Chlorophyll-a(Chl-a)concentration is a primary indicator for marine environmental *** spatio-temporal variations of sea surface Chl-a concentration in the Yellow Sea(YS)and the East China Sea(ECS)in 2001-2020 were investigated by reconstructing the MODIS level 3 products with the data interpolation empirical orthogonal function(DINEOF)*** reconstructed results by interpolating the combined MODIS daily+8-day datasets were found better than those merely by interpolating daily or 8-day ***-a concentration in the YS and the ECS reached its maximum in spring,with blooms occurring,decreased in summer and autumn,and increased in late autumn and early *** performing empirical orthogonal function(EOF)decomposition of the reconstructed data fields and correlation analysis with several potential environmental factors,we found that the sea surface temperature(SST)plays a significant role in the seasonal variation of Chl a,especially during spring and *** increase of SST in spring and the upper-layer nutrients mixed up during the last winter might favor the occurrence of spring *** high sea surface temperature(SST)throughout the summer would strengthen the vertical stratification and prevent nutrients supply from deep water,resulting in low surface Chl-a *** sea surface Chl-a concentration in the YS was found decreased significantly from 2012 to 2020,which was possibly related to the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO).

Mega-Constellations Based TT&C Resource Sharing: Keep Reliable Aeronautical Communication in an Emergency

With the development of the transportation industry, the effective guidance of aircraft in an emergency to prevent catastrophic accidents remains one of the top safety concerns. Undoubtedly, operational status data of the aircraft play an important role in the judgment and command of the Operational Control Center(OCC). However, how to transmit various operational status data from abnormal aircraft back to the OCC in an emergency is still an open problem. In this paper, we propose a novel Telemetry, Tracking,and Command(TT&C) architecture named Collaborative TT&C(CoTT&C) based on mega-constellation to solve such a problem. CoTT&C allows each satellite to help the abnormal aircraft by sharing TT&C resources when needed, realizing real-time and reliable aeronautical communication in an emergency. Specifically, we design a dynamic resource sharing mechanism for CoTT&C and model the mechanism as a single-leader-multi-follower Stackelberg game. Further, we give an unique Nash Equilibrium(NE) of the game as a closed form. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed resource sharing mechanism is effective, incentive compatible, fair, and reciprocal. We hope that our findings can shed some light for future research on aeronautical communications in an emergency.

For a class of time-delay discrete-time linear systems with external disturbance and measurement noise, the interval estimation problems of state and measurement noise are investigated in this paper. First, the system state together with the time-delay term and measurement noise is augmented as a new state, and a singular system is then constructed. Subsequently, a kind of decoupling technique is employed to eliminate the effect of external disturbance, and an observer is designed to simultaneously estimate the system state and measurement noise. Based on the estimated state and measurement noise, the interval estimations of system state and measurement noise are obtained by reachability analysis technique. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a four-tank liquid level system.

Conversion-type anode chemistry with interfacial compatibility toward Ah-level near-neutral high-voltage zinc ion batteries

High-voltage aqueous zinc ion batteries（AZIBs） with a high-safety near-neutral electrolyte is of great significance for practical sustainable application; however, they suffer from anode and electrode/electrolyte interfacial incompatibility. Herein, a conversion-type anode chemistry with a low anodic potential, which is guided by the Gibbs free energy change of conversion reaction, was designed for high-voltage near-neutral AZIBs. A reversible conversion reaction between ZnC2O4·2H2O particles and three-dimensional Zn metal networks well-matched in CH3COOLi-based electrolyte was revealed. This mechanism can be universally validated in the battery systems with sodium or iodine ions. More importantly, a cathodic crowded micellar electrolyte with a water confinement effect was proposed in which lies the core for the stability and reversibility of the cathode under an operating platform voltage beyond 2.0 V, obtaining a capacity retention of 95% after 100 cycles. Remarkably, the scientific and technological challenges from the coin cell to Ah-scale battery, sluggish kinetics of the solid-solid electrode reaction, capacity excitation under high loading of active material, and preparation complexities associated with large-area quasi-solid electrolytes,were explored, successfully achieving an 88% capacity retention under high loading of more than 20 mg cm-2and particularly a practical 1.1 Ah-level pouch cell. This work provides a path for designing low-cost, eco-friendly and high-voltage aqueous batteries.

In this paper,by designing a normalized nonmonotone search strategy with the BarzilaiBorwein-type step-size,a novel local minimax method(LMM),which is a globally convergent iterative method,is proposed and analyzed to find multiple(unstable)saddle points of nonconvex functionals in Hilbert *** to traditional LMMs with monotone search strategies,this approach,which does not require strict decrease of the objective functional value at each iterative step,is observed to converge faster with less ***,based on a normalized iterative scheme coupled with a local peak selection that pulls the iterative point back onto the solution submanifold,by generalizing the Zhang-Hager(ZH)search strategy in the optimization theory to the LMM framework,a kind of normalized ZH-type nonmonotone step-size search strategy is introduced,and then a novel nonmonotone LMM is *** feasibility and global convergence results are rigorously carried out under the relaxation of the monotonicity for the functional at the iterative ***,in order to speed up the convergence of the nonmonotone LMM,a globally convergent Barzilai-Borwein-type LMM(GBBLMM)is presented by explicitly constructing the Barzilai-Borwein-type step-size as a trial step-size of the normalized ZH-type nonmonotone step-size search strategy in each ***,the GBBLMM algorithm is implemented to find multiple unstable solutions of two classes of semilinear elliptic boundary value problems with variational structures:one is the semilinear elliptic equations with the homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition and another is the linear elliptic equations with semilinear Neumann boundary *** numerical results indicate that our approach is very effective and speeds up the LMMs significantly.
