BACKGROUND Biliary tract cancers(BTCs)are a heterogeneous group of tumors with high malignancy,poor prognosis,and limited treatment *** To explore the efficacy and safety of nab-paclitaxel plus capecitabine as first-line treatment for advanced and metastatic *** This open-label,non-randomized,double-center,phase II clinical trial recruited systemic therapy-naive patients with unresectable or metastatic BTCs between April 2019 and June 2022 at Beijing Cancer Hospital and the First Hospital of China Medical *** patients were administered nab-paclitaxel(150 mg/m^(2),day 1)and capecitabine(2000 mg/m^(2),twice daily,days 1-7)in 14-day cycles until experiencing intolerable toxicity or disease *** primary outcome was the objective response rate(ORR).The secondary outcomes included the disease control rate(DCR),overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),and *** A total of 44 patients successfully completed the trial,with a median age of 64.00 years(interquartile range,35.00-76.00),and 26(59.09%)were *** response assessment was impeded for one patient due to premature demise from tumor *** the remaining 43 patients undergoing at least one imaging assessment,the ORR was 23.26%[95%confidence interval(CI):11.80%-38.60%],and the DCR was 69.77%(95%CI:53.90%-82.80%).The median OS was 14.1 months(95%CI:8.3-19.9),and the median PFS was 4.4 months(95%CI:2.5-6.3).A total of 41 patients(93.18%)experienced at least one adverse event(AE),with 10 patients(22.73%)encountering grade≥3 AEs,and the most frequent AEs of any grade were alopecia(79.50%),leukopenia(54.55%),neutropenia(52.27%),and liver dysfunction(40.91%),and no treatment-related deaths were *** Nab-paclitaxel plus capecitabine may be an effective and safe first-line treatment strategy for patients with advanced or metastatic BTCs.

In this paper, the insurance company considers venture capital and risk-free investment in a constant proportion. The surplus process is perturbed by diffusion. At first, the integro-differential equations satisfied by the expected discounted dividend payments and the Gerber-Shiu function are derived. Then, the approximate solutions of the integro-differential equations are obtained through the sinc method. Finally, the numerical examples are given when the claim sizes follow different distributions. Furthermore, the errors between the explicit solution and the numerical solution are discussed in a special case.

Electrochemical CO_(2)conversion into value-added chemicals is a promising technology to solve the greenhouse effect and recycle chemical ***,the electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(e-CO_(2)RR)is seriously compromised by weak CO_(2)adsorption and a rough CO_(2)activation process based on the chemical inertness of the CO_(2)molecule and the formed fragile metal–C/O *** this paper,we designed and fabricated Au particles embedded in ZrO_(2).The configuration of Au particles being of positive charge and ZrO_(2)with negative charge is induced and generated by metal–support interactions(MSIs).As a result,Au/ZrO_(2)@C presents a big difference in the CO_(2)conversion compared with the known work,affording a formate yield of 112.5μmol·cm^(−2)·h^(−1)at−1.1 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),and a max formate Faradaic efficiency of up to 94.1%at−0.9 V *** superior performance was attributed to the activated Au–ZrO_(2)interface to form the Au^(δ+)*** insitu Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and theoretical calculations show that the MSIs configuration can be inclined to the*OCO intermediate generation on Au^(δ+)species activating CO_(2)molecules and then accelerate the formation of the*OCHO intermediate in e-CO_(2)RR,thereby favoring the CO_(2)conversion to formate.

Numerous supramolecular macrocycles have been utilized for developing catalysts by exploiting their specific molecular recognition and ability to form inclusion complexes through noncovalent interactions. The cyclic structure and modified functional groups of these macrocycles can influence substrate and transition state stability, as well as reaction selectivity. The inner cavities of these macrocycles are particularly beneficial, as they enable substrates to adopt preorganized arrangements and serve as versatile platforms for highly efficient supramolecular catalytic systems. This minireview provides an overview of recent advancements in supramolecular catalysis using various macrocycles, such as crown ethers, cyclodextrins,calixarenes, pillararenes, cucurbiturils, and other novel macrocycles.

