The establishment of a low-cost and facile approach for the assay of acid phosphatase(ACP)and its inhibitor is a research focus.In this paper,we successfully synthesized NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanosheets with peroxidase-mimicking activity in alkaline deep eutectic solvents(DESs)composed of NaOH and PEG-200,which can catalyze 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)to the oxidation state TMB(ox-TMB)in the presence of H2O2.Due to L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate can be hydrolyzed into ascorbic acid by ACP,the peroxidase-like activity of NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanosheets is inhibited.However,the addition of malathion,an inhibitor of ACP,can inhibit the activity of ACP and thus limit the production of ascorbic acid(AA).Therefore,a colorimetric approach can be established for highly sensitive and selective detection of ACP and malathion with detection limits of 0.032 U/L and 0.65 nmol/L,respectively.More importantly,this method can be successfully applied to malathion detection in environmental samples tap water and food cucumber juice,indicating that it has potential application prospects in environmental and agricultural fields.

The aerosol transmission of coronavirus disease in 2019,along with the spread of other respiratory diseases,caused significant loss of life and property;it impressed upon us the importance of real-time bioaerosol detection.The complexity,diversity,and large spatiotemporal variability of bioaerosols and their external/internal mixing with abiotic components pose challenges for effective online bioaerosol monitoring.Traditional methods focus on directly capturing bioaerosols before subsequent time-consuming laboratory analysis such as culture-based methods,preventing the high-resolution time-based characteristics necessary for an online approach.Through a comprehensive literature assessment,this review highlights and discusses the most commonly used real-time bioaerosol monitoring techniques and the associated commercially available monitors.Methods applied in online bioaerosol monitoring,including adenosine triphosphate bioluminescence,laser/light-induced fluorescence spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and bioaerosol mass spectrometry are summarized.The working principles,characteristics,sensitivities,and efficiencies of these real-time detection methods are compared to understand their responses to known particle types and to contrast their differences.Approaches developed to analyze the substantial data sets obtained by these instruments and to overcome the limitations of current real-time bioaerosol monitoring technologies are also introduced.Finally,an outlook is proposed for future instrumentation indicating a need for highly revolutionized bioaerosol detection technologies.

There is an urgent need for novel processes that can integrate different functional nanostructures onto specific substrates,so as to meet the fast-growing need for broad applications in nanoelectronics,nanophotonics,and fexible optoelectronics.Existing direct-lithography methods are difficult to use on fexible,nonplanar,and biocompatible surfaces.Therefore,this fabrication is usually accomplished by nanotransfer printing.However,large-scale integration of multiscale nanostructures with unconventional substrates remains challenging because fabrication yields and quality are often limited by the resolution,uniformity,adhesivity,and integrity of the nanostructures formed by direct transfer.Here,we proposed a resist-based transfer strategy enabled by near-zero adhesion,which was achieved by molecular modification to attain a critical surface energy interval.This approach enabled the intact transfer of wafer-scale,ultrathin-resist nanofilms onto arbitrary substrates with mitigated cracking and wrinkling,thereby facilitating the in situ fabrication of nanostructures for functional devices.Applying this approach,fabrication of three-dimensional-stacked multilayer structures with enhanced functionalities,nanoplasmonic structures with~10 nm resolution,and MoS2-based devices with excellent performance was demonstrated on specific substrates.These results collectively demonstrated the high stability,reliability,and throughput of our strategy for optical and electronic device applications.

Optimal Scheduling of Regional Integrated Energy Systems Considering Hybrid Demand Response

Flexible load can optimize the load curve,which is an important means to promote renewable energy consumption.The peculiarities of electricity,heat,cooling and gas loads are analyzed in this paper,considering the fuzzy degree of human perception for water temperature,and the characteristic model of hot water load is established.Considering the fuzzy degree of human perception of ambient temperature,the characteristic model of cooling load is established by using PMV and PPD index.Meanwhile,considering four combinations of cut load,translatable load,transferable load and alternative load,and considering the coupling relationship of composite parts,different response models of load are established respectively.With the minimum cost of the system,including operation and compensation costs as the objective function,the optimization scheduling model of the regional integrated energy system is established,and the Gurobi solver is used for simulation analysis to solve the optimal output and load response curve of each piece of equipment.The results show that the load curve can be optimized,the flexible regulation ability of the regional integrated energy system can be enhanced,the energy loss of the system can be reduced,and the wind power consumption ability of the system can be increased by considering the integrated demand response.

