Novel high-safety aeroengine performance predictive control method based on adaptive tracking weight

Increasing attention has been attracted to the dynamic performance and safety of advanced performance predictive control systems of the next-generation *** latest research demonstrates that Subspace-based Improved Model Predictive Control(SIMPC)can overcome the difficulty in solving the predictive model in MPC/NMPC ***,applying constant design parameters cannot maintain consistent control effects in all ***,the designed system relies too much on sensor-measured data,and thus it is difficult to thoroughly validate the safety of the system because of its high *** means that any potential hardware/software faults will endanger the ***,this paper first presents a novel nonlinear mapping relationship to adaptively tune the tracking weight online with the change of Power Lever Angle(PLA)and real-time relative tracking ***,without introducing additional design parameters,an Adaptive Tracking Weight-based SIMPC(ATW-SIMPC)controller is designed to improve the control performance in all operating states ***,a Primary/Backup Hybrid Control(PBHC)strategy with the ATW-SIMPC controller as the primary system and the traditional speed(Nf)controller as the backup system is proposed to ensure *** designed affiliated switching controller and the real-time monitor therein can be used to realize reasonable and smooth switching between primary/backup systems,so as to avoid bump *** PBHC system switches to the Nf controller when the ATW-SIMPC controller is wrong because of potential hardware/software faults;otherwise,the ATW-SIMPC controller keeps acting on the *** main results prove that the ATW-SIMPC controller with the optimal nonlinear mapping relationship,compared with the existing SIMPC controller,uplifts the dynamic control performance by 32%and reduces overshoots to an allowable limit,resulting in a better control effect in full *** comparison results consistently i

Small molecule inhibitors have dominated the pharmaceutical landscape for a long time as the primary therapeutic paradigm targeting pathogenic ***,their efficacy heavily relies on the amino acid composition and spatial constitution of proteins,rendering them susceptible to drug resistance and failing to target undruggable *** recent years,the advent of targeted protein degradation(TPD)technology has captured substantial attention from both industry and *** an event-driven mode,TPD offers a novel approach to eliminate pathogenic proteins by promoting their degrada-tion,thus circumventing the limitations associated with traditional small molecule ***-bic tag tethering degrader(HyTTD)technology represents one such TPD approach that is currently in the burgeoning *** employ endogenous protein degradation systems to induce the degrada-tion of target proteins through the proteasome pathway,which displays significant potential for medical *** this review,we provide a comprehensive overview of the development history and the reported mechanism of action of ***,we delve into the physiological roles,structure-activity re-lationships,and medical implications of HyTTDs targeting various disease-associated ***,we propose insights into the challenges that necessitate resolution for the successful development of HyTTDs,with the ultimate goal of initiating a new age of clinical treatment leveraging the immense po-tential of HyTTDs.

Stable hydrogen isoscape in precipitation generated using data fusion for East China

The stable hydrogen isotope in precipitation is an effective environmental tracer for climatic and hydrologic ***,accurate and high-precision precipitation hydrogen isoscapes are currently unavailable in *** this study,a data fusion method based on Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)is used to fuse the hydrogen isotopic composition(δ^(2)H_(p))of observations and isotope-equipped general circulation model(igCM)simulations.A precipitation hydrogen isoscape with a temporal resolution of monthly and a spatial resolution of 50-60 km is established for East China for the 1969-2017 *** to building the isoscape,the performance of three data fusion methods(DFMs)and two bias correction methods(BCMs)is *** results indicate that the CNN fusion method performs the best with a correlation coefficient larger than 0.90 and root mean square error smaller than 10.5‰ when using observation as a *** fusion methods based on back propagation and long short-term memory neural network perform similarly,while slightly outperforming the bias correction ***,the CNN method is used to generate the hydrogen isoscape,and the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the hydrogen isotope in precipitation are analyzed based on this *** generated isoscape shows similar spatial and temporal distribution characteristics to *** general,the distribution pattern of δ^(2)H_(p) is consistent with the temperature effect in northern China,and consistent with the precipitation amount effect in southern *** trend of the δ^(2)H_(p) time series is consistent with that of observed precipitation and ***,the generated isoscape effectively reproduces the observations,and has the characteristics of time continuity and relative spatial regularity,which can provide valuable data support for tracking atmospheric and hydrological processes.

