容积视频捕获(Volumetric Video)是通过光学扫描来捕捉拍摄对象并生成动静两态4D数字影像模型的前沿机器视觉技术之一。与现有的虚拟数字人不同,它生成的数字克隆人是对真人一比一的真实呈现,故而数字克隆人所具有的视觉情感与叙事场景于受众而言具有更深刻的沉浸性。本文从数字克隆人的生成逻辑、技术特性出发,深挖其背后生发的感知体验与情感投射,通过跨媒介叙事分析,结合实验室成果探索其沉浸意境与实践意义,揭示数字克隆人在经历“生产—创造”的过程后将客观形态和主观感性融合在一起,冲破了人与技术、人与审美、人与群体的边界,在虚拟世界中转化为现实的仿真。

To reveal the differences in soil microbial nutrient limitation and nutrient availability at the aggregate scale of soil types in a subtropical forest in China,the O/A horizon(0-3 cm and 0-7 cm,respectively)and AB horizon(below O/A horizon to 20 cm depth)of typical acidic red soil and neutral limestone soil in Northern Guangxi were studied. The activities of carbon-acquiring enzymes(sucrase,amylase,β-1,4-glucosidase(BG)),nitrogen-acquiring enzymes(urease,β-1,4-N-acetyl-glucosaminidase(NAG),leucine amino peptidase(LAP)),and phosphorus-acquiring enzymes(phytase and acid phosphatase(AP))in different aggregate sizes were determined to reveal the variation in soil enzyme stoichiometry characteristics. The results showed that the limestone soil had higher nitrogen-acquiring enzyme activity compared to that in the red soil,with urease,NAG,and LAP activities being 38.84%,123.89%,and 4.06% higher,respectively. The differences in carbon- and phosphorus-acquiring enzyme activities between the two soils were not significant. The overall soil enzyme activities in the O/A horizon were higher than in the AB horizon for both red soil and limestone soil. Soil total organic carbon and pH were identified as key factors influencing soil enzyme activities. Most enzyme activities(BG,urease,NAG,and phytase)were higher in micro-aggregates(0.1-0.25 mm and © 2025 Science Press. All rights reserved.

Ependymal cells line the wall of cerebral ventricles and ensure the unidirectional cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)flow by beating their motile cilia *** ependymal denudation or ciliary dysfunction causes ***,we report that the deficiency of regulator of Gprotein signaling 22(RGS22)results in severe congenital hydrocephalus in both mice and ***,RGS22 is specifically expressed in ependymal cells within the *** conditional knock-out mice,we further demonstrate that the deletion of Rgs22 exclusively in nervous system is sufficient to induce ***,we show that Rgs22 deficiency leads to the ependymal denudation and impaired *** phenomenon can be attributed to the excessive activation of lysophosphatidic acid receptor(LPAR)signaling under Rgs22^(-/-)condition,as the LPAR blockade effectively alleviates hydrocephalus in Rgs22^(-/-)***,our findings unveil a previously unrecognized role of RGS22 in the central nervous system,and present RGS22 as a potential diagnostic and therapeutic target for hydrocephalus.

BACKGROUND Type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus(T2DM)has been associated with increased risk of colon cancer(CC)and worse prognosis in patients with *** effects of T2DM on postoperative chemoresistance rate(CRR)and long-term disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)in patients with stage Ⅲ CC who receive curative resection remain *** To investigate whether T2DM or glycemic control is associated with worse postoperative survival outcomes in stage Ⅲ *** This retrospective cohort study included 278 patients aged 40-75 years who underwent surgery for stage Ⅲ CC from 2018 to *** on preoperative T2DM history,the patients were categorized into non-DM(n=160)and DM groups(n=118).The latter was further divided into well-controlled(n=73)and poorly controlled(n=45)groups depending on the status of glycemic ***,OS,and CRR were compared between the groups and Cox regression analysis was used to identify risk *** Patients in the DM and non-DM groups demonstrated similar DFS,OS,and CRR(DFS:72.03%vs 78.75%,P=0.178;OS:81.36%vs 83.12%,P=0.638;CRR:14.41%vs 7.5%,P=0.063).Poorly controlled DM was associated with a significantly worse prognosis and higher CRR than well-controlled DM(DFS:62.22%vs 78.07%,P=0.021;OS:71.11%vs 87.67%,P=0.011;CRR:24.40%vs 8.22%,P=0.015).High preoperative fasting plasma glucose[DFS:Hazard ratio(HR)=2.684,P<0.001;OS:HR=2.105,P=0.019;CRR:HR=2.214,P=0.005]and glycosylated hemoglobin levels(DFS:HR=2.344,P=0.006;OS:HR=2.119,P=0.021;CRR:HR=2.449,P=0.009)indicated significantly poor prognosis and high CRR,while T2DM history did not(DFS:HR=1.178,P=0.327;OS:HR=0.933,P=0.739;CRR:HR=0.997,P=0.581).CONCLUSION Increased preoperative fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,but not T2DM history,were identified as risk factors associated with poor postoperative outcomes and high CRR in patients with stage Ⅲ CC.

