Mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)have been considered a promising alternative for treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).However,there is significant heterogeneity in their therapeutic efficacy,largely owing to the incomplete understanding of the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic activities of ***,we hypothesize that the cholinergic antiinflammatory pathway(CAP),which is recognized as a neuroimmunological pathway,may be involved in the therapeutic mechanisms by which MSCs mitigate *** lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and bacterial lung inflammation models,we found that inflammatory cell infiltration and Evans blue leakage were reduced and that the expression levels of choline acetyltransferase(ChAT)and vesicular acetylcholine transporter(VAChT)in lung tissue were significantly increased 6 hours after MSC *** the vagus nerve was blocked orα7 nicotinic acetylcholine(ACh)receptor(α7nAChR)-knockout mice were used,the therapeutic effects of MSCs were significantly reduced,suggesting that the CAP may play an important role in the effects of MSCs in ARDS *** results further showed that MSC-derived prostaglandin E2(PGE2)likely promoted ACh synthesis and ***,based on the efficacy of nAChR andα7nAChR agonists,we found that lobeline,the nicotinic cholinergic receptor excitation stimulant,may attenuate pulmonary inflammation and alleviate respiratory symptoms of ARDS patients in a clinical study(ChiCTR2100047403).In summary,we reveal a previously unrecognized MSC-mediated mechanism of CAP activation as the means by which MSCs alleviate ARDS-like syndrome,providing insight into the clinical translation of MSCs or CAP-related strategies for the treatment of patients with ARDS.

Reconstruction of Infrastructure After Disasters in the Disaster Areas Suffered from Heavy Earthquakes Taking Dujiangyan as an Example

With the development of millimeter wave technology and the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment, the traditional method of DOA estimation based on subspace technology can not meet the high-precision position requirements of space-time networks in various application scenarios. For this reason, scholars have introduced compressed sensing and sparse reconstruction technology into the problem of array signal estimation, and used sparse Bayesian(SBL) reconstruction based methods to estimate the angle of arrival(DOA), which often faces the problems of estimation performance and computation adjustment. In this paper, we propose a Bayesian grid iteration algorithm with low computational complexity while ensuring high estimation performance. Firstly, the SBL with the lowest computational complexity is used for rough estimation of the direction of arrival, and the grid is divided unevenly according to the rough estimation results. After the grid division termination condition is reached, the MDL criterion is used to estimate the number of sources, and the signal is decomposed into SVD. Finally, the updated grid division is combined with the SVD decomposition results, and the DOA is fine estimated using Root SBL. Simulation results show that this algorithm has low computational complexity and high estimation performance.

Reconstruction of Infrastructure After Disasters in the Disa...

As one of the greatest natural disasters to humanity, the earthquake is devastating to a region, and postdisaster reconstruction is urgent and arduous. In the current research field, there is a lack of detailed and in-depth research on the post-disaster reconstruction work of the heavily affected areas. In order to make the theoretical support for the postdisaster reconstruction and development work in the severely affected areas, the author has carried out this research. This paper selects the major disaster-affected area, Dujiangyan City, as an entry point, and conducts an in-depth study on the status quo of infrastructure reconstruction work after 10 years of disaster. According to the analysis of Dujiangyan, the experience of infrastructure reconstruction after the disaster is summarized.

面向处理器设计的快速性能评测方法

面对日益复杂的处理器设计和有限的设计周期,如何有效地快速进行性能评估,是每一个处理器设计团队需要解决的问题。完整的性能测试集需要运行较长的时间,特别是在硅前验证阶段,高昂的时间成本导致设计团队无法使用完整的性能测试集进行性能评估分析。文中介绍了一种通用处理器快速性能评测方法(Fast-Eval),Fast-Eval性能评测方法基于SimPoint技术,使用FastParallel-BBV方法、最优模拟点的选取以及模拟点的热迁移等方法,显著缩短了BBV生成时间和性能测试时间。实验结果表明,相比完整运行SPEC CPU 2006 REF数据规模测试程序获得的性能数据,所提方法在ARM64处理器上BBV生成时间缩短为原来的16.88%,性能评估时间缩短为原来的1.26%,性能评估结果的平均相对误差为0.53%;在FPGA开发板上测试集的平均相对误差可以达到0.40%,运行时间仅为完整运行时间的0.93%。

鉴于主流数据平台难以保证多部门数据的一致性、真实性和完整性,也难以抵御对数据的恶意攻击,针对跨国运政出入境信息共享流程,基于区块链技术,提出一种混合属性访问控制和能力访问控制的数据共享访问控制模型的流程控制,采用星际文件系统以链下的方式拓展区块链的可存储性;通过智能合约,以更细粒度的模式实现访问能力生成和委托,并详细阐述和分析了访问控制的框架和流程。通过仿真实验验证了本区块链网络的性能和有效性,并对研究内容进行了总结和展望。

C/C-SiC:W/Cu复合涂层的制备和性能

为了提高C/C-SiC复合材料的耐烧蚀性能,改善W涂层的脆性,通过包覆法制备了W/Cu复合粉末,在C/C-SiC复合材料表面通过大气等离子喷涂技术(APS)制备了W涂层、W/Cu复合涂层,研究了不同W/Cu质量比(10∶0.5、10∶1、10∶1.5)对复合涂层的微观结构、显微硬度、耐烧蚀、抗冲刷性能的影响。结果表明,大气等离子喷涂制备的W/Cu复合涂层会形成特殊的Cu/W/Cu/W交替结构,随着Cu的增加,涂层表面夹生W颗粒增多,W/Cu复合涂层的显微硬度降低,最高下降幅度为45%,但W涂层脆性得到明显改善,抗冲刷性能明显增强。在热流密度为4200 kW/m^(2)的氧乙炔火焰考核60 s的过程中,W/Cu复合涂层由于Cu的低熔点、高沸点的发汗特性,会吸收大量热量,从而有效降低涂层表面温度,延缓烧蚀,在W/Cu质量比为10∶1时,W/Cu复合涂层烧蚀中心面直径相较于W涂层缩小57.4%,线烧蚀率和质量烧蚀率分别降低45.5%、42%。

针对变压器差动保护和重瓦斯保护无法灵敏和快速判别变压器轻微匝间短路故障的问题,研究了变压器正常运行与不同匝间短路情况下的漏磁分布特性。首先,推导了变压器绕组在空间中的磁密分布公式,分析了变压器正常运行时的轴向漏磁分布对称性规律;然后,搭建了“场-路”耦合110 kV三相变压器三维模型进行仿真验证,分析变压器在正常运行、不同故障绕组、不同匝间短路位置下的漏磁分布规律。最后,基于理论分析和仿真验证,提出了变压器内部漏磁传感器的布置方案,为基于漏磁信息的匝间短路故障辨识提供依据。