Can whole steps of grain production be outsourced? Empirical analysis based on the three provinces of Jiangsu,Jilin,and Sichuan in China

Certain outsourcing services for agricultural management in China,such as pest control in grain production,have experienced prolonged sluggishness,contrasting with the relatively high level of outsourcing services observed in harvesting,land preparation,and *** study examines the feasibility of implementing whole-step outsourcing in grain production by conducting a case study of rice and maize production in Jiangsu,Jilin,and Sichuan provinces in *** provision of outsourcing services hinges on two essential conditions:technological advancements fostering specialized production and economies of scale,coupled with a market size sufficient to realize the aforementioned potential economies of *** results showed that outsourcing pest control or harvesting services had varying economies of *** outsourcing services in pest control were less common than in harvesting services,and their marginal growth space of the economies of scale with technological change was also *** by the operational characteristics of pest control itself,the market scale of its professional services is ***,achieving the whole-step outsourcing of grain production necessitates not only technological innovation but also effective policy interventions to overcome the constraints of market *** interventions include(1)optimizing crop layouts between planning regions and reducing land fragmentation and(2)supplying timely and effective inter-regional agricultural information for service providers aided by information technology.

Constrained clustering with weak label prior

Enhancing electrochemical capacity and interfacial stability of lithium-ion batteries through side reaction modulation with ultrathin carbon nanotube film and optimized lithium cobalt oxide particle size

Lithium cobalt oxide(LCO),the first commercialized cathode active material for lithium-ion batteries,is known for high voltage and ***,its application has been limited by relatively low capacity and stability at high *** particle size is considered one of the most straightforward and effective strategies to enhance ion transfer,thus increasing the rate ***,side reactions are simultaneously enhanced as the specific surface area ***,we investigate the impact of LCO particles with varying size distributions and optimize the particle *** modulate the side reactions associated with particle size reduction,an ultrathin carbon nanotube film(UCNF)is introduced to coat the cathode *** this simple process and optimized particle size,the rate performance improves significantly,normal commercial LCO achieves 118 mA·h·g^(−1)at 3.0–4.3 V and 20 C(0.72 mA·h·cm^(−2)),corresponding to power density of 8732 W·kg^(−1).This method is applied to high voltage as well,152 mA·h·g^(−1)at 3.0–4.6 V and 20 C(0.99 mA·h·cm^(−2))was achieved with high-voltage LCO(HVLCO),corresponding to power density of 11,552 W·kg^(−1).The cycling stability is also enhanced,with the capacity retention maintaining more than 96%after 100 cycles at 0.1 *** the first time,UCNF is demonstrated to suppress the excessive decomposition of the electrolytes and solvents by blocking electron injection/extraction between LCO and electrolyte *** findings provide a simple method for improving LCO rate performance,especially at high C-rates.

A Retrodirective Array Enabled by CMOS Chips for Two-Way Wireless Communication with Automatic Beam Tracking

This article proposes and demonstrates a retrodirective array(RDA)for two-way wireless communication with automatic beam *** proposed RDA is enabled by specifically designed chips made using a domestic complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOS)*** highly integrated CMOS chip includes a receiving(Rx)chain,a transmitting(Tx)chain,and a unique tracking phaselocked loop(PLL)for the crucial conjugated phase recovery in the *** article also proposes a method to reduce the beam pointing error(BPE)in a conventional *** validate the above ideas simply yet without loss of generality,a 2.4 gHz RDA is demonstrated through two-way communication links between the Rx and Tx chains,and an on-chip quadrature coupler is designed to achieve a nonretrodirective signal suppression of 23 *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed RDA,which incorporates domestically manufactured low-cost 0.18 lm CMOS chips,is capable of automatically tracking beams covering±40with a reduced *** CMOS chip in the RDA has a compact size of 4.62 mm^(2) and a low power consumption of 0.15 *** the best of the authors’knowledge,this is the first research to demonstrate an RDA with a fully customized CMOS chip for wireless communication with automatic beam tracking。

