Metabolic network cons.ruction plays.a pivotal role in unraveling the regulatory mechanis. of biological activities.although it often proves.to be challenging and labor-intens.ve,particularly with non-model *** this.s.udy,we develop a computational approach that employs.reaction models.bas.d on the s.ructure-guided chemical modification and related compounds.to cons.ruct a metabolic network in *** cons.ruction res.lts.in a comprehens.ve s.ructure-guided network,including 625 identified metabolites.and additional 333 putative reactions.compared with the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes.and Genomes.*** a combination of gene annotation,reaction clas.ification,s.ructure s.milarity,and correlations.from trans.riptome and metabolome analys.s.a total of 229 potential genes.related to thes. reactions.are identified within this.*** validate the network,the functionality of a hydroxycinnamoyltrans.eras.(Traes.s.D01G314900)for the s.nthes.s.of polyphenols.and a rhamnos.ltrans.eras.(Traes.s.D01G078700)for the modification of flavonoids.are verified through in vitro enzymatic s.udies.and wheat mutant tes.s.*** res.arch thus.s.pports.the utility of s.ructure-guided chemical modification as.an effective tool in identifying caus.l candidate genes.for cons.ructing metabolic networks.and further in metabolomic genetic s.udies.

The es.ablis.ment of a low-cos. and facile approach for the as.ay of acid phos.hatas.(ACP)and its.inhibitor is.a res.arch *** this.paper,we s.cces.fully s.nthes.zed NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanos.eets.with peroxidas.-mimicking activity in alkaline deep eutectic s.lvents.DEs.)compos.d of NaOH and PEG-200,which can catalyze 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)to the oxidation s.ate TMB(ox-TMB)in the pres.nce of *** to L-as.orbic acid-2-phos.hate can be hydrolyzed into as.orbic acid by ACP,the peroxidas.-like activity of NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanos.eets.is.***,the addition of malathion,an inhibitor of ACP,can inhibit the activity of ACP and thus.limit the production of as.orbic acid(AA).Therefore,a colorimetric approach can be es.ablis.ed for highly s.ns.tive and s.lective detection of ACP and malathion with detection limits.of 0.032 U/L and 0.65 nmol/L,*** importantly,this.method can be s.cces.fully applied to malathion detection in environmental s.mples.tap water and food cucumber juice,indicating that it has.potential application pros.ects.in environmental and agricultural fields.

To s.lve the low power trans.er efficiency and magnetic field leakage problems.of cardiac pacemaker wireles. powering, we propos.d a wireles. power s.pply s.s.em s.itable for implanted cardiac pacemaker bas.d on mu-negative(MNG) and mu-nearzero(MNZ) metamaterials. Firs., a hybrid metamaterial cons.s.ed of central MNG unit for magnetic field concentration and s.rrounding MNZ units.for magnetic leakage s.ielding was.es.ablis.ed by theoretical calculation. Afterwards. the magnetic field dis.ribution of wireles. power s.pply s.s.em with MNG-MNZ metamaterial s.ab was.acquired via finite element s.mulation and verified to be better than the dis.ribution with conventional MNG s.ab deployed. Finally, an experimental platform of wireles. power s.pply s.s.em was.es.ablis.ed with which power trans.er experiment and s.s.em temperature ris. experiment were *** and experimental res.lts.s.owed that the power trans.er efficiency was.improved from 44.44%,19.42%, 8.63% and 6.19% to 55.77%, 62.39%, 20.81%and 14.52% at 9.6 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm and 50 mm,res.ectively. The maximum s.R acquired by s.R s.mulation under human body environment was.7.14 dbm and maximum reduction of the magnetic field s.rength around the receiving coil was.2.82 A/m. The maximum temperature ris. during 30min charging tes. was.3.85℃,and the s.fety requirements.of human bodies.were met.
