Green tea and its bioactive components possess many health-promoting and disease-preventing benefits,especially anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anticancer,and metabolic modulation effects with multi-target modes of action.In contrast,the effects and mechanisms of tea and its components on the immune system are rarely reviewed.The study aimed to review the most potent compounds in tea that affect the immune systems and mechanisms associated with it.As a result of in vitro studies,animal models,and human trials,researchers have found that green tea extracts and compounds have the possibility of modulating the innate immune system,adaptive immune system,and intestinal immune system.In immune-related diseases,tea polyphenols are the most significant compounds that modify immune functions,though other compounds are being investigated and cannot be ruled out.The review provides a new perspective on how the immune-regulatory effects of tea and its components are exerted on immune systems,as well as how they affect the emergence and treatment of diseases.

The phenomenon of an aging population is advancing at a precipitous rate.Alzheimer's disease(AD)and Parkinson's disease(PD)are two of the most common age-associated neurodegenerative diseases,both of which are primarily characterized by the accumulation of toxic proteins and the progressive demise of neuronal structures.Recent discoveries about the brain lymphatic drainage system have precipitated a growing body of investigations substantiating its novel roles,including the clearance of macromolecular waste and the trafficking of immune cells.Notably,aquaporin 4-mediated glymphatic transport,crucial for maintaining neural homeostasis,becomes disrupted during the aging process and is further compromised in the pathogenesis of AD and PD.Functional meningeal lymphatic vessels,which facilitate the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid into the deep cervical lymph nodes,are integral in bridging the central nervous system with peripheral immune responses.Dysfunction in these meningeal lymphatic vessels exacerbates pathological trajectory of the age-related neurodegenerative disease.This review explores modulatory influence of the glymphatic system and meningeal lymphatic vessels on the aging brain and its associated neurodegenerative disorders.It also encapsulates the insights of potential mechanisms and prospects of the targeted non-pharmacological interventions.

Influence of ambient temperature on the CO_(2)emitted of light-duty vehicle

Because of global warming,people have paid more attention to greenhouse gas emitted by vehicles.To quantify the impact of temperature on vehicle CO_(2)emissions,this study was conducted using the world light vehicle test cycle on two light-duty E10 gasoline vehicles a ambient temperatures of-10,0,23,and 40℃,and found that CO_(2)emission factors of Vehicle1 in the low-speed phase were 22.07%and 20.22%higher than those of Vehicle 2 at cold star and hot start under-10℃.The reason was vehicle 1 had a larger displacement and more friction pairs than vehicle 2.There was the highest CO_(2)emission at the low-speed phase due to low average speed,frequent acceleration,and deceleration.The CO_(2)temperature factor and the ambient temperature had a strong linear correlation(R2=0.99).According to CO_(2)temperature factors and their relationships,CO_(2)emission factors of other ambien temperatures could be calculated when the CO_(2)emission factor of 23℃was obtained,and the method also could be used to obtain the CO_(2)temperature factors of different vehicles.To separate the effect of load setting and temperature variation on CO_(2)emission quantitatively a method was proposed.And results showed that the load setting was dominant for the CO_(2)emission variation.Compared with 23℃,the CO_(2)emission for vehicle 1 caused by load setting variation were 62.83 and 47.42 g/km,respectively at-10 and 0℃,while those fo vehicle 2 were 45.01 and 35.63 g/km,respectively.

Poly-lactic acid(PLA) is widely used as a controlled drug release material and the diffusion property of water within the polymer matrix is closely related to the drug release profile. This paper studies the water diffusion in PLA by molecular dynamic simulations. Free volume analysis indicates that water molecules are expected to fill in the free volumes of the polymer matrix forming water clusters at low water content. Along with the increase of the water concentration, the polymer starts to swell and the density of the system starts to drop.Due to the high mobility of water within water cluster, the calculated diffusion coefficient dramatically increases along with the incensement of water content. Thus, we conclude that the diffusion of water is a self-accelerate process, with higher mobility of water in the case where more water exists.