To better characterize the properties of surface-initiated polymers, simultaneous bulk-and surface-initiated polymerizations are usually carried out by assuming that the properties of the surface-initiated polymers resemble those of the bulk-initiated polymers. Through a Monte Carlo simulation using a heterogeneous stochastic reaction model, it was discovered that the bulk-initiated polymers exhibit a higher molecular weight and a lower dispersity than the corresponding surface-initiated polymers, which indicates that the equivalent assumption is invalid. Furthermore, the molecular weight distributions of the two types of polymers are also different, suggesting different polymerization mechanisms. The results can be simply explained by the heterogeneous distributions of reactants in the system. This study is helpful to better understand surface-initiated polymerization.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence in recent years,applying various learning techniques to solve mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)problems has emerged as a burgeoning research domain.Apart from constructing end-to-end models directly,integrating learning approaches with some modules in the traditional methods for solving MILPs is also a promising direction.The cutting plane method is one of the fundamental algorithms used in modern MILP solvers,and the selection of appropriate cuts from the candidate cuts subset is crucial for enhancing efficiency.Due to the reliance on expert knowledge and problem-specific heuristics,classical cut selection methods are not always transferable and often limit the scalability and generalizability of the cutting plane method.To provide a more efficient and generalizable strategy,we propose a reinforcement learning(RL)framework to enhance cut selection in the solving process of MILPs.Firstly,we design feature vectors to incorporate the inherent properties of MILP and computational information from the solver and represent MILP instances as bipartite graphs.Secondly,we choose the weighted metrics to approximate the proximity of feasible solutions to the convex hull and utilize the learning method to determine the weights assigned to each metric.Thirdly,a graph convolutional neural network is adopted with a self-attention mechanism to predict the value of weighting factors.Finally,we transform the cut selection process into a Markov decision process and utilize RL method to train the model.Extensive experiments are conducted based on a leading open-source MILP solver SCIP.Results on both general and specific datasets validate the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed approach.

The viscous dissipation limit of weak solutions is considered for the Navier-Stokes equations of compressible isentropic flows confined in a bounded domain.We establish a Kato-type criterion for the validity of the inviscid limit for the weak solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations in a function space with the regularity index close to Onsager’s critical threshold.In particular,we prove that under such a regularity assumption,if the viscous energy dissipation rate vanishes in a boundary layer of thickness in the order of the viscosity,then the weak solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations converge to a weak admissible solution of the Euler equations.Our approach is based on the commutator estimates and a subtle foliation technique near the boundary of the domain.

As a kind of large-scale physical energy storage,compressed air energy storage(CAES)plays an important role in the construction of more efficient energy system based on renewable energy in the future.Compared with traditional industrial compressors,the compressor of CAES has higher off-design performance requirements.From the perspective of design,it needs to pay attention not only to the performance of the design point,but also to the performance of all the stable working range.However,from the previous literature,no diagonal compressor was used in CAES which can meet the requirements,which also reflects the design program can be further improved.Therefore,this paper studies the design strategy of high efficient diagonal compressor for large-scale CAES,and gives the complete strategy algorithms used for different program modules.The pressure ratio,isentropic efficiency and stable working range are comprehensively considered.In the design process,the criteria for the key parameters of the diagonal flow angle of the diagonal compressor are given for the first time.The results show that the isentropic efficiency at the design point is 92.7%,the total pressure ratio is1.97,and the stable working range exceeds 20%,which meets the design requirements of the compressor for CAES and exceeds the overall performance of the previous compressors in the entire working range.

With the rapid development of semiconductors,the number of materials needed to be polished sharply increases.The material properties vary significantly,posing challenges to chemical mechanical polishing(CMP).Accordingly,the study aimed to classify the material removal mechanism.Based on the CMP and atomic force microscopy results,the six representative metals can be preliminarily classified into two groups,presumably due to different material removal modes.From the tribology perspective,the first group of Cu,Co,and Ni may mainly rely on the mechanical plowing effect.After adding H_(2)O_(2),corrosion can be first enhanced and then suppressed,affecting the surface mechanical strength.Consequently,the material removal rate(MRR)and the surface roughness increase and decrease.By comparison,the second group of Ta,Ru,and Ti may primarily depend on the chemical bonding effect.Adding H_(2)O_(2)can promote oxidation,increasing interfacial chemical bonds.Therefore,the MRR increases,and the surface roughness decreases and levels off.In addition,CMP can be regulated by tuning the synergistic effect of oxidation,complexation,and dissolution for mechanical plowing,while tuning the synergistic effect of oxidation and ionic strength for chemical bonding.The findings provide mechanistic insight into the material removal mechanism in CMP.
