This work reveals the significant effects of cobalt(Co)on the microstructure and impact toughness of as-quenched highstrength steels by experimental characterizations and thermo-kinetic *** results show that the Co-bearing steel exhibits finer blocks and a lower ductile-brittle transition temperature than the steel without ***,the Co-bearing steel reveals higher transformation rates at the intermediate stage with bainite volume fraction ranging from around 0.1 to *** improved impact toughness of the Co-bearing steel results from the higher dense block boundaries dominated by the V1/V2 variant ***,the addition of Co induces a larger transformation driving force and a lower bainite start temperature(BS),thereby contributing to the refinement of blocks and the increase of the V1/V2 variant *** findings would be instructive for the composition,microstructure design,and property optimization of high-strength steels.

The construction of metal-organic coordination clusters（MCCs） using modular secondary building units is an important method for preparing functional *** this study,two new MCCs modularly assembled from Keggin-type {SiW12O40}H4TC4A=p-tert-Butylthiacalix[4]arene(SiW12) units and thiacalixarene-supported Co4-thiacalix[4]arene(Co4-TC4A polynuclear second-building units（PSBUs,H4TC4A=p-tert-Butylthiacalix[4]arene） are *** two MCCs,abbreviated as Co4-SiW12and Co8-SiW12,were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray *** Co4-SiW12is a supramolecular structure involving cation-anion interactions between Co4-TC4A PSBUs and ***8-SiW12features "barbell-like" shapes with two Co4-TC4A coordinatively linked to a Keggin-type SiW12unit on opposite via W-O_t-Co *** coordination of Co4-TC4A to SiW12in Co8-SiW12resulted in significantly improved photothermal conversion performances compared with Co4-SiW12and pure SiW12or ***-gap determination and photophysical analysis combined with density functional theory calculations indicated the binding mode between Co4-TC4A PSBUs and SiW12,which considerably influences the way of electron transport and the conversion ability of visible light to heat.

The tensile strain in inorganic perovskite films induced by thermal annealing is one of the primary factors contributing to the inefficiency and instability of inorganic perovskite solar cells(IPSCs),which reduces the defect formation ***,a flexible molecule 5-maleimidovaleric acid(5-MVA)was introduced as a strain buffer to release the residual strain of CsPbI_(2.85)Br_(0.15)*** anhydride and carboxyl groups in 5-MVA interact strongly with the uncoordinated Pb^(2+)through Lewis acid-base reaction,thus tightly“pull”the perovskite *** in-between soft carbon chain increased the structural flexibility of CsPbI_(2.85)Br_(0.15)perovskite materials,which effectively relieved the intrinsic internal strain of CsPbI_(2.85)Br_(0.15),resisted the corrosion of external strain,and also reduced the formation of defects such as VIand *** addition,the introduction of 5-MVA improved crystal quality,passivated residual defects,and narrowed energy level ***,power conversion efficiency(PCE)of NiOxbased inverted IPSCs increased from 19.25%to 20.82%with the open-circuit voltage enhanced from 1.164 V to 1.230 *** release of strain also improved the stability of CsPbI_(2.85)Br_(0.15)perovskite films and devices.

The N-periodic wave solvability problem for the N=1 supersymmetric Sawada–Kotera–Ramani equation is considered by combining the Hirota's bilinear method and the super Riemann theta function. The constraint equations and unknown parameters are redefined, and the numerical calculation process of the N-periodic wave solutions is derived. It has been verified that under certain conditions, the asymptotic relations between N-periodic wave solutions and N-soliton solutions can be established. Some numerical solutions of three-periodic wave are presented. Under the influence of the Grassmann variable, the three-periodic wave solutions will generate an influence band in the middle region, and the amplitude becomes bigger as the distance from the influence band increases.

Hardenability significantly impacts the distortion of gear during heat treatment,correlated to the uniformity of solute distribution in steel *** experimental analysis was conducted on the macrostructure,solute distribution,dendrite structure,and rod hardenability of 20CrMnTiH gear steel in continuously cast blooms and hot roller *** evaluation approach by the standards for the hardenability of gear steel rods and the corresponding blooms was analyzed,and the inheritance mechanism from solidification segregation to hardenability fluctuation of gear steel was *** results indicate that semi-macroscopic spot segregation located in the equiaxed zone exhibits larger size,higher solute enrichment,and worse solute homogeneity,leading to significant solute fluctuations in the blooms and hardenability fluctuation in the *** increasing the liquid steel superheat from 35 to 40℃,reducing the mold electromagnetic stirring from 300 to 100 A,and implementing the soft reduction(SR)of 7 mm at the solidification end,the equiaxed ratio of the strand decreased from 26.42%to 6.69%.Consequently,the solute fluctuation range and standard deviation decrease significantly in the transverse section,while the maximum segregation ratio,average fluctuation range,and average standard deviation of solutes C,Cr,and Mn in the spot segregation decrease at the same *** the meanwhile,the equiaxed ratio of the rod decreased from 24.89%to 4.09%,and the structure of the hardenability detection zone was transformed from equiaxed crystals to columnar ***,the solute fluctuation range and standard deviation in the transverse section decreased,while the homogeneity in spot segregation was also *** hardness difference of A and B surfaces at J9 and J15 positions was smaller than 2 HRC,meeting the qualification standard for hardenability.

