In the quest to enhance the efficiency of sodium-ion batteries,the dynamics of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)formation are of paramount *** SEI layer’s integrity is integral to the charge–discharge efficiency and the overall longevity of the ***,a novel two-dimensional Ti_(3)C_(2. fragments enmeshed on iron-nitrogen-carbon(Fe-N-C)nanosheets(Ti_(3)C_(2./Fe-NC)has been *** electrode features a matrix which has been shown to expedite SEI layer formation through the facilitation of selective anion adsorption,thus augmenting battery *** functional theory calculation reveals that the SEI evolution energy of NaPF6 at the Ti_(3)C_(2./Fe-N-C interface is 0.81 eV,significantly lower than the Ti_(3)C_(2.(1.2. eV).This process is driven by the electron transportation from Ti_(3)C_(2. to Fe-N-C substrate,facilitated by their work-function difference,leading to the formation of ferromagnetic Fe species,which possesses Fe 3d d_(xz)d_(z)2.orbitals and undergoes hybridization with theπandσorbitals of NaF,creating a key intermediate during *** process diminishes the antibonding energy and attenuates the orbital interaction with NaF,thus reducing the activation energy and improving the SEI formation reaction ***,it leads to the creation of multi-interface SEI characterized by high-throughput ion transport and an efficient reaction network.

Review of Iron-Based Catalysts for Carbon Dioxide Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis

Capturing and utilizing CO_(2.from the production process is the key to solving the excessive CO_(2.emission problem. CO_(2.hydrogenation with green hydrogen to produce olefins is an effective and promising way to utilize CO_(2.and produce valuable chemicals. The olefins can be produced by CO_(2.hydrogenation through two routes, i.e., CO_(2.-FTS (carbon dioxide Fischer- Tropsch synthesis) and MeOH (methanol-mediated), among which CO_(2.-FTS has significant advantages over MeOH in practical applications due to its relatively high CO_(2.conversion and low energy consumption potentials. However, the CO_(2.-FTS faces challenges of difficult CO_(2.activation and low olefins selectivity. Iron-based catalysts are promising for CO_(2.-FTS due to their dual functionality of catalyzing RWGS and CO-FTS reactions. This review summarizes the recent progress on iron-based catalysts for CO_(2.hydrogenation via the FTS route and analyzes the catalyst optimization from the perspectives of additives, active sites, and reaction mechanisms. Furthermore, we also outline principles and challenges for rational design of high-performance CO_(2.-FTS catalysts.

Parameter calibration and experimental verification of discrete element simulation model for Protaetia brevitarsis larvae bioconversion mixture

To improve the survival rate of larvae during material separation after biotransformation of existing residual film mixtures of Protaetia brevitarsis larvae,this paper adopts the method of combining physical test and EDEM simulation test,and selects Hertz Mindlin with JKR contact model to calibrate the discrete element simulation contact parameters of the Protaetia brevitarsis larvae and the frass ***,the cylinder lifting method was used to determine the actual repose angle of the mixture of larvae and *** collision recovery coefficients between larvae-frass and steel,static friction coefficient,kinetic friction coefficient and the collision recovery coefficient between larvae were measured through physical tests such as the inclined plane *** Plackett-Burman test was then used to screen out the factors that have a significant impact on the repose angle:Poisson’s ratio of frass,frass-frass rolling friction coefficient,frass JKR surface energy,frass-larvae JKR surface *** optimal value intervals of four significant factors were determined based on the steepest climb test,Based on the Box-Behnken response surface analysis test,the second-order regression model between the repose angle and four significant factors was determined,and variance and interaction effects were *** with the actual repose angle as the goal,the significant factors were optimized and the optimal parameter combination of the four significant factors was *** simulation test of material repose angle and screening was carried out with the optimal parameter combination,and compared with the physical *** was found that the maximum relative errors of the two tests were 1.48%and 3.79%respectively,indicating that the calibrated parameter values are true and reliable,It can provide a reference for the discrete element simulation of the transportation and separation of the Protaetia brevitarsis larvae-frass mixture.

Rock failure can cause serious geological disasters,and the non-extensive statistical features of electric potential(EP)are expected to provide valuable information for disaster *** this paper,the uniaxial compression experiments with EP monitoring were carried out on fine sandstone,marble and granite samples under four displacement *** Tsallis entropy q value of EPs is used to analyze the selforganization evolution of rock *** the influence of displacement rate and rock type on q value are explored by mineral structure and fracture modes.A self-organized critical prediction method with q value is *** results show that the probability density function(PDF)of EPs follows the q-Gaussian *** displacement rate is positively correlated with q *** the displacement rate increasing,the fracture mode changes,the damage degree intensifies,and the microcrack network becomes *** influence of rock type on q value is related to the burst intensity of energy release and the crack fracture *** q value of EPs can be used as an effective prediction index for rock failure like b value of acoustic emission(AE).The results provide useful reference and method for the monitoring and early warning of geological disasters.

