本文选取联合国贸易2002-2022年中国内地对台湾地区水产品出口贸易数据,运用CMS模型对中国内地水产品出口到台湾地区的影响因素进行两个层次的分析。结果表明:1.2002-2022年期间,中国内地对台湾地区水产品的出口呈现“缓增-激增-跌落”三个阶段,对台主要出口甲壳软体制品、鲜冷甲壳及软体类、生鲜冷冻鱼和鱼制品四类水产品。2.在2002-2022年期间的三个阶段中,竞争力效应和第二层次分解的综合竞争力效应是影响中国内地对台湾地区水产品出口的主导因素。3.在2018-2022年阶段台湾地区水产品进口规模扩大,但是中国内地水产品在台湾地区市场上的市场份额却降低。再此基础上,提出促进两岸水产品贸易相应的对策建议。

The enhancement fishery is one of five pillar industries of aquatic products industry. Cultivation and development of enhancement fishery have certain conditions and advantages in China. From the concept of the enhancement fishery,this paper introduced four approaches for developing the enhancement fishery. It pointed out major problems in the development of enhancement fishery,including small construction scale of protection zone and unreasonable distribution,substandard releasing technology,not obvious enhancement effect,unclear development orientation,and difficult operation of implementation standard. Finally,it came up with recommendations for developing enhancement fishery,improving legal protection system,increasing input support effort,enhancing construction of scientific research institutions,strengthening supervision and management functions,establishing scientific evaluation system,and promoting comprehensive development of enhancement fishery.

With the integration of global economy and rapid development of information technology,China's economic and trade exchange will be further strengthened and social economic phenomenon will become more and more complex. Therefore,understanding fishery statistical systems and making comparative analysis become particularly important for formulating fishery development and economic management policies.Through comparative study on statistical systems,organization,statistical laws and regulations,statistical indicators,and statistical management and methods of different countries,this paper is intended to provide reference for improving China's fishery statistical system and operating mechanism.

In this paper,on the basis of an overview of the evolution of diesel fuel subsidy policy in China's fishery,we perform an economic analysis of the existing diesel fuel subsidy policy,and believe that it is fishing shareholders rather than fishermen who benefit most from the diesel fuel subsidy policy. The diesel fuel subsidy policy is not conducive to fishery resources protection,it will cause no fluctuation in the supply price of aquatic products,and it can not effectively increase the income of all fishermen. It is necessary to focus on subsidy method,subsidy links and subsidy level to improve diesel fuel subsidy efficiency,lower production costs,stabilize fishery production,and increase the income of fishermen.

There are numerous types of living resources in coastal and offshore areas of China. In recent years,both the population type and quantity structure have significant changes,and the stock of small fishery population resources is increasing. This population is precious protein resource. It is urgent to study how to take prompt and effective fishing and take full advantage of processing,utilization and management. Traditional utilization methods are limited by many factors. The utilization efficiency is extremely low. The feed conversion rate of some mariculture fishes with fresh small trash fishes as feeds is even as low as 0. 2. Innovative production and management organization model with aquatic enterprises as leaders greatly increases the utilization efficiency of small fish resources with the aid of marine processing mother ship. In order to further accelerate developing and utilizing small fishery population resources in coastal and offshore areas,China should launch survey and utilization researches of small fishery population resources in coastal and offshore areas,formulate practical and feasible laws,regulations and policies,actively encourage and support autonomous innovative management mode of enterprises,and promote effective utilization and management of coastal and offshore fishery resources.

In 2011,China put the stock enhancement fishery in the same place as aquaculture,fishing,aquatic product processing and circulation industry,and recreational fishery,i. e. one of the five pillar industries of fishery economy. Developing the stock enhancement fishery is a strategic measure for restoring and protecting fishery resources,expanding fishery,replacement environment cost,and promoting sustainable development of fishery. At present,cultivation and development of the new rising industry,the stock enhancement fishery,has certain comparative edge,excellent economic foundation and broad development space in China.

This study aims to investigate the significance and biodegradation pathways of PHB-based bioplastic in anaerobic digesters treating food waste,where the reactor performance of changed methane generation,bioplastic biodegradation efficiency,and bioinformatic analysis of functional microbes were emphasized.The results showed that PHB-based plastic film could be partially biodegraded in the food waste digester,and a bioaugmentation use of Alcaligenes Faecalis(AF)and Bacillus Megaterium(BM)was beneficial to largely accelerate the degradation process through a beneficial shift of both the functional bacterial and archaeal species.Microbial community analysis indicated that the major bacterial species belonged to genera Candidatus_Cloacimonas,Rikenellaceae,and Defluviitoga,while the dominant methanogenic archaeal species belonged to genera Methanomassiliicoccus,Methanosarcina,and Methanosaeta.Bioplastic biodegradation analysis suggested that the optimal fractions of AF and BM for PHB-based plastic degradation were 50% AF and 75% BM,respectively,which deserves further optimization and scale-up validation.The finding of this study would contribute to the combined management of PHB-based bioplastic with food waste for clean energy recovery and a greener environment.

南海是金枪鱼类的重要分布区,开展南海金枪鱼类养殖潜在适宜区选划研究具有重要意义。南海金枪鱼类的主要种类为黄鳍金枪鱼(Thunnus albacares)和鲣(Katsuwonus pelamis),根据其物种出现点以及7种南海环境数据,采用最大熵(Maximum Entropy,MaxEnt)模型定量评估了南海黄鳍金枪鱼和鲣的潜在养殖适宜性指数。结果表明:1)模型受试者工作特征曲线的下面值均大于0.848,表明模型准确度良好,可用于模拟金枪鱼类养殖潜在适宜区的分布;2)表层溶解氧、表层水温、底层水温、底层盐度是影响南海黄鳍金枪鱼和鲣养殖适宜栖息地分布的重要环境因子。其中,黄鳍金枪鱼的最适宜范围为:表层溶解氧浓度201.52~242.68 mol·m^(−3)、底层水温1.96~32.61℃、底层盐度34.37‰~35.26‰;鲣的最适宜范围为:表层溶解氧浓度200.83~208.35 mol·m^(−3)、表层水温19.71~28.96℃、底层盐度34.30‰~35.26‰;3)黄鳍金枪鱼和鲣的养殖潜在高适宜分布区域较为集中,黄鳍金枪鱼主要集中在东沙渔场、南沙中部渔场以及南沙中西部渔场的东北部,鲣主要集中在中国台湾南部渔场的中西部以及东沙渔场。