The undeformed chip thickness and grinding force are key parameters for revealing the material removal mechanism in the grinding ***,they are difficult to be well expressed due to the ununiformed protrusion height and random position distribution of abrasive grains on the abrasive wheel *** study investigated the distribution of undeformed chip thickness and grinding force considering the non-uniform characteristics of abrasive wheel in the grinding of K4002 nickel-based ***,a novel grinding force model was established through a kinematic-geometric analysis and a grain-workpiece contact ***,a series of grinding experiments were conducted for verifying the *** results indicate that the distribution of undeformed chip thickness is highly consistent with the Gaussian distribution *** increase in the grinding depth mainly leads to an increase in the average value of Gaussian *** the contrary,the increase in the workpiece infeed speed or the decrease in the grinding speed mainly increases the standard deviation of Gaussian *** average and maximum errors of the grinding force model are 4.9%and 14.6%respectively,indicating that the model is of high predication accuracy.

Ethylene（C2H4） and propylene（C3H6） produced by methanol to olefin（MTO） technology are important chemical raw ***,the purification and separation between C2H4and C3H6mixtures is very ***,a novel microporous metal-organic framework（MOF） adsorbent Co2（OATA）(DPA) was fabricated through mixed linkers of 5,5'-(oxalylbis（azanediyl）)diisophthalic acid（H4OATA） and V-shaped di（pyridin-4-yl）amine（DPA） with –NHCO– and –NH– functional groups,which was endowed with ideal small pore size,large cavity,and interesting C3H6trap constructed by four sets of –NH– *** 298 K and a crucial low pressure（0.05 bar） for the separation in microporous materials,the MOF shows ultra-high C3H6preferential adsorption(97.8 cm3g-1) and considerable C3H6/C2H4selectivity（about 22）,representing an advanced material for the reported porous materials with C3H6/C2H4separation *** studies of single crystal X-ray diffraction and simulations showed that the customized pore limitation in the MOF provided stronger multiple attractive interactions with C3H6,leading to significant adsorption selectivity in the process of competing adsorption for C3H6and *** one separation step,the MOF generated highly pure C2H4（≥99.9%） and C3H6（≥99.6%） products respectively from C2H4/C3H6mixtures at different ratios,pressures,and temperatures.

In this study, RT-PCR was performed on lung tissue samples from sick pigs in a suspected outbreak of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) at a pig farm in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, China. Positive samples were inoculated into Marc-145 cells to observe lesions. The Marc-145 cells with cytopathic lesions were identified by indirect immunofluorescence. The whole genome sequences of the isolated and purified strains were amplified by RT-PCR and analyzed for homology and genetic evolution. A strain of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), named SCMY2023 (GenBank No. PQ179742), was successfully isolated. SCMY2023 has a genome length of 15,321 base pairs (without a poly A tail). Nucleotide and amino acid homology analyses suggest that this strain belongs to Lineage 8, a variant of the highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (HP-PRRSV) prevalent in China. Recombination and genetic evolution analyses indicate that this isolate is a PRRSV variant that recombined with HuN-ZZ (Lineage 8, 98.79% homology) on the backbone of the SCSN2020 strain (Lineage 8, 99.35% homology) in the recombination region from 4407 to 13,107 nucleotides (ORF1a to ORF3). In-depth study of the genetic recombination of this isolate can provide a reference for the prevention and control of PRRS.

目的分析吡仑帕奈(perampanel,PER)添加治疗遗传性癫痫患儿的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2020年11月—2023年4月就诊于武汉儿童医院神经内科,给予PER添加治疗并经全外显子组测序确定为遗传性病因的53例癫痫患儿的临床资料。主要结局指标为PER治疗12个月时发作频率较基线减少≥50%的患儿比例(即有效率),次要结局指标为PER治疗3、6个月时的有效率。分析PER添加治疗遗传性癫痫疗效的影响因素,观察不良反应。结果中位随访时长13.10个月,随访12个月时共42例患儿纳入分析,男性25例(60%),女性17例(40%)。PER中位起始剂量为1.5(1.0,2.0)mg/d,中位维持剂量为4.0(3.0,8.0)mg/d。PER在治疗3、6、12个月有效率为61%(30/49)、54%(25/46)及48%(20/42),编码不同蛋白质功能的基因突变患儿的PER疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。最常见药物不良反应为疲乏(3例,6%)。结论PER添加治疗遗传性癫痫患儿有较好疗效及安全性,暂未发现影响PER疗效的相关因素。

目前对深海含气能源土的研究多关注于相对平衡状态下以小气泡为主的含气土,且试验中多用施加正弦波来代替地震波。因此,提出一种能控制气泡尺寸及含量的方法,将地震波加速度时程曲线转化为应力时程曲线代替正弦波,通过动三轴试验探究地震作用下不同组分含气土的动力特性。试验表明:在地震荷载作用下,随围压的变化含气土破坏形式也发生变化,包括压缩破坏和拉伸破坏;不同黏土含量表现的破坏形式既有应变破坏,也有液化破坏,高黏土含量含气土刚度及抗剪强度皆下降,但塑性变形能力增强;有效围压对含气土的影响显著,随着饱和度降低,土体动强度越低,有效围压的影响效果越明显。