Traditional high strength engineering alloys suffer from serious surface brittleness and inferior wear performance when servicing under sliding contact at cryogenic ***,we report that the recently emerging CoCrNi multi-principal element alloy defies this trend and presents dramatically enhanced wear resistance when temperature decreases from 2.3 to 153 K,surpassing those of cryogenic austenitic *** temperature-dependent structure characteristics and deformation mechanisms influencing the cryogenic wear resistance of CoCrNi are clarified through microscopic observation and atomistic *** is found that sliding-induced subsurface structures show distinct scenarios at different deformation *** cryogenic condition,significant grain refinement and a deep plastic zone give rise to an extended microstructural gradient below the surface,which can accommodate massive sliding deformation,in direct contrast to the strain localization and delamination at 2.3 ***,the temperature-dependent cryogenic deformation mechanisms(stacking fault networks and phase transformation)also provide additional strengthening and toughening of the subsurface *** features make the CoCrNi alloy particularly wear resistant at cryogenic conditions and an excellent candidate for safety–critical applications.

In this study,the truncated octahedral CeO_(2.(CeO_(2.-to)with special morphology was prepared by the solvothermal method with oleic acid(OA)and oleamine(OM)as the morphology-directing ***-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)results show that CeO_(2.-to exposes composite{100}and{111}facets,while CeO_(2.cubic(CeO_(2.-c)and CeO_(2.octahedral(CeO_(2.-o)only expose single crystal facets of{100}plane and{111}plane,***,this CeO_(2.-to photocatalyst exhibits remarkable photooxidation performance of gaseous acetaldehyde(CH_(3)CHO)degradation,in which CO_(2.generation value reaches 1.78 and 7.97-times greater than that of CeO_(2.-c and CeO_(2.-o,*** addition,the active species trapping experiment signifies that superoxide(·O_(2.^(-))and holes(h^(+))are the main reactive substances during the CH_(3)CHO degradation process,and the electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)spectra indicates that the former is the major ***,the electron transfer mechanism between CeO_(2.-to{100}and{111}facets and the surface oxygen adsorption ability are revealed via density functional theory(DFT)*** is also confirmed that{100}facets are more conducive to the absorption of acetaldehyde than{111}***,a reasonable mechanism for improved photocatalytic CH_(3)CHO degradation on CeO_(2.-to is proposed based on relevant experiments and DFT *** study demonstrates that the systematic development of surface homojunction structured photocatalysts can efficiently increase the degradation activity for volatile organic compounds(VOCs).It also offers additional direction for optimizing the photocatalytic activity of other ceriumbased photocatalysts.

AP-1 and SP1 trans-activate the expression of hepatic CYP1A1 and CYP2.6 in the bioactivation of AFB1 in chicken

Dietary exposure to aflatoxin B1(AFB1)is harmful to the health and performance of domestic *** hepatic cytochrome P450s(CYPs),CYP1A1 and CYP2.6,are the primary enzymes responsible for the bioactivation of AFB1to the highly toxic exo-AFB1-8,9-epoxide(AFBO)in ***,the transcriptional regulation mechanism of these CYP genes in the liver of chicks in AFB1metabolism remains ***-luciferase reporter assay,bioinformatics and site-directed mutation results indicated that specificity protein 1(SP1)and activator protein-1(AP-1)motifs were located in the core region-1,063/-948,-606/-541 of the CYP1A1 promoter as well as-636/-595,-503/-462.-147/-1 of the CYP2.6 ***,overexpression and decoy oligodeoxynucleotide technologies demonstrated that SP1 and AP-1 were pivotal transcriptional activators regulating the promoter activity of CYP1A1 and ***,bioactivation of AFB1to AFBO could be increased by upregulation of CYP1A1 and CYP2.6 expression,which was trans-activated owing to the upregulation of AP-1,rather than SP1,stimulated by AFB1-induced reactive oxygen ***,nano-selenium could reduce ROS,downregulate AP-1 expression and then decrease the expression of CYP1A1 and CYP2.6,thus alleviating the toxicity of *** conclusion,AP-1 and SP1 played important roles in the transactivation of CYP1A1 and CYP2.6 expression and further bioactivated AFB1to AFBO in chicken liver,which could provide novel targets for the remediation of aflatoxicosis in chicks.

Comprehensive Summary A general and convenient photoredox-catalyzed acylation and alkylcyanation of MBH acetates has been established,enabling the assembly of the C(sp2.–C(sp3)bond by a nitrogen-centered radical strategy for the synthesis of trisubstituted alkenes in moderate to excellent chemical yields(48 examples in total).The reaction of MBH acetates with acyl(indanone)oxime esters afforded trisubstituted alkenes containing 1,4-dicarbonyl ***,the use of Eosin Y as a photocatalyst in the catalytic system resulted in the formation of distal cyano group-anchored trisubstituted alkenes via deconstructive functionalization of cycloketone oxime ***,these resulting 1,4-dicarbonyl compounds could be applied to late-stage transformations,providing important methods for the synthesis of dihydropyridazin-3(2.)-one.