目的通过网络药理学、分子对接及实验验证探究五苓散和桃红四物汤合用治疗心力衰竭(心衰)的作用机制。方法通过检索化合物及疾病相关数据库进行网络药理学预测,运用Cytoscape软件进行可视化,DAVID网站进行基因本体(GO)富集分析和京都基因和基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路预测,对筛选获得的核心基因与活性成分进行分子对接,预测其结合程度。通过阿霉素诱导H9C2心肌细胞损伤模型,采用两方合方或五苓散单方干预,通过CCK-8和Western blot试验验证合方及单方的抗炎效果。结果①网络药理学分析发现,合方与心衰共有205个共同基因、67个活性较高的化合物,预测其相关信号通路可能为Toll样受体(TLR)通路。②TLR4基因和主要化合物进行分子对接,其能量<-5 kcal/mol。③CCK-8实验结果表明,合方比五苓散单方对H9C2细胞活力有更好的增强作用(P<0.001)。④Western blot实验结果表明,合方比五苓散单方对TLR通路蛋白TLR4、髓样分化因子(MyD88)的表达有更强的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论五苓散和桃红四物汤合用可以较好地抗心肌细胞损伤,且其效果优于五苓散单方,而TLR4信号通路在其中起了重要作用。

20世纪三四十年代,以龙榆生为代表的一批宋诗派文人肆力推崇辛弃疾,欲建立"以东坡为开山,以稼轩为冢嗣"的新词派,取代老套过时的"梦窗"词风。龙榆生编纂《唐宋名家词选》将辛弃疾排名第一、苏轼排名第二,用以标榜自己崇尚刚劲用世的豪放词;夏敬观为午社"四声之争"一锤定音,强调词应为表达内容灵活运用声律。以龙、夏为代表的民国宋诗派文人对以辛弃疾为代表的两宋豪放词派的推崇其最大价值在于转移一代词学之风气,笼罩词坛长达数十年的"梦窗"词风逐渐为"苏辛"豪迈词风所取代。

The continuous phase modulation (CPM) technique is widely used in range telemetry due to its high spectral efficiency and power efficiency. However， the demodulation performance of the traditional maximum likelihood sequence detection (MLSD) algorithm significantly deteriorates in non-ideal synchronization or fading channels. To address this issue， this work proposes a convolutional neural network (CNN) called the cascade parallel crossing network (CPCNet) to enhance the robustness of CPM signals demodulation. The CPCNet model employs a multiple parallel structure and feature fusion to extract richer features from CPM signals. This approach constructs feature maps at different levels， resulting in a more comprehensive training of the model and improved demodulation performance. Simulation results show that under Gaussian channel， the proposed CPCNet achieves the same bit error rate (BER) performance as MLSD method when there is no timing error， but with 1/4 symbol period timing error， the proposed method has 2dB demodulation gain compared with CNN and convolutional long short-term memory deep neural network (CLDNN). In addition， under Rayleigh channel， the BER of the proposed method is reduced by 5% to 87% compared to that of MLSD in the wide SNR region.

The ongoing data explosion introduced unprecedented challenges to the information security of communication networks.As images are one of the most commonly used information transmission carriers;therefore,their data redundancy analysis and screening are of great significance.However,most of the current research focus on the algorithm improvement of commonly used image datasets.Thus,we should consider an important question:Is there data redundancy in the open datasets?Considering the factors of model structures and data distribution to ensure the generalization,we conducted extensive experiments to compare the average accuracy based on few random data to the baseline accuracy based on all data.The results show serious data redundancy in the open datasets from different domains.For instance,with the aid of deep model,only 20%data can achieve more than 90%of the baseline accuracy.Further,we proposed a novel entropy-based information screening method,which outperforms the random sampling under many experimental conditions.In particular,considering 20%of data,for the shallow model,the improvement is approximately 10%,and for the deep model,the ratio to the baseline accuracy increases to greater than 95%.Moreover,this work can also serve as a new way of learning from a few valuable samples,compressing the size of existing datasets and guiding the construction of high-quality datasets in the future.