Given the limited operating ability of a single robotic arm,dual-arm collaborative operations have become increasingly *** with the electrically driven dual-arm manipulator,due to the unknown heavy load,difficulty in measuring contact forces,and control complexity during the closed-chain object transportation task,the hydraulic dual-arm manipulator(HDM)faces more difficulty in accurately tracking the desired motion trajectory,which may cause object deformation or even *** overcome this problem,a compliance motion control method is proposed in this paper for the *** mass parameter of the unknown object is obtained by using an adaptive method based on velocity *** to the difficulty in obtaining the actual internal force of the object,the pressure signal from the pressure sensor of the hydraulic system is used to estimate the contact force at the end-effector(EE)of two hydraulic manipulators(HMs).Further,the estimated contact force is used to calculate the actual internal force on the ***,a compliance motion controller is designed for HDM closed-chain *** position and internal force errors of the object are reduced by the feedback of the position,velocity,and internal force errors of the object to achieve the effect of the compliance motion of the HDM,i.e.,to reduce the motion error and internal force of the *** required velocity and force at the EE of the two HMs,including the position and internal force errors of the object,are inputted into separate position *** addition,the position controllers of the two individual HMs are designed to enable precise motion control by using the virtual decomposition control ***,comparative experiments are carried out on a hydraulic dual-arm test *** proposed method is validated by the experimental results,which demonstrate improved object position accuracy and reduced internal force.

Diamond/aluminium composites have attracted attention in the field of thermal management of electronic packaging for their excellent *** order to solve the interfacial problem between diamond and aluminium,a novel process combining pressure infiltration with vacuum-assisted technology was proposed to prepare diamond/aluminum *** effect of diamond particle size on the microstructure and properties of the diamond/Al-12Si composites was *** results show that the diamond/Al-12Si composites exhibit high relative density and a uniform *** thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion increase with increasing particle size,while the bending strength exhibits the opposite *** the average diamond particle size increases from 45μm to 425μm,the thermal conductivity of the composites increases from 455 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)to 713 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)and the coefficient of thermal expansion increases from 4.97×10^(-6)K^(-1)to 6.72×10^(-6)K^(-1),while the bending strength decreases from 353 MPa to 246 *** research demonstrates that high-quality composites can be prepared by the vacuum-assisted pressure infiltration process and the thermal conductivity of the composites can be effectively improved by increasing the diamond particle size.

Distributed Nash Equilibrium Seeking Strategies Under Quantized Communication

This paper is concerned with distributed Nash equi librium seeking strategies under quantized communication. In the proposed seeking strategy, a projection operator is synthesized with a gradient search method to achieve the optimization o players' objective functions while restricting their actions within required non-empty, convex and compact domains. In addition, a leader-following consensus protocol, in which quantized informa tion flows are utilized, is employed for information sharing among players. More specifically, logarithmic quantizers and uniform quantizers are investigated under both undirected and connected communication graphs and strongly connected digraphs, respec tively. Through Lyapunov stability analysis, it is shown that play ers' actions can be steered to a neighborhood of the Nash equilib rium with logarithmic and uniform quantizers, and the quanti fied convergence error depends on the parameter of the quan tizer for both undirected and directed cases. A numerical exam ple is given to verify the theoretical results.

This paper proposes a robust vector tracking loop structure based on potential bias analysis. The influence of four kinds of biases on the existing two implementations of Vector Tracking Loops(VTLs) is illustrated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations, and the following findings are obtained. Firstly, the initial user state bias leads to steady navigation solution bias in the relative VTL, while new measurements can eliminate it in the absolute VTL. Secondly, the initial code phase bias is transferred to the following navigation solutions in the relative VTL, while new measurements can eliminate it in the absolute VTL. Thirdly, the user state bias induced by erroneous navigation solution of VTLs can be eliminated by both of the two VTLs. Fourthly,the multipath/NLOS likely affects the two VTLs, and the induced tracking bias in the duration of the multipath/NLOS would decrease the performance of VTLs. Based on the above analysis,a robust VTL structure is proposed, where the absolute VTL is selected for its robustness to the two kinds of initialization biases;meanwhile, the instant bias detection and correction method is used to improve the performance of VTLs in the duration of the multipath/NLOS. Numerical simulations and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed robust VTL structure.
