The metallurgical quality control of magnesium(Mg)and Mg alloys in melting process is required to ensure a satisfied mechanical and corrosion performance,while the typical used steel crucible introduces impurities and interfacial interaction during melting ***,a systematic study about impurities diffusion and interfacial interaction between molten Mg and steel is *** the present study,the interfacial reaction between molten AZ91D Mg alloy and mild steel during melting process was investigated with the melting temperatures of 700℃,750℃ and 800℃.The results show that Al(Fe,Mn)intermetallic layer is the intermetallic primarily formed at the interfaces of AZ91D melt and mild ***,Al_(8)(Mn,Fe)5is indexed between Al(Fe,Mn)and ***_(3)C appears between the mild steel and Al(Fe,Mn)at 700℃ and 750℃,but absent at 800℃ due to the increased solubility of carbon in Mg *** is found that the growth of the intermetallic layer is controlled by diffusion mechanism,and Al and Mn are the dominant diffusing species in the whole interfacial reaction *** measuring the thickness of different layers,the growth constant was *** increases from 1.89(±0.03)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 700℃ to 3.05(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 750℃,and 5.18(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 800℃.Meanwhile,the content of Fe is linearly increased in AZ91D with the increase of holding time at 700℃ and 750℃,while it shows a significantly increment after holding for 8 h at 800℃,indicating holding temperature is more crucial to determine the Fe content of AZ91D than holding time.

BACKGROUND The microbes and metabolomics of microbiota dysbiosis in the gut in the different phases of hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection are not fully *** To investigate the specific gut microbiota and metabolites of the immune-tolerant(IT) and immune-active(IA) phases of chronic hepatitis B(CHB).METHODS Clinical fecal samples from healthy individuals and patients in the IT and IA phases of HBV infection were collected. Next, non-target metabolomics, bioinformatics, and 16S rDNA sequencing analyses were *** A total of 293 different metabolites in 14 phyla, 22 classes, 29 orders, 51 families, and 190 genera were identified. The four phyla of Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, and Proteobacteria were the most abundant, accounting for 99.72%, 99.79%, and 99.55% in the healthy controls, IT-phase patients, and IA-phase patients, respectively. We further identified 16 genera with different richness in the IT phase and IA phase of HBV infection. Of the 134 named metabolites, 57 were upregulated and 77 were downregulated. A total of 101 different metabolic functions were predicted in this study, with 6 metabolic pathways having the highest enrichments, namely carbohydrate metabolism(14.85%), amino acid metabolism(12.87%), lipid metabolism(11.88%), metabolism of cofactors and vitamins(11.88%), xenobiotic biodegradation(9.9%), and metabolism of terpenoids and polyketides(7.92%).CONCLUSION These findings provide observational evidence of compositional alterations of the gut microbiome and some related metabolites in patients with IT-phase or IA-phase HBV infection. Further studies should investigate whether microbiota modulation can facilitate the progression of CHB and the cause-effect relationship between the gut microbiota and CHB.

Surface modification of graphite anode with electroactive matters has been proven of a more practical strategy in enhancing the performance of Li-ion batteries than exploring alternative novel anode ***,rutile TiNbO_(4-x) nanoparticles with a tunnel structure are employed as multifunctional decoration substances in combination with a carbon coating layer to improve the rate and cycle properties of mesocarbon microbeads(MCMBs).As compared to pristine MCMB,the Li^(+)diffusion coefficients of the composite anodes are enhanced due to the synergistic effect of TiNbO_(4-x)@***,the overcharge and voltage polarization of the composite anodes at high rate are obviously minimized due to the current sharing effect of the high-potential TiNbO_(4-x).Moreover,the amorphous Li_(y)TiNbO_(4-x) converted from TiNbO_(4-x) in the initial lithiation process can deliver pseudocapacitive capacity to the composite anodes from the second *** of these functions of TiNbO_(4-x)@Ccoating layer have directly contributed to the improved rate and cycle performance of the MCMB/TiNbO_(4-x)@C composite *** one containing 12.0 wt%TiNbO_(4-x) exhibits a high reversible specific capacity of 118 m Ah·g^(-1)at 10C(1C=372 m A·g^(-1)),together with a high capacity retention of 90.9%after 300 cycles at 3C,which are all much superior to those of pristine MCMB.

目的鳖龙软肝汤是临床中治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化的重要中药方剂,通过多年临床的实践和诸多的临床研究报道,鳖龙软肝汤临床治疗乙肝相关性肝癌的疗效较确切。该试验通过研究鳖龙软肝汤对METTL3介导m^(6)A修饰的调控,探索其对HBV相关原发性肝癌细胞增殖、迁移的影响。方法将15只SPF级健康的成年SD大鼠分成空白血清组、鳖龙软肝汤含药血清低剂量组、鳖龙软肝汤含药血清中剂量组,根据人与动物体表面积-等效剂量换算方法,空白组按照剂量灌胃生理盐水,鳖龙软肝汤组按照剂量灌胃鳖龙软肝汤,制备含药血清。分别用CCK-8法、细胞划痕试验检测含药血清对HepG2.2.15细胞增殖、迁移能力的影响,用qPCR检测METTL3、SOCS2 mRNA的表达水平,用m^(6)A RNA甲基化试剂盒检测其m^(6)A修饰水平。结果鳖龙软肝汤含药血清能抑制HBV相关原发性肝癌细胞的增殖、迁移,下调HBV相关肝癌细胞中METTL3表达,上调SOCS2的表达水平,降低m^(6)A修饰水平。结论鳖龙软肝汤含药血清对HBV相关原发性肝癌细胞增殖、迁移的抑制作用可能与METTL3介导的m^(6)A修饰水平下降有关,其过程可能与SOCS2的表达上升密切相关。

The welding process of aluminum(Al) alloy car body has problems such as poor weld quality, low welding co-efficient, and large welding deformation. This paper mainly focuses on material accuracy design, lap structure design, simulation, and process manufacturing to break through the precision control problems caused by welding deformation of battery electric vehicle Al alloy car body. First, the 209 key functional dimensional chains of Al body-in-white are analyzed and decomposed to component and profile tolerance dimensions step by ***, the differences of vertical butt, bevel butt, and plug structures are studied and joint matching is implemented in a targeted manner. Subsequently, through welding deformation simulation analysis and welding sequence optimization, the body-in-white welding process and tooling fixtures are guided and designed to ensure that the dimensional accuracy of the Al body is controlled to ±2 mm in all aspects. Finally, the design of the whole vehicle arrangement of mechanical, human-machine, and major components is carried out, and an all-Al framed battery electric vehicle lightweight platform with different sizes and ranges is innovatively created. The difficulties such as the contradiction between power battery size and arrangement space, unreasonable arrangement position, and load distribution are solved.
