Chloride ion transport in reclaimed soil solutions filled with fly ash （FA） was investigated by measuring the hydraulic parameters （i,e. water retention curves and hydraulic conductivity） of three substrates, namely GSL, GFA, and CFA. Similar simulations were carried out under certain weather conditions. The different boundary conditions of chloride transport were also discussed from FA texture, cover soil thickness, groundwater table level, and initial chloride concentration. Furthermore, the sensitivities of chloride ions to these effect factors were analyzed. The results show that the different top soil thickness and initial chloride concentration have no effect on salinity of topsoil solution in the monitoring points, but they can clearly change the chloride concentration of FA layers. The sensibilities from top soil thickness and initial chloride content are exceedingly weak to the salinity balance based on two dimensions of the time and concentration. While the different FA texture and groundwater table not only affect the salinity equilibrium process of the whole reclaimed soil profile, but also change its balance state. Generally, coarse FA particles and high groundwater table can defer the salinity balance process of the reclaimed soil solution, and they also increase the chloride concentration of FA layer solutions, and even topsoil ones.

During advanced water detection using the transient electromagnetic method, the exploration effect for water-rich area is often poor due to the interference of bolts that are distributed in different positions in working face. Thus, the study on the interference characteristics of bolts in different states has important directive significance for improving the acquisition quality and data processing method in water detection. Based on the analysis of the distribution laws of magnetic field excited by small multi-turn coincident loop in full space of homogeneity, the test on the interference of bolts has been designed in the mine. Through drilling 18 holes around the overlapping coil in the working face, mass data are collected in order with the posi- tion change and the exposed bolt length. The results of comprehensive data analysis show that the transient electromagnetic field is strongly interfered as the distance between the bolt and the center of the coil is less than 3 m, and the interference varies greatly as the distance varies. On the other hand, the field induced by the bolts can be ignored as the distance exceeds 3 m. The findings can help to improve data acquisition and correction during advanced water detection when using the transient electromagnetic method.

Spatial Variability of Micronutrients in Rice Grain and Paddy Soil

Consumption of rice is the main source of micronutrients to human in Asia. A paddy field with unknown anthro- pogenic contamination in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, China was selected to characterize the spatial variability and distribution of micronutrients in rice grain and soil. A total of 96 paired soil and rice grain samples were collected at harvest. The micronutrients in the soil samples were extracted by diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid （DTPA）. The mean micronutrient concentrations in rice grain were 3.85 μg Cu g^-1, 11.6 μg Fe g^-1, 39.7 μg Mn g^-1 and 26.0 μg Zn g^-1 The mean concentrations were 2.54μg g^-1 for DTPA-Cu, 133.5μg g^-1 for DTPA-Fe, 30.6μg g^-1 for DTPA-Mn, and 0.84μg g^-1 for DTPA-Zn. Semivariograms showed that measured micronutrients in rice grain were moderately dependent, with a range distance of about 110 m. The concentrations of the DTPA-extractable micronutrients all displayed strong spatial dependency, with a range distance of about 60 m. There was some resemblance of spatial structure between soil pH and the grain Cu, Fe, Mn, and Zn. By analogy, similar spatial variation was observed between soil organic matter （SOM） and DTPA-extractable table micronutrients in the soil. Kriging estimated maps of the attributes showed the spatial distributions of the variables in the field, which is beneficial for better understanding the spatial variation of micronutrients and for potentially refining agricultural management practices at a field scale.

BACKGROUND Journal Impact Factor™(JIF)is often used to evaluate the relative reputation and quality of academic journals in their respective fields,and can greatly influence the quality and scope of subsequent manuscript ***,many if not all academic journals are interested in increasing their JIF,to improve their academic *** To determine the importance of the integrity of the editorial and publication process in improving the academic influence of academic journals and the JIF of academic *** In this paper,we describe our statistical analysis of bibliometric factors-including the 2021 JIFs released in the Journal Citation Report™2022,discipline rankings,received and published articles in 2019-2021,and webpage visits and downloads-for seven journals published by Baishideng Publishing Group(Baishideng)and indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded™;ultimately,we introduce and discuss the editing and publishing processes of Baishideng’s journals in their entirety,as they form the basis for our objective of safeguarding and bolstering integrity in academic *** For the seven journals assessed,their 2021 JIFs were basically unchanged from 2020,with the current metric ranging from 5.374 for World Journal of Gastroenterology(WJG)to 1.534 for World Journal of Clinical Cases(WJCC).Further assessments of the journals’bibliometrics from 2019 to 2020,showed that World Journal of Stem Cells has the highest self-citation rate(1.43%)and World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery has the lowest(0.21%).Additionally,the total 3012 articles published during this period were cited by more than 20000 articles in approximately 8000 academic *** note,the 1102 articles published in WJG were cited by articles in 3059 journals,among which 171 journals have a JIF of>10,including internationally renowned academic journals such as CA-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians(2021 JIF 286.130,record count:1),Lancet(2021 JIF 202.731,record count:

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of microcatheterassisted 360-degree trabeculotomy combined with trabeculectomy(MATT-Trab)for treating refractory ***:Patients with refractory glaucoma who underwent MATT-Trab were retrospectively *** indicators for research statistics included the intraocular pressure(IOP)level,degree of decrease,changes in medication dosage,and success *** indicators included the best-corrected visual acuity and incidence of ***:This study comprised 31 patients,including 11 males and 20 females,with ages ranging from 8mo to 67y(mean age:29.40±22.10y).The average postoperative IOP at 1d,1wk,1mo,3mo,6mo,1y,and the last followup was significantly lower than the average preoperative IOP(31.33±9.24 mm Hg,P<0.05).The average number of postoperative medications at 1y was 0.48±1.51,which was significantly reduced compared to that used preoperatively(3.77±0.99,P=0.00).The absolute and qualified success rates were 45.16% and 83.87%,*** acuity exhibited no statistically significant difference between the postoperative and preoperative follow-up time points,except for the first day after *** most common postoperative complications were anterior chamber hemorrhage(25 cases,86.21%)and high IOP(10 cases,34.48%).CONCLUSION:Our results indicate that MATT-Trab is effective and safe for treating refractory glaucoma.
