Catalytic conversion of CO_(2) to high-value products is a crucial method to achieve targets of carbon dioxide emissions peak and carbon neutralization.However,realizing a controllable product distribution in a single CO_(2) hydrogenation process is of great challenge.Herein,we prepared the CuFe nanoalloy catalyst that directly transforms CO_(2) to alkanes using physical sputtering method in mild condition.The characteristic results show that the proximity between Cu and Fe is the crucial factor to tunable products among the different catalysts.The formation of unique coordination of FeCu4 nanoalloys from high-energy sputtering process provides close interaction between Cu and Fe,which is favorable to formation of low carbon paraffin,however,a distant proximity and weak interaction will increase the selectivity of olefins and alcohols.This work provides a general strategy for tuning target chemicals and enriches the viewpoints in CO_(2) hydrogenation.

Controlling phase transfer of molybdenum carbides by various metals for highly efficient hydrogen production

The α phase Mo carbide has been widely investigated recently for its high activity in hydrogen production from water gas shift (WGS) reaction. However, high loading of noble metals as well as high economic and environmental cost derived from high-temperature ammonification and carbonization process will lead to high cost of hydrogen production. Thus, the efficient controlling of phase transfer is promising. Herein, metals (Au, Pt, Rh, Cu) with a wide range of loadings were impregnated on flame spray pyrolysis (FSP) made MoO_(3) to produce Mo carbides by one-step carbonization. A breakthrough high metal-normalized hydrogen production rate of 213 mmol H2·gmetal^(-1)·s^(-1) was achieved on 0.025 wt% Rh/MoCx, which was much higher than Pt and Au based Mo carbides ever reported. The addition of trace Rh induced direct MoO_(3) transformation to high purity α-MoC_(1-x) in one-step carbonization instead of two-steps ammonification and carbonization process. In comparison to Rh, the addition of Pt, Au and Cu tend to transfer MoO_(3) into β-Mo2C at the same conditions. Besides, the one with 2 wt% Rh exhibited high stability in WGS reaction even at high temperature (300 ℃) due to its inhibition on carbides oxidation induced by H2O. We demonstrate that it is feasible to control phase transfer of Mo carbides even by trace amount of metals to simplify the production process of catalysts. The catalytic performance improved by Rh in aspects of both activity and stability provides a guide for producing more stable Mo carbides catalysts.

Feasibility and utility of intraoperative optical coherence tomography during vitreoretinal surgery:A 4-year report in Chinese population

The objective is to introduce the application of intraoperative optical coherence tomography(iOCT)in pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)for various vitreoretinal diseases,and to report the 4-year assessment of feasibility and utility in Chinese population.We reported a retrospective case series of patients who underwent PPV and iOCT scan at Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2016 to January 2020.Clinical characteristics were documented before operation,and we intraoperatively recorded the time and results of iOCT scanning,specific surgical maneuvers performed,the consistency with the planned strategies before surgery,the type of OCT images obtained,and adverse events(AEs).The surgeon feedback was collected to evaluate the utility of iOCT during surgery.In total 339 eyes successfully completed iOCT scan,with an average scanning time of 3.54±2.3 min,including 59 cases of idiopathic macular hole(iMH),134 cases of idiopathic epiretinal membrane(iERM),33 cases of lamellar macular hole(LMH),40 cases of high myopic maculopathy,13 cases of vitreous macular traction(VMT),60 cases of dense vitreous hemorrhage(VH).The iOCT findings were not consistent with exami-nation under the operating microscope in 49 cases(14.5%),including 29 cases(8.6%)which changed the operation strategies during surgery.The Hole-door phenomenon arose in 20 cases(33.9%)of iMH and 3 cases(25%)of high myopic MH after ILMs peeling.Moreover,the residue ERM was observed in nine cases(6.7%)of iERM and two cases(14.3%)in high myopic ERM after ILMs peeling.Some new surgical methods could also be confirmed using iOCT.The ap-plication of iOCT has a significant clinical functionality in vitreoretinal surgery,providing the surgeon with a new surgical understanding,guiding the selection of a more reasonable operative procedure during surgery,predicting postoperative recovery and improving postoperative outcomes.

实现乡村振兴、推进城乡融合与经济高质量发展需要不断缩小城乡居民消费差距。文章基于劳动生产率中介效应视角,以2011~2021年中国30个地区为样本检验了“数字经济劳动生产率城乡居民消费差距”这一传导路径。研究结果表明:从总效应来看,数字经济发展水平能够显著抑制城乡居民消费差距;从中介效应来看,在数字经济与城乡居民消费差距的关系中,劳动生产率发挥了10.75%的中介效应;数字经济对城乡居民消费差距的抑制作用存在区域与时段异质性,该作用在2015年之前以及论文研究期东部地区更强。因此,应增强区域发展平衡性与协调性,完善各区域数字基础、提升数字化服务水平、提高劳动生产率,促进农民增收,为农村居民消费奠定基础,助力缩小城乡居民消费差距。

Deepening function reform of running the society of state-owned farm is an important strategic plan made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and is also ' hard bone' bitten by fully implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and promoting the modernization of agriculture and countryside. In this paper,the problems of Taihu Port Farm in Jingzhou City after function reform of running the society are systematically and comprehensively analyzed via field research,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed. The research could provide beneficial reference and experience reference for deepening function reform of running the society of current state-owned farm.

Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is an important decision-making arrangement made by the party s 19th National Congress,and is the general grasp of the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era.In rural development,the issue of cultivated land is an important way to promote poverty alleviation in the vast rural areas and build a well-off society in an all-round way.In combination with the fact that the current quality of cultivated land resources in China is not high and the basic fertility has been continuously declining caused due to pollution,China must promote a scientific and rational system of arable land fallow to ensure the further development of agricultural modernization in China.In the process of researching the implementation of the arable land fallow system,the problems of land abandonment and"non-agriculturalization"after farmland fallow,the willingness of farmers to fallow and the subsidy for farmland fallow have been discovered.In response to the problems above,corresponding policy recommendations are put forward in order to better promote the process of arable land fallow and poverty alleviation in China.

研究基于溴酸钾氧化前处理(盐酸-溴酸钾溶解法、混合酸-溴酸钾消解法和干灰化-溴酸钾-盐酸溶解法)将试样中铬转化为六价铬(Cr^(6+))可溶性铬,利用原子吸收光谱法建立了饲料中铬的测定方法。结果表明:新建的盐酸-溴酸钾消解法测得三氧化二铬(Cr_(2)O_(3))中铬的回收率,比对照组的硝酸溶解法、盐酸溶解法和混合酸酸消解法分别提高了94.17%、90.71%和88.01%(P<0.05);混合酸-溴酸钾溶解法测得蛋氨酸铬、吡啶甲酸铬、混合型添加剂吡啶甲酸铬1和混合型添加剂吡啶甲酸铬2中铬的回收率,比对干灰化法、盐酸溶解法、混合酸消解法和干灰化-溴酸钾-盐酸溶解法分别提高了96.04%、9.37%、0.08%、95.95%,96.54%、9.8%、1.71%、96.58%,63.15%、34.6%、3.03%、42.16%,76.94%、45.38%、4.79%、20.75%;干灰化-溴酸钾-盐酸溶解法测得仔猪配合饲料、产蛋鸡浓缩饲料、猪用微量元素预混合饲料和蛋鸡预混合饲料中铬的回收率,比国标干灰化法分别提高了13.7%、51.7%、54.41%和70.19%(P<0.05)。试验结果显示,新建方法克服了样品中难溶性铬、挥发性铬及干灰化法处理后所形成的难溶性物质对铬测定结果的影响,线性关系良好、检出限低、测定结果准确,为准确测定饲料中铬的提供了参考。

Background:As renewable energy,microbial fuel cells(MFCs) are gaining increasing concern and have been developed well for its peculiar advantages.Up to now,however,the efficiency of MFCs is too low to be used in application for large scale.Among all of the factors that influence the performance of MFCs,electricigens,a kind of microbes which conserve energy to support growth by oxidizing organic compounds to carbon dioxide with direct quantitative electron transfer to electrodes,play a key role,and their mechanism of current generating is very important for researches of MFCs.Here we collected and classified the data and resources related to electricigens to construct a database and an analytical platform for them.Our work will help researchers to find genes related to electron generating and transferring,realize the mechanism of current generating for a specific microbe,and then manipulate the microbe with approaches of genetic engineering. Methods:A database named EGBase(Electricigens Genomes dataBase) was established,in which the microbes were collected from biomedical literatures both manually and automatically.The database was designed and constructed according to the electricigens data from different resources such as E-Utilities,NCBI RefSeq and Google Scholar.Then we provided a tool named RPGM(Re-annotating Protein-coding Genes in Microbial genomes), which was based on an algorithm for detecting the over-annotated protein-coding genes in microorganisms by integrating TN curve and Z curve.Finally,we constructed an online analytical platform.This platform integrates with some analytical tools,which include RPGM,GBrowse and BLAST,as well as providing basic functions for EGBase,such as data browsing,data searching and so on. Results:Up to now,the EGBase provides annotations for 477,144 genes from 222 genomes that include 10 Geobacter genomes and 34 Shewanella genomes.85 of these genomes were conformed as electricigens manually,while the others were collected automatically.The platform website(http://www.***.seu

论文基于2011~2021年全国31个省份的面板数据,构建数字乡村建设水平和农民共同富裕程度评价指标体系,利用固定效应模型和中介效应模型实证研究数字乡村建设对农民共同富裕的影响效应,以及农户创业活跃度的中介作用。研究结果表明:数字乡村建设能够显著促进农民共同富裕,但对农民共同富裕子维度的影响存在差异,对物质富裕和精神富裕两个子维度的促进作用较为显著,对社会共享层面的影响不明显;相较于数字基础薄弱的中西部地区,东部地区数字乡村建设对农民共同富裕的促进作用更加显著;数字乡村建设能够通过提升农户创业活跃度促进农民共同富裕。因此,应完善农村数字基础设施,创新数字乡村经济建设,培育新时代的“数字农民”,创新富民强村产业发展机制,进而推进农民共同富裕。