In this paper,we design and fabricate a Schottky-metal-insulator-semiconductor（MIS） cascode anode GaN lateral field-effect diode（CA-LFED） to achieve ultralow reverse leakage current(ILEAK).The device based on AlGaN/GaN highelectron-mobility-transistor（HEMT） includes a normally-off MIS-controlled channel that is cascoded with a high barrier height Schottky *** reverse bias,the high electric-field is effectively prevented by the normally-off MIS-controlled channel *** with the high barrier height Schottky contact,this feature significantly suppresses the *** by the device fabrication,the CA-LFED with high breakdown voltage（BV）>600 V shows an ultralow ILEAKof 3.6×10-9A/mm as well as a low forward voltage drop（VF） of 2.2 *** performance suggests that the CA-LFED can be a promising candidate for ultralow ILEAKand better VF-ILEAKtrade-off GaN power diode applications.

BACKGROUND Despite laparoscopic total hysterectomy provided more benefits to patients and has become one of the most commonly used surgical methods for total ***,vaginal cuff dehiscence is a serious complication after laparoscopic total hysterectomy and so far,there are limited studies on vaginal cuff dehiscence after a total *** To investigate the factors influencing vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic hysterectomy and the psychological state of the *** This study retrospectively,univariately,and multivariately analyzed the clinical data of patients who experienced vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic hysterectomy in Yuyao People’s Hospital from January 2015 to December *** regression was utilized to analyze the high-risk factors of vaginal cuff *** Among 1459 cases with laparoscopic hysterectomy,9 reported vaginal cuff dehiscence postoperatively,with an incidence of 0.617%.Univariate logistic regression analysis revealed that preoperative hemoglobin value[odds ratio(OR)=5.12,P=0.016],vaginal cuff suture method(OR=0.26,P=0.048),and postoperative first sexual lifetime(OR=15.86,P=0.002)were associated with vaginal cuff dehiscence following laparoscopic *** logistic regression analysis revealed that preoperative hemoglobin value of<90 g/L(OR=5.17,P=0.015)and time interval between postoperative first sexual life and operation of<3 months(OR=54.00,P=0.004)are independent risk factors for vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic *** Postoperative hemoglobin and the time interval between postoperative first sexual life and operation were the independent factors of developing vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Determining accurate pulsar timing model parameters is essential for establishing TT(PT), a realization of Terrestrial Time (TT) based on a pulsar timescale (PT). This study discusses the impact of different data spans on the accuracy of pulsar timing model parameters when determining pulsar timing model parameters. Using observations of PSR J0437-4715, J1909-3744, J1713+0747, and J1744-1134 from the second data release of the International Pulsar Timing Array (IPTA II, Version A), we compare the accuracy of the timing model parameters determined by these observations with different data spans. The results show for PSR J0437-4715, J1713+0747,and J1909-3744, the amplitude fluctuations of rotational frequency remain within 10-15, 10-14, and 10-14Hz,respectively, when the data spans for determining pulsar timing model parameters exceed 13, 14, and 6 ***, the one-year accuracy of TT(PT) is crucial for its application in timekeeping. By comparing the frequency deviations of TT(PT) relative to TT(BIPM) under both ideal (kr) and actual (kp) conditions across different data spans, we find that when the data span reaches the duration above, the accuracy of TT(PT) surpasses that of TT(TAI) under ideal conditions, slightly inferior under actual conditions. This suggests with improved observational technologies, the accuracy of TT(PT) can be further enhanced.

Personalized federated learning(PFL) aims to train customized models for individual clients in a decentralized setting, with the account of non-independent and identically distributed data across clients. However, most PFL methods adopt uniform classification layers for diverse clients and give rise to error-prone predictions, due to the task heterogeneity notably prominent in decentralized graph data scenarios. Although some PFL solutions setup client-specific classification layers for each client and optimize them only locally, they are corrupted with limited local training data. We propose an innovative solution called federated parameter decoupling and node augmentation(Fed PANo) to address these problems and to achieve personalized federated few-shot node classification, which is a prevalent and challenging but unexplored topic. Specifically, Fed PANo first separates the local model into the GNN and classifier to handle unique client-specific task variations. The GNN is trained through federated learning to capture shared knowledge of graph nodes across clients, while the classifier is custom-designed and trained individually for each client. Additionally, a generic classifier shared among clients is adopted to encourage the GNN's grasp of shared information. Then Fed PANo further proposes the node generator along with its local and collaborative training strategies to deal with the node scarcity of clients. Extensive experimental results on benchmark datasets confirm that Fed PANo outperforms eight competitive baselines across different settings.