Analyzing the spatiotemporal evolution and driving forces of gross ecosystem product in the upper reaches of the Chaobai River Basin

The Chaobai River Basin,which is a crucial ecological barrier and primary water source area within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,possesses substantial ecological *** gross ecosystem product(gEP)in the Chaobai River Basin is a reflection of ecosystem conditions and quantifies nature’s contributions to humanity,which provides a basis for basin ecosystem service management and *** study investigated the spatiotemporal evolution of gEP in the upper Chaobai River Basin and explored the driving factors influencing gEP spatial *** patterns from 2005 to 2020 were analyzed,and gEP was calculated for 2005,2010,2015,and *** driving factors influencing gEP spatial differentiation were identified using the optimal parameter-based geographical detector(OPgD)*** key findings are as follows:(1)From 2005 to 2020,the main ecosystem types were forest,grassland,and *** areas experienced significant changes,and conversions mainly occurred among urban,water,grassland and agricultural ecosystems.(2)Temporally,the gEP in the basin increased from 2005 to 2020,with regulation services *** the county(district)scale,gEP exhibited a north-west-high and south-east-low pattern,showing spatial differences between per-unit-area gEP and county(district)gEP,while the spatial variations in per capita gEP and county(district)gEP were similar.(3)Differences in the spatial distribution of gEP were influenced by regional natural geographical and socioeconomic *** these factors,gross domestic product,population density,and land-use degree density contributed *** among different driving forces noticeably impacted gEP spatial *** findings underscore the necessity of incorporating factors such as population density and the intensity of land-use development into ecosystem management decision-making processes in the upper reaches of the Chaobai River *** policies

Lysozyme(EC3.***.1.17)plays an important role in the immune response;as a nonspecific immune factor,it can resist causative *** can be divided into c-type and g-type in *** a previous study,through genome-wide association analysis,the g-type lysozyme gene,which is named NaLyg in yellow drum(Nibea albiflora),was found to be a key candidate gene for disease resistance in response to Vibrio harveyi *** cDNA of NaLyg was 1025 bp,including four exons and three introns,and its open reading frame(ORF)had a full-length of 582 bp,encoding 193 amino *** was found to be conserved during evolution through bioinformatic *** NaLyg protein possessed a sugar binding domain and three catalytic sites,including glu71,Asp84 and *** qRT-PCR results confirmed that NaLyg gene mRNA was visibly increased after *** *** NaLyg protein purified by prokaryotic expression killed some gram-negative bacterial pathogens by inducing cell wall destruction,including ***,Aeromonas hydrophila and Edwardsiella ***,the NaLyg protein killed two gram-positive bacteria,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus *** together,the experimental results suggested that the NaLyg protein of *** played an important role in fighting bacterial infections.

Stall Evolution Mechanism of a Centrifugal Compressor with a Wide-Long Vaneless Diffuser

The rotating stall mechanism is of high importance for the stability of centrifugal compressors and thermal power *** majority of research concerning this topic has concentrated on the initial stall ***,the evolution of stall cells in wide-long diffusers has not been comprehensively *** this paper,the causes of rotating stall in the wide-long diffuser and the three-dimensional evolution mechanism of stall cells during the stall process were thoroughly *** the stall induction phase,an annulus vortex structure was found in the reverse-flow zone near the hub side of the diffuser outlet,which was the initial form of stall *** whole evolution process of stall cells was divided into three phases as the flow rate *** the initial stall phase,the dynamic equilibrium was built under effects of the impeller wake and the adverse pressure *** a result,the number of stall cells was kept at seven and the size of stall cells remained *** the transition phase,the flow in the diffuser became *** cells extended to the impeller outlet,and the effect of the wake flow was strengthened *** cells started integrating and separating *** a result,the number and propagation speed of stall cells varied periodically at a constant mass flow *** the deep stall phase,the size of stall cells remained unchanged,and the number of stall cells kept at *** study has important practical guidance and engineering value for the high-efficiency design and safe operation of centrifugal compressors.
