Controlling segregation and hardenability of gear steel based on as-cast structure

Hardenability significantly impacts the distortion of gear during heat treatment,correlated to the uniformity of solute distribution in steel *** experimental analysis was conducted on the macrostructure,solute distribution,dendrite structure,and rod hardenability of 20CrMnTiH gear steel in continuously cast blooms and hot roller *** evaluation approach by the standards for the hardenability of gear steel rods and the corresponding blooms was analyzed,and the inheritance mechanism from solidification segregation to hardenability fluctuation of gear steel was *** results indicate that semi-macroscopic spot segregation located in the equiaxed zone exhibits larger size,higher solute enrichment,and worse solute homogeneity,leading to significant solute fluctuations in the blooms and hardenability fluctuation in the *** increasing the liquid steel superheat from 35 to 40℃,reducing the mold electromagnetic stirring from 300 to 100 A,and implementing the soft reduction(SR)of 7 mm at the solidification end,the equiaxed ratio of the strand decreased from 26.42%to 6.69%.Consequently,the solute fluctuation range and standard deviation decrease significantly in the transverse section,while the maximum segregation ratio,average fluctuation range,and average standard deviation of solutes C,Cr,and Mn in the spot segregation decrease at the same *** the meanwhile,the equiaxed ratio of the rod decreased from 24.89%to 4.09%,and the structure of the hardenability detection zone was transformed from equiaxed crystals to columnar ***,the solute fluctuation range and standard deviation in the transverse section decreased,while the homogeneity in spot segregation was also *** hardness difference of A and B surfaces at J9 and J15 positions was smaller than 2 HRC,meeting the qualification standard for hardenability.

In this paper,we introduce the More-Interaction Particle Transformer(MIParT),a novel deep-learning neural network designed for jet *** framework incorporates our own design,the More-Interaction Attention(MIA)mechanism,which increases the dimensionality of particle interaction *** tested MIParT using the top tagging and quark-gluon *** results show that MIParT not only matches the accuracy and AUC of LorentzNet and a series of Lorentz-equivariant methods,but also significantly outperforms the ParT model in background ***,it improves background rejection by approximately 25% with a signal efficiency of 30% on the top tagging dataset and by 3% on the quark-gluon ***,MIParT requires only 30% of the parameters and 53% of the computational complexity needed by ParT,proving that high performance can be achieved with reduced model *** very large datasets,we double the dimension of particle embeddings,referring to this variant as MIParT-Large(MIParT-L).We found that MIParT-L can further capitalize on the knowledge from large *** a model pre-trained on the 100M JetClass dataset,the background rejection performance of fine-tuned MIParT-L improves by 39% on the top tagging dataset and by 6% on the quark-gluon dataset,surpassing that of fine-tuned ***,the background rejection of fine-tuned MIParT-L improves by an additional 2% compared to that of fine-tuned *** results suggest that MIParT has the potential to increase the efficiency of benchmarks for jet tagging and event identification in particle physics.

Achieving ultralow leakage current in Schottky-MIS cascode anode lateral field-effect diode based on AlGaN/GaN HEMT

In this paper,we design and fabricate a Schottky-metal-insulator-semiconductor（MIS） cascode anode GaN lateral field-effect diode（CA-LFED） to achieve ultralow reverse leakage current(ILEAK).The device based on AlGaN/GaN highelectron-mobility-transistor（HEMT） includes a normally-off MIS-controlled channel that is cascoded with a high barrier height Schottky *** reverse bias,the high electric-field is effectively prevented by the normally-off MIS-controlled channel *** with the high barrier height Schottky contact,this feature significantly suppresses the *** by the device fabrication,the CA-LFED with high breakdown voltage（BV）>600 V shows an ultralow ILEAKof 3.6×10-9A/mm as well as a low forward voltage drop（VF） of 2.2 *** performance suggests that the CA-LFED can be a promising candidate for ultralow ILEAKand better VF-ILEAKtrade-off GaN power diode applications.

Factors influencing vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic hysterectomy and the psychological state of the patients

BACKGROUND Despite laparoscopic total hysterectomy provided more benefits to patients and has become one of the most commonly used surgical methods for total ***,vaginal cuff dehiscence is a serious complication after laparoscopic total hysterectomy and so far,there are limited studies on vaginal cuff dehiscence after a total *** To investigate the factors influencing vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic hysterectomy and the psychological state of the *** This study retrospectively,univariately,and multivariately analyzed the clinical data of patients who experienced vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic hysterectomy in Yuyao People’s Hospital from January 2015 to December *** regression was utilized to analyze the high-risk factors of vaginal cuff *** Among 1459 cases with laparoscopic hysterectomy,9 reported vaginal cuff dehiscence postoperatively,with an incidence of 0.617%.Univariate logistic regression analysis revealed that preoperative hemoglobin value[odds ratio(OR)=5.12,P=0.016],vaginal cuff suture method(OR=0.26,P=0.048),and postoperative first sexual lifetime(OR=15.86,P=0.002)were associated with vaginal cuff dehiscence following laparoscopic *** logistic regression analysis revealed that preoperative hemoglobin value of<90 g/L(OR=5.17,P=0.015)and time interval between postoperative first sexual life and operation of<3 months(OR=54.00,P=0.004)are independent risk factors for vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic *** Postoperative hemoglobin and the time interval between postoperative first sexual life and operation were the independent factors of developing vaginal cuff dehiscence after laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Dual-phase interface engineering via parallel modulation strategy for highly reversible Zn metal batteries

