The lymphatic vasculature forms an organized network that covers the whole body and is involved in fluid homeostasis,metabolite clearance,and immune *** recent identification of functional lymphatic vessels in the meninges of the brain and the spinal cord has provided novel insights into *** emerge as major pathways for fluid *** abundance of immune cells in lymphatic vessels and meninges also suggests that lymphatic vessels are actively involved in *** lymphatic system,through its role in the clearance of neurotoxic proteins,autoimmune cell infiltration,and the transmission of pro-inflammatory signals,participates in the pathogenesis of a variety of neurological disorders,including neurodegenerative and neuroinflammatory diseases and traumatic *** endothelial growth factor C is the master regulator of lymphangiogenesis,a process that is critical for the maintenance of central nervous system *** this review,we summarize current knowledge and recent advances relating to the anatomical features and immunological functions of the lymphatic system of the central nervous system and highlight its potential as a therapeutic target for neurological disorders and central nervous system repair.

To cope with the complex, diverse and rapidly changing battlefield environment sensing needs, a mission-oriented adaptive management system for multi-sensors network in the network centric warfare is proposed. Based on the principle of openness, adaptivity and robustness, the mission decomposition model, Meta-task sequence diagram construct method, sensor management plan optimization, and strategic guiding are designed to generate the mission-oriented sensor management plans. By virtue of the event response mechanism, the system responses quickly to emergency battlefield situations and control from the command system. It forms a feedback loop structure to improve the effectiveness of the mission-oriented multi-sensor network management.

There is controversy regarding the perioperative complications,safety,and long-term quality of life for duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection(DPPHR)and pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD).We performed a comparative analysis of DPPHR and PD in the treatment of benign and low-grade malignant diseases of the pancreatic *** study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University(No.K202001-14),and was in accordance with the Declaration of *** this was a retrospective study and the data analysis was performed anonymously,this study was exempt from informed consent from patients.

16.48% Efficient solution-processed CIGS solar cells with crystal growth and defects engineering enabled by Ag doping strategy

Solution-processed Cu（In,Ga）Se2（CIGS） solar cells suffer from serious carrier recombination and power conversion efficiency（PCE） loss because of the poor film properties and easy formation of ***, we propose Ag&Se co-selenization strategy to enhance the crystallization and passivate harmful defects of the CIGS films. The formation of Ag-Se phase during the selenization process enables the formation of large grains and suppresses the deep level defects. It is found that Ag doping can enlarge the depletion region width, lower the Urbach energy and prolong the carrier lifetime. As a result, a champion solution-processed CIGS solar cell presents a high efficiency of 16.48% with the highly improved opencircuit voltage（VOC） of 662 m V and fill factor（FF） of 75.8%. This work provides an efficient strategy to prepare high quality solution-processed CIGS films for high-performance CIGS solar cells.

Acute central nervous system injuries,including ischemic stro ke,intracerebral hemorrhage,subarachnoid hemorrhage,traumatic brain injury,and spinal co rd injury,are a major global health *** optimal therapies and improving the long-term neurological functions of patients with acute central nervous system injuries are urgent *** are susceptible to damage after acute central nervous system injury,and this leads to the release of toxic levels of reactive oxygen species,which induce cell ***,a selective form of autophagy,is crucial in eliminating redundant or damaged mitochondria during these *** evidence has highlighted the significant role of mitophagy in acute central nervous system *** this review,we provide a comprehensive overview of the process,classification,and related mechanisms of *** also highlight the recent developments in research into the role of mitophagy in various acute central nervous system injuries and drug therapies that regulate *** the final section of this review,we emphasize the potential for treating these disorders by focusing on mitophagy and suggest future research paths in this area.

Objective:Functional constipation(FC)is a common problem in college *** this study,we aimed to analyze emotional state and psychological well-being of college ***:500 college students in Changqing University City of Jinan were selected for questionnaire *** to the Roma III diagnosis criteria,139 students were diagnosed patients with *** Assessment Scale Questionnaire was used to assess the emotional state of students with ***:The prevalence rate of FC in college students was 32.5%.The psychological well-being score of normal students was higher than that of college students with *** difference was also observed in terms of mean score of emotional state dimensions in college students with *** score of worry was the highest,followed by anxiety and fright in college students with ***,as the only upward emotion in the seven emotions,had the lowest *** scores of female students with FC were higher than those of men in anger,anxiety,sadness and ***:There is a close relationship between emotional factors and FC in college *** factors should be paid attention to in the prevention and treatment of FC.

Cost-effectiveness Assessment of Commonly-used Drugs for Hepatoprotection and Enzymes Reduction Based on Decision Tree and Multi-utility Theory

Objective Drugs for hepatoprotection and enzymes reduction are widely used in China but their economic analysis has been ignored in a rather long period of time. A suitable protocol for hepatoprotection and enzymes reduction was recommended in Longhua Hospital. Methods This study was conducted as a retrospective piece. Three therapeutic protocols （compound glycyrrhizic glycoside combined with aspartic ornithine injection, compound glycyrrhizic glycoside combined with phospha- tidylcholine, and compound glycyrrhizic glycoside combined with tiopronin） were selected. Seventy inpatient cases from January 2011 to February 2012 were enrolled and divided into three groups according to different regimens. The cost effectiveness of the three groups was respectively evaluated by incremental cost-effectiveness ratios （iCERs）. A decision tree model and multi attribution utility theory were also adopted to analyze the data. Results All the three regimens exhibited good effects on protecting liver functions and reducing the levels of enzymes. Among them, the protocol of compound glycyrrhizic glycoside combined with tioproni expressed the least ICER, the lowest cost but the highest score in the multi-utility. Conclusion The therapeutic method of compound glycyrrhizic glycoside combined with tiopronin is the most cost-effective option in this study.

Analysis of the disease spectra in patients seeking emergency medical treatment in Haikou, China

Objective: To explore the characteristics of medical emergency disease spectra in Emergency Department of Haikou, China;and to provide clinical data for emergent disease treatment as well as emergency department personnel and equipment management. Methods: A total of 11870 patients (over 16 years old) who visited Emergency Departments of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, Haikou city from January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015 were selected. Data on patients' age, sex, diagnosis, treatment duration, and treatment month were analyzed with Microsoft Excel. Results: Peak treatment times were from 18:00 to 24:00. The top four diseases were involved with respiratory, digestive, nervous, and cardiovascular systems, respectively. Respiratory problems peaked from November to February and digestive problems peaked from February to August. Temperatures ranging from >22.5 ℃to 26 ℃ and high humidity exacerbated respiratory and digestive system diseases. Conclusion:The frequency of specific diseases that require emergency room care are affected by the local climate of Hainan Province.

CO2-mediated bicarbonate conversion to concentrated formate in a CEM-based electrolyzer

Renewable energy-driven bicarbonate conversion to valuable chemicals presents an attractive strategy for mitigating CO2emissions,as bicarbonate can be efficiently generated from the capture of atmospheric CO2using alkaline solutions with reactive *** this work,we present a CO2-mediated bicarbonate conversion to pure formate using a cation exchange membrane-based electrolyzer with a 25 cm2electrode *** electrolysis achieved selectivities exceeding 75%for formate at a total current of 2.5 A,achieving formate concentrations up to 1.2 M and yields as high as 95%over extended *** techno-economic assessment confirmed the economic viability of the process,highlighting the potential for bicarbonate electrolysis as a sustainable method for producing valuable chemicals.
