为探究地肤对酸性土壤中重金属镉(Cd)污染的抗性和敏感性,分别在初始土壤pH值6.1(T处理组)、pH值5.0(TS处理组)条件下,设置不同浓度Cd(1.253、1.553、2.153、2.753、4.253和10.253 mg/kg)胁迫盆栽控制试验,研究了2种pH值和不同Cd浓度处理对地肤生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)Cd胁迫对地肤根总长度、总表面积、总体积、平均直径及根尖数影响均不明显,其中1.253~2.753 mg/kg Cd胁迫下的地肤根、茎及全株生物量变化较小,对土壤镉的耐受性较强,且能较好地适应偏酸性土壤环境;T处理组地肤根系生长发育整体上优于TS处理组。(2)土壤镉含量对地肤光合作用的抑制性不明显,但土壤pH值降低会提高地肤叶片光合色素含量。(3)地肤根部SOD、POD活性、MDA含量整体上高于茎部,相同Cd浓度处理下,土壤pH值升高会提高地肤根茎SOD活性,降低MDA含量。地肤的抗氧化酶系统在防御土壤镉污染胁迫方面起到显著保护作用。

Diamond/aluminium composites have attracted attention in the field of thermal management of electronic packaging for their excellent *** order to solve the interfacial problem between diamond and aluminium,a novel process combining pressure infiltration with vacuum-assisted technology was proposed to prepare diamond/aluminum *** effect of diamond particle size on the microstructure and properties of the diamond/Al-12Si composites was *** results show that the diamond/Al-12Si composites exhibit high relative density and a uniform *** thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion increase with increasing particle size,while the bending strength exhibits the opposite *** the average diamond particle size increases from 45μm to 425μm,the thermal conductivity of the composites increases from 455 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)to 713 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)and the coefficient of thermal expansion increases from 4.97×10^(-6)K^(-1)to 6.72×10^(-6)K^(-1),while the bending strength decreases from 353 MPa to 246 *** research demonstrates that high-quality composites can be prepared by the vacuum-assisted pressure infiltration process and the thermal conductivity of the composites can be effectively improved by increasing the diamond particle size.

Reinforcement corrosion is the main cause of performance deterioration of reinforced concrete(RC)*** research has been performed to investigate the life-cycle cost(LCC)of coastal bridge piers with nonuniform corrosion using different *** this study,a reliability-based design optimization(RBDO)procedure is improved for the design of coastal bridge piers using six groups of commonly used materials,i.e.,normal performance concrete(NPC)with black steel(BS)rebar,high strength steel(HSS)rebar,epoxy coated(EC)rebar,and stainless steel(SS)rebar(named NPC-BS,NPC-HSS,NPC-EC,and NPC-SS,respectively),NPC with BS with silane soakage on the pier surface(named NPC-Silane),and high-performance concrete(HPC)with BS rebar(named HPC-BS).First,the RBDO procedure is improved for the design optimization of coastal bridge piers,and a bridge is selected to illustrate the ***,reliability analysis of the pier designed with each group of materials is carried out to obtain the time-dependent reliability in terms of the ultimate and serviceability ***,the repair time of the pier is predicted based on the time-dependent reliability ***,the time-dependent LCCs for the pier are obtained for the selection of the optimal design.

The in-ice or in-water Cherenkov neutrino telescope,such as IceCube,has already proved its power in measuring the Glashow resonance by searching for the bump around E_(ν)=6.3PeV arising from the W-boson *** are many proposals for the next few decades for observations of cosmic tau neutrinos with extensive air showers,also known as tau neutrino *** air shower telescope is,in principle,sensitive to the Glashow resonance via the channel W→τν_(τ)followed by the tau decay in the air(e.g.,TAMBO,which has a geometric area of approximately 500km^(2)).Using a thorough numerical analysis,we find that the discovery significance can be up to 90%with a TAMBO-like setup if PeV neutrinos primarily originate from neutron decays,considering the flux parameters measured by IceCube as the *** presence of new physics affecting the neutrino flavor composition can also increase the ***,if ultrahigh-energy neutrinos are dominantly produced from meson decays,it will be statistically difficult for an advanced proposal such as TAMBO to discriminate the Glashow resonance induced byν¯e from the intrinsicντ/ν¯_(τ)*** have identified several limitations for such advanced telescopes,in comparison with the in-ice or in-water telescope,when measuring resonances:(i)a suppressed branching ratio of 11%for the decay W→τν_(τ);(ii)the smearing effect and reduced acceptance because the daughter neutrino takes away(y)∼75%of the energy from the W decay;and(iii)a large attenuation effect for Earth-skimming neutrinos with the resonance.

Influence of cerium and yttrium addition on strength and electrical conductivity of pure aluminum alloys

To develop pure aluminum alloys with high conductivity and strength, Al-0.2Ce and Al-0.2Ce-0.1Y alloys were prepared by rolling and annealing processes in this study. The effects of trace rare earth elements on the strength and electrical conductivity of the pure aluminum alloys were investigated. It is revealed that the addition of Ce and Y to pure aluminum can effectively enhance the strength and electrical conductivity of the alloys. In Al-0.2Ce, the addition of Ce can effectively refine the grain size of a-Al, with an average grain size of 90.68 μm in the as-cast state. The grain size of the alloy is further reduced to 87.55 μm by the simultaneous addition of Y. The synergistic addition of Ce and Y changes the properties of the alloy. The addition of Ce and Y also produces the Al_(11)Ce_(3) and Al_(3)Y second phases, which have coherent relationship with a-Al. The two-dimensional mismatch degree was calculated to be only 4.43%and 0.85%, respectively, which can provide a certain amount of nucleation substrate for a-Al in the incubation stage. The interfacial match between the L1_(2)structure of Al_(3)Y and a-Al was calculated using first-principles simulations. The results indicate that Al_(3)Y has a strong bonding effect with a-Al. Nanoscale second phases at grain boundaries can be effective in reducing resistivity due to dislocation *** second phases with better matching interfaces to the substrate have no positive effect on the scattering motion of electrons.

Herein,the co-pyrolysis reaction characteristics of corn straw(CS)and bituminous coal in the presence of ilmenite oxygen carriers(OCs)are investigated via thermogravimetry coupled with mass *** results reveal that the participation of OCs weakens the devolatilization intensity of *** the CS blending ratio is<50%,the mixed fuel exhibits positive synergistic *** fitting results according to the Coats-Redfern integral method show that the solid-solid interaction between OCs and coke changes the reaction kinetics,enhancing the co-pyrolysis reactivity at the high-temperature zone(750-950C).The synergistic effect is most prominent at a 30%CS blending ratio,with copyrolysis activation energy in the range of 26.35-40.57 kJ·mol^(-1).
