The Su–Schrieffer–Heeger(SSH)model,commonly used for robust state transfers through topologically protected edge pumping,has been generalized and exploited to engineer diverse functional quantum ***,we propose to realize a fast topological beam splitter based on a generalized SSH model by accelerating the quantum state transfer(QST)process essentially limited by adiabatic *** scheme involves delicate orchestration of the instantaneous energy spectrum through exponential modulation of nearest neighbor coupling strengths and onsite energies,yielding a significantly accelerated beam splitting *** to properties of topological pumping and accelerated QST,the beam splitter exhibits strong robustness against parameter disorders and losses of *** addition,the model demonstrates good scalability and can be extended to two-dimensional crossed-chain structures to realize a topological router with variable numbers of output *** work provides practical prospects for fast and robust topological QST in feasible quantum devices in large-scale quantum information processing.

Cloning of α-β fusion gene from Clostridium perfringens and its expression

AIM： To study the cloning of α-β fusion gene from Closindium perfringens and the immunogenidty of 0-6 fusion expression. METHODS： Cloning was accomplished after PCR amplification from strains NCTC64609 and C58-1 of the protective antigen genes of α-toxin and β-toxin. The fragment of the gene was cloned using plasmid pZCPAB. This fragment coded for the gene with the stable expression of α-β fusion gene binding. In order to verify the exact location of the α-β fusion gene, domain plasmids were constructed. The two genes were fused into expression vector pBV221. The expressed α-β fusion protein was identified by ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting and neutralization assay. RESULTS： The protective co-toxin gene （cpa906） and the β-toxin gene （cpb930） were obtained. The recombinant plasmid pZCPAB carrying α-β fusion gene was constructed and transformed into BL21（DE3）. The recombinant strain BL21（DE3）（pZCPAB） was obtained. After the recombinant strain BL21（DE3）（pZCPAB） was induced by 42℃, its expressed product was about 22.14% of total cellular protein at SDS-PAGE and thin-layer gel scanning analysis. Neutralization assay indicated that the antibody induced by immunization with α-βfusion protein could neutralize the toxicity of α-toxin and β-toxin. CONCLUSION： The obtained α-toxin and β-toxin genes are correct. The recombinant strain BL21（DE3）（pZCPAB） could produce α-β fusion protein. This protein can be used for immunization and is immunogenic. The antibody induced by immunization with α-β fusion protein could neutralize the toxicity of α-toxin and β-toxin.

High-energy-density（HED） fuel（*** used JP-10 and RJ-4）,featuring compact 3D polycyclic structure with high strain,is of critical importance for volume-limited military aircraft,since their high density and combustion heat can provide more propulsion *** reduce the reliance on petroleum source,it is highly desirable to develop renewable alternatives for the production of strained polycyclic HED fuel,but which remains a big challenge because of the inaccessibility caused by the high strain,We herein demonstrate a three-step catalytic route towards highly strained C17and C18spirofuel with biomass *** process includes catalytic aldol condensation of renewable cyclohexanone/cyclopentanone with benzaldehyde,catalytic spiro Diels-Alder（D-A） reaction of aldol adduct with isoprene,and catalytic *** key spiro D-A reaction is enabled by the catalysis of heterogeneous Lewis acidic ionic *** chloroaluminate IL,formed by benign urea and AICl3,exhibits good catalytic performance and reusability for this *** eventual hydrodeoxygenation（HDO）over Pd/C and H-Y produces strained tricyclic spirofuel with density>0.93 g/mL,combustion heat>41 MJ/L and freezing point <-40℃,which are better than the properties of tactical fuel ***,it is anticipated that the as-prepared renewable fuels have the potential to replace traditional petroleum-derived HED fuels.

Endoplasmic reticulum(ER)viscosity has emerged as a new potential biomarker for hepatic fibrosis(HF).Herein,we report the first ER-targeting viscosity-responsive near-infrared(NIR)fluorescent probe HBT-PP for investigations of HF *** twisted intramolecular charge transfer(TICT)and the excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT)are combined to endow HBT-PP with the selective response towards viscosity(~62-fold)and a super large stokes shift(~320 nm).HBT-PP mainly targets organelle ER and is able to image the drug-or alcohol-induced viscosity elevation in living ***,HBT-PP was successfully applied to visualize the gender difference in HF and the protective role of estrogen in restraining HF *** note,after 10 min of stain with HBT-PP,HF lesions showed a stage-based response,indicating the potential of this probe in fast and early diagnosis of *** results clearly demonstrated the promising application of HBT-PP as a new tool for exploring ER viscosity-involved physiological and pathological processes.

Mold spoilage and nutrition enrichment are major concerns of Chinese steamed bread,and using functional lactic acid bacteria as starter to play the role of in-situ preservation and nutritional fortification was a promising ***,Lactiplantibacillus plantarum P10 capable of inhibiting spoilage microorganisms and producing γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)(380 mg/L)was screened from Chinese *** analysis showed that P10 produced key antimicrobial metabolites mainly including ten organic acids,aldehyde,***,P10 might exhibit health beneficial effects such as degrading cholesterol,lowering blood glucose and reducing uric acid due to the production of deoxycholic acid and Ile-Pro-Ile,and the degradation of ***,the promising application potential of P10 was evidenced in steamed bread with extended shelf life,excellent anti-aging effect,and 24.5-fold enrichment of ***,this investigation could provide scientific basis for the application of P10 as a functional starter in steamed bread.

A measurement system for the scattering characteristics of warhead fragments based on high-speed imaging systems offers advantages such as simple deployment,flexible maneuverability,and high spatiotemporal resolution,enabling the acquisition of full-process data of the fragment scattering ***,mismatches between camera frame rates and target velocities can lead to long motion blur tails of high-speed fragment targets,resulting in low signal-to-noise ratios and rendering conventional detection algorithms ineffective in dynamic strong interference testing *** this study,we propose a detection framework centered on dynamic strong interference disturbance signal separation and *** introduce a mixture Gaussian model constrained under a joint spatialtemporal-transform domain Dirichlet process,combined with total variation regularization to achieve disturbance signal *** results demonstrate that the proposed disturbance suppression method can be integrated with certain conventional motion target detection tasks,enabling adaptation to real-world data to a certain ***,we provide a specific implementation of this process,which achieves a detection rate close to 100%with an approximate 0%false alarm rate in multiple sets of real target field test *** research effectively advances the development of the field of damage parameter testing.
