The achievement of the targets of coordinated control of PM2.5 and O3 and the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality depend on the development of pollution and greenhouse gas monitoring *** monitoring technology,based on its technical characteristics of high scalability,high sensitivity and wide-targets detection,has obvious advantages in pollution/greenhouse gases monitoring and has become an important direction in the development of environmental monitoring *** present,a system of environmental optical monitoring technology with differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS),cavity ring-down spectroscopy(CRDS),light detection and ranging(LIDAR),laser heterodyne spectroscopy(LHS),tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and fluorescence assay by gas expansion(FAGE)as the main body has been ***,with the promotion of“reduction of pollution and carbon emissions”strategy,there have been significant changes in the sources of pollution/greenhouse gases,emission components and emission concentrations,which have put forward new and higher requirements for the development of monitoring *** the future,we should pay more attention to the development of new optical monitoring techniques and the construction of stereoscopic monitoring system,the interdisciplinarity(among mathematics,physics,chemistry and biology,etc.),and the monitoring of greenhouse gases and research on atmospheric chemistry.

In this paper,a distributed cooperative control protocol is presented to deal with actuator failures of multi-agent systems in the presence of connectivity *** the developed strategy,each agent can track the reference trajectory of the leader in the presence of actuator failures,disturbances and *** connectivity of the multi-agent system can always be ensured during the control *** achieve the aforementioned control objectives,a potential function is introduced to the distributed adaptive fault-tolerant control algorithm to preserve the initial connected network among the *** uncertainty of the multi-agent system,which is allowed to be described by discontinuous functions,is approximated and compensated using the fuzzy logic *** asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is demonstrated through the use of Cellina’s approximate selection theorem of nonsmooth *** to the developed adaptive laws,the upper bound of the disturbance is allowed to be uncertain,which facilitates the implementation of the control ***,simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

Thermo-Flow Performances for the Main-Auxiliary Integrated Natural Draft Dry Cooling System

Recently,natural draft dry cooling system with the main-auxiliary integrated air-cooled heat exchangers in the up and lower layers,has drawn attention to the electric power *** research firstly develops two physical models for the integrated cooling system,namely Case A and Case *** Case A,the main air-cooled heat exchanger is arranged in the upper layer and the auxiliary air-cooled heat exchanger arranged in the lower layer,while in Case B,the two heat exchanger systems are arranged in the opposite *** then,directing at the engineering TMCR and TRL 1 working conditions,the unit-local-overall thermo-flow characteristics of Case A and Case B are obtained and compared by numerical *** findings show that,for the auxiliary air-cooled exchanger,Case A has obviously higher cooling performances than Case B,with the difference varying from 5.46%to 7.55%.Whereas,for the main air-cooled exchanger,Case B shows the recovered cooling performances,with the difference changing from 1.15%to 2.99%.Case A is preferably recommended to the engineering application in consideration of more strict cooling demand of the auxiliary cooling ***,this research will provide some theoretical guidelines for the design and construction of the main-auxiliary integrated natural draft dry cooling system.

Hydrogen acquisition from solar energy is an effective way to address energy crisis,which makes the development of efficient photocatalysts become the main direction of scientific ***,cobalt phthalocyanine/oxygen-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)(CoPc/OCN) S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst was designed by coupling multi-step calcination with solvothermal method for enhanced photothermal-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) *** multistep calcined g-C_(3)N_(4) is easier for O-doping formation,and the ethanol solvothermal strategy is utilized to enhance the dispersion of CoPc on OCN nano sheet surface and forms sufficient S-scheme heterojunction through *** addition,the active sites and excellent photothermal properties of CoPc itself further improve the integrated photocatalytic activity of CoPc/OCN S-scheme *** optimal photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate of CoPc/OCN S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst reached 9.56 mmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which is 2.69 and 1.23 times higher than that of CN and OCN,*** work provides a valuable design idea and scheme for enhancing the multi-factor co-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) evolution performance.

Substantial NO_(x) emission mitigation is crucial for the synergistic reduction of particulate matter and ozone(O_(3))pollution in *** traditional air quality model does not consider heterogeneous HONO chemistry,leading to uncertainties in estimating the benefits of NO_(x) *** studies have shown that the parameterization of heterogeneous HONO formation increases both the simulated value of sulfate–nitrate–ammonium(SNA)and that of O_(3),thus adding the heterogeneous reactions of HONO into air quality models inevitably leads to changes in the estimated benefits of NO_(x) *** we investigated the changes in SNA and O_(3)concentrations from NO_(x) emission reduction before and after adding heterogeneous HONO reactions in the Community Multi-Scale Air Quality(CMAQ)*** heterogeneous HONO reactions in the simulation improved the benefits of NO_(x) reduction in terms of SNA control in *** 80%NO_(x) reduction,the reduction in SNA increased from 36.9%without considering heterogeneous HONO reactions to 42.8%with heterogeneous HONO *** reduction in the maximum daily 8h average(MDA8)O_(3)in summer caused by NO_(x) reduction increased slightly from 4.7%to 5.2%after adding heterogeneous HONO *** results in this study highlight the enhanced effectiveness of NO_(x) controls for the reduction of SNA and O_(3)after considering heterogeneous HONO formation in a complex chemical ambient,demonstrating the importance of NO_(x) controls in reducing PM2.5 and O_(3)pollution in China.

Developing cost-effective,robust and stable non-precious metal catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is of paramount importance for electrochemical energy conversion devices such as fuel cells and metal-air *** Fe-N-C single atom catalysts(SACs) have been hailed as the most promising candidate due to the optimal binding strength of ORR intermediates on the Fe-N_(4) sites,they suffer from serious mass transport limitations as microporous templates/substrates,i.e.,zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs),are usually employed to host the active *** by this challenge,we herein develop a hydrogen-bonded organic framework(HOF)-assisted pyrolysis strategy to construct hierarchical micro/mesoporous carbon nanoplates for the deposition of atomically dispersed Fe-N_(4) *** a design is accomplished by employing HOF nanoplates assembled from 2-aminoterephthalic acid(NH_(2)-BDC) and p-phenylenediamine(PDA) as both soft templates and C,N *** from the structural merits inherited from HOF templates,the optimized catalyst(denoted as Fe-N-C SAC-950) displays outstanding ORR activity with a high half-wave potential of 0.895 V(*** hydrogen electrode(Rhe)) and a small overpotential of 356 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).More excitingly,its application potential is further verified by delivering superb rechargeability and cycling stability with a nearly unfading charge-discharge gap of 0.72 V after 160 *** dynamics(MD) simulations reveal that micro/mesoporous structure is conducive to the rapid mass transfer of O_(2),thus enhancing the ORR *** situ Raman results further indicate that the conversion of O_(2) to~*O_(2)-the rate-determining step(RDS) for Fe-N-C *** work will provide a versatile strategy to construct single atom catalysts with desirable catalytic properties.

Binary polyantimony clusters,namely[Cu_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4–) and [Ag_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4–),containing coinage metals,were successfully synthesized and characterized,in which two homoatomic Sb73–subunits are bridged by two coinage metals in η^(4):η^(1) and η^(1):η^(1) coordination modes,***[M_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4-),two bridging Cu ions and two Sb atoms form a planar rhombic unit,which was revealed to have antiaromatic properties by theoretical *** electron structure and bonding analysis confirmed the presence of delocalized bonds in the rhombic unit and the metallophilic interaction between two formal M^(+) ions.
