿管肿瘤45例临床分析

目的:分析原发性输尿管肿瘤患者的临床资料,进一步丰富诊疗经验。方法:对2014~2015年我科收治的45例原发性输尿管肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:45例患者术前均行B超、CT,部分患者行膀胱镜+逆行造影、输尿管镜等检查诊断为输尿管肿瘤。45例患者全部行手术治疗,其中27例行根治手术,18例行保肾手术,术后病理证实44例为尿路上皮癌,1例为腺癌。术后随访14个月~3年,术后1年总生存率91.1%(41/45),术后2年总生存率85.0%(34/40),术后3年总生存率66.7%(14/21),其中27例行根治手术者11.1%(3/27)于术后3年内死亡;18例行保肾手术者22.2%(4/18)于术后3年内死亡。结论:联合影像学检查和内镜检查可以提高输尿管肿瘤的诊断准确率。肾及输尿管全长切除+输尿管口膀胱袖套状切除术是治疗原发性输尿管肿瘤的首选方法,其中腹腔镜手术较开放手术具有术中出血少、术后恢复快等优势。原发性输尿管肿瘤的预后与病理分级及疾病分期密切相关。

The inflammatory microenvironment and neurotoxicity can hinder neuronal regeneration and functional recovery after spinal cord ***,a JAK-STAT inhibitor,exhibits effectiveness in autoimmune diseases,arthritis,and managing inflammatory cytokine *** studies have shown the neuroprotective potential of ruxolitinib in neurological trauma,the exact mechanism by which it enhances functional recovery after spinal cord injury,particularly its effect on astrocytes,remains *** address this gap,we established a mouse model of T10 spinal cord contusion and found that ruxolitinib effectively improved hindlimb motor function and reduced the area of spinal cord *** sequencing analysis showed that ruxolitinib alleviated inflammation and immune response after spinal cord injury,restored EAAT2 expression,reduced glutamate levels,and alleviated excitatory ***,ruxolitinib inhibited the phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3 in the injured spinal cord and decreased the phosphorylation level of nuclear factor kappa-B and the expression of inflammatory factors interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α.Additionally,in glutamate-induced excitotoxicity astrocytes,ruxolitinib restored EAAT2 expression and increased glutamate uptake by inhibiting the activation of STAT3,thereby reducing glutamate-induced neurotoxicity,calcium influx,oxidative stress,and cell apoptosis,and increasing the complexity of dendritic ***,these results indicate that ruxolitinib restores glutamate homeostasis by rescuing the expression of EAAT2 in astrocytes,reduces neurotoxicity,and effectively alleviates inflammatory and immune responses after spinal cord injury,thereby promoting functional recovery after spinal cord injury.