The reversibility and stability of aqueous Zn metal batteries（AZMBs） are largely limited by Zn dendrites and interfacial parasitic ***,we propose a parallel modulation strategy to boost the reversibility of the Zn anode by introducing N,N,N',N'-tetramethylchloroformamidinium hexafluorophosphate（TCFH） as an additive in the *** is composed of PF6-and TN+with opposite ***6-can spontaneously induce the in-situ generation of ZnF2solid electrolyte interface（SEI） on the anode,which can improve the transport kinetics of Zn2+at the interface,thus promoting the rapid and uniform deposition of Zn as well as inhibiting the growth of *** addition,TN+is enriched at the anode surface during Zn deposition through the anchoring effect,which brings a reconfiguration of the ion/molecule *** anchored-TN+reduces the concentrations of H2O and SO42-,sufficiently restraining the parasitic *** to the dual-phase interface engineering constructed of PF6-and TN+in parallel,the symmetric cell with the proposed electrolyte survives long cycling stability over750 h at 20 mA cm-2,10 mAh *** study offers a distinct viewpoint to the multidimensional optimization of Zn anodes for high-performance AZMBs.

In situ measurement of environmental γ radiation dose rates of key nuclides for large radioactive surface sources

To monitor nuclear and radiation emergencies,it is crucial to obtain accurate in situ measurements of the environmentalγ radiation dose rate from key radionuclides,particularly for large radioactive surface *** methods currently used for measuring dose rates are inadequate for obtaining the dose rates of key radionuclides and have large angular response errors when monitoring surface *** address this practical problem,this study proposes three methods for measuring the dose rate:the weighted peak total ratio,mean value regression,and numerical integration *** methods are based on energy-spectrum measurement data,and they were theoretically derived and numerically ***,a 1-m-long hexagonal radioactive surface source was integrated into a larger surface *** situ measurement experiments were conducted on a large radioactive surface source using a dose-rate meter and a portable HPGespectrometer to analyze the errors of the three aforementioned methods and verify their validity.

OBJECTIVE: To reach consensus on the diagnostic criteria of syndrome of dampness obstruction in idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN) patients by literature research and expert investigation(interviews and a Delphi method). METHODS: Our study was consistent with T/CACM 1336-2020. We searched the monographs and references published in the past 40 years(1983-2022), and established the diagnostic criteria pool of waterdampness syndrome and dampness-turbidity syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) based on literature by using frequency statistics and correlation analysis. Expert investigation(interview method and two rounds of Delphi method) was used to form the diagnostic criteria of water-dampness syndrome and dampnessturbidity syndrome of idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Clinical diagnostic test research was carried out, and compared with “Diagnostic Criteria for dampness syndrome”(T/CACM 1454-2023) to evaluate the authenticity, reliability and clinical application value of the standard. RESULTS: A total of 122 relevant guides, standards, monographs and documents were included through searching books and Chinese databases. Four experts were interviewed and two rounds of delphi method(75 experts nationwide) were carried out. The experts' opinions are relatively concentrated and the differences are small. Based on the weight of each index, the diagnostic criteria indexes of water-dampness syndrome and dampness-turbidity syndrome were selected. After discussion by the core group members, the diagnostic model of "necessary symptoms and optional symptoms" was established, and the final diagnostic criteria of waterdampness syndrome and dampness-turbidity syndrome were established. One hundred and ninety-one inpatients and outpatients of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to February 2023 were included in Diagnostic test study. Spin-selective and frequency-shift meta-holography based on reconfigurable origami chiral metasurface

Origami-based reconfigurable metasurfaces have emerged as a versatile paradigm for dynamically manipulating electromagnetic(EM) waves due to their advantages, such as low manufacturing cost, lightweight, and structural deformability. Three-dimensional(3D) deformation can intensify asymmetry among structures, making origami metasurfaces particularly suitable for realizing reconfigurable chiral responses. However, previous studies have primarily focused on modulating spectral properties,such as chiral switching and resonant frequency shifting. There remains ample room for further exploration in complex wavefront manipulation and holographic imaging applications. This paper proposes a simple and efficient deformation method for origami metasurfaces that transforms a spin-insensitive planar metasurface into a 3D metasurface by folding. The breaking of mirror symmetry induces a pronounced chiral response. The binary amplitude is modulated within each pixel. When folded at angles of +θ and-θ, the designed origami metasurface generates distinct images under left-handed circularly polarized(LCP)wave incidence. Meanwhile, holographic encryption is achieved under right-handed circularly polarized(RCP) wave ***, by leveraging origami's reconfigurability, the holographic imaging's operating frequency can be shifted. The experimental results agree well with the numerical calculations and full-wave simulations, demonstrating the broad application potential of this method in areas such as multi-channel imaging, information encryption technologies, and stealth.
