User location privacy protection mechanism for location-based services

Modern industrial and production realms heavily rely on rotating machinery, in which mechanical bearings play a crucial role in ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency. Accurate prognostics of these bearings' Remaining Useful Life(RUL)can significantly impact the operational effectiveness of the entire machinery. Utilizing comprehensive vibration data, we developed a novel predictive framework by integrating Stacked AutoEncoders(SAE) for advanced feature extraction with a Boosted Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit(BiGRU) including Skip Connections for multi-scale joint prediction. This innovative approach, B2GRU, provides precise RUL predictions, significantly enhancing machinery reliability and efficiency while reducing operational downtime and costs. Our experimental results on the PRONOSTIA dataset validate the superior performance of BGRU over contemporary methods, achieving a substantial 42.9% decline in Root Mean Square Error(RMSE) compared to basic Artificial Neural Networks(ANN). This study highlights the robust capabilities of our model in feature extraction and model boosting mechanisms, demonstrating its effectiveness and suitability for RUL prediction of mechanical bearings.

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IoT),Location-Based Services(LBS)are becoming more and more ***,for the users being served,how to protect their location privacy has become a growing *** has led to great difficulty in establishing trust between the users and the service providers,hindering the development of LBS for more comprehensive *** this paper,we first establish a strong identity verification mechanism to ensure the authentication security of the system and then design a new location privacy protection mechanism based on the privacy proximity test *** mechanism not only guarantees the confidentiality of the user s information during the subsequent information interaction and dynamic data transmission,but also meets the service provider's requirements for related data.

True random number generators(TRNG)are important counterparts to pseudorandom number generators(PRNG).especially for high security applications such as *** produce unpredictable,non-repeatablerandom ***,most TRNGs require specialized hardware to extract entropy from physical phenomena and tend to be slower than *** generators usually require post-processing algorithms to eliminate biases but in *** *** this paper.a newpost-processing method based on hyperchaos is proposed forsoftware-based TRNGs which not only eliminates statisticalbiases but also provides amplification in order to improve the performance of *** proposed method utilizes the inherent characteristics of chaos such as hypersensitivity to input shanugeri,diffusisn,and csnfusion sapabilities to ushievethese *** bits of a physical entropy source areused to perturb the parameters of a hyperchaotic map,which is then iterated to produce a set of random output *** de-pict the feasibility of the proposed post-processing *** is applied in designing TRNGs based on digital *** are analyzed to identify statistical defects in addition to forward and backward *** indicate that the proposed generators are able to produce secure true random sequences at a high throughput,which in turn reflects on the effectiveness of the proposed post-processing method.

【目的】解决卷积神经网络在复杂环境下识别率低、模型参数多等问题,为苹果叶病智能识别提供参考。【方法】本研究提出一种基于改进ResNet18的苹果叶病识别模型。首先,通过离线增强和在线增强两种方式解决数据不平衡和数据过拟合现象,增强模型的泛化能力;其次,引入缩放因子调整通道参数以减少网络参数量,并在下采样残差结构的恒等映射中用最大池化层代替1×1卷积完成下采样,去除图片中的冗余特征,增大模型的感受野;将ResNet18模型的第一层7×7卷积层替换为多尺度特征提取模块,提高模型对细小病斑的提取能力;最后,在特征提取网络中插入DenseBlock模块,加强模型对浅层有效特征的重用。【结果】改进后的ResNet18模型准确率为97.94%,比原模型高出0.88个百分点;模型大小为3.97MB,比原模型减小90.77%。与ShuffleNetv2、MobileNetv3、EfficientNet等轻量化模型和Inceptionv2、DenseNet、ResNet等经典模型相比,该模型拥有更好的性能。【结论】改进后的模型在复杂环境下能够准确识别苹果叶病,并且具有较少的模型参数,方便移植到移动设备上,为苹果叶病的智能诊断提供参考。

Flexible ternary carbon black/Bi_(2)Te_(3) based alloy/polylactic acid(CB/BTBA/PLA)composites were fabricated by additive manufacturing and their thermoelectric properties were investigated from 300 K to 360 *** 300 K,as the mass ratios of BTBAs in the composites increased from 38.5% to 71.4%,both the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of the composites increased from 5.8 S/cm to 13.3 S/cm,and from 60.2 mV/K to 119.9 mV/K,respectively,and the thermal conductivity slightly increased from 0.15 W m^(-1)K^(-1) to 0.25 W m^(-1)K^(-1),as a result,the ZT value of the composites increased from 0.004 to *** the temperature increased from 300 K to 360 K,the electrical conductivity of all the composites slightly decreased,while the thermal conductivity slowly increased,and a highest ZT value of 0.024 was achieved for the composites with 71.4% BTBAs at 320 *** traditional sterolithography,fused deposition modeling,selective laser melting,etc.,this additive manufacturing process can directly print the solutions which contain inorganic fillers and polymer matrixes into almost any designed intricate geometries of thermoelectric composites,therefore this process has great potential to be used for fabrication of flexible polymer based thermoelectric composites and devices.

以提升电网的输送能力、提高供电可靠性、降低电网损耗为目的,阐述了优化完善电网结构的必要性。首先,在发电侧实施"上大压小"工程,采用超超临界大机组替代原有高耗能小机组,降低能源损耗,优化电网的能源结构分布。其次,利用大截面导线、同杆双回路输电技术提升电网输送能力、降低线路损耗、节省输电走廊。同时,通过合理改变电网的运行方式,优化了电网的网架结构,提高了电网供电可靠性。最后,结合电网结构优化前后实例验证了优化完善电网结构对节能减排的重要促进作用,并产生了较大的节能效益。

随着网络技术的发展和广泛应用,在互联网环境下建立安全信道愈发显得重要。我们设计了一种采用TLSv1.3的握手协议框架的轻量级安全代理协议,在安全性的基础上提供了更好的隐蔽性和性能。代理程序的用户接口基于Socks5协议,保障了通用性。握手过程模拟TLS,将实际参数填充在TLSv1.3握手包内的随机区域和加密区域中来完成基于ECDHE密钥交换和挑战响应机制的握手。后续的代理转发过程中通过额外判断避免了加密数据的重复处理,大大提高了通信效率。针对主动检测,设计了基于TCP转发的主动对抗措施。健壮性方面,可作为服务器的反向代理,亦可作为基于TCP转发的反向代理服务器的后端,可灵活构建冗余信道。依据实现原理,命名为FTLSocks,意为Fake TLS Socks。使用了协程池、空间重用、最少拷贝和无锁的设计,实测高并发下资源消耗、吞吐量、响应时间等均优于现有流行工具。
