Polyethylene oxide(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)with good electrochemical stability and excellent Li salt solubility are considered as one of the most promising SPEs for solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs).However,PEO-based SPEs suffer from low ionic conductivity at room temperature and high interfacial resistance with the electrodes due to poor interfacial contact,seriously hindering their practical *** an emerging technology,in-situ polymerization process has been widely used in PEO-based SPEs because it can effectively increase Li-ion transport at the interface and improve the interfacial contact between the electrolyte and ***,we review recent advances in design and fabrication of in-situ polymerized PEO-based SPEs to realize enhanced performance in *** merits and current challenges of various SPEs,as well as their stabilizing strategies are ***,various in-situ polymerization methods(such as free radical polymerization,cationic polymerization,anionic polymerization)for the preparation of PEO-based SPEs are *** addition,the application of in-situ polymerization technology in PEO-based SPEs for adjustment of the functional units and addition of different functional filler materials was systematically discussed to explore the design concepts,methods and working ***,the challenges and future prospects of in-situ polymerized PEO-based SPEs for SSLMBs are also proposed.

Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are important regulators of cell processes that are usually dysregulated in gastric cancer(GC).Based on their high specificity and ease of detection in tissues and body fluids,increasing attention has spurred the study of the roles of lncRNAs in GC ***,it is necessary to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and further explore the clinical applications of lncRNAs in *** this review,we summarize current knowledge to examine dysregulated lncRNAs in GC and their underlying molecular mechanisms and activities in GC,which involve microRNA sponging,mRNA stability,genetic variants,alternative splicing,transcription factor binding,and epigenetic *** significantly,the potential of lncRNAs as prognostic,circulating,and drug-resistant biomarkers for GC is also *** review highlights the method of dissecting molecular mechanisms to explore the clinical application of lncRNAs in ***,this review offers assistance in using lncRNAs as novel candidates for molecular mechanisms and for the identification of revolutionary biomarkers for GC.

The photochemical and photophysical properties of near-infrared(NIR)dyes are significantly influenced by their aggregation state and mesoscopic ***,beyond chemical synthesis,the regulation mechanisms for the properties of NIR dyes,particularly with respect to photothermal properties of the aggregates,are not yet fully ***,we investigate the photothermal behaviors of croconaine-based(CroA)NIR dyes containing dipeptide or amino acids *** introduction of hydrogen bonding promotesπ-πstacking of croconaine center,which can efficiently regulate aggregation states and assembly structures in *** laser irradiation,CroA aggregates undergo aggregation-dissociation transition,the in-situ monomer generation process regulates two parameters of photothermal performance:heating rates and plateau photothermal *** study reveals the regulation effect of non-covalent bonding interactions on CroA aggregates,highlighting supramolecular assembly strategy not only facilitates to construct of photothermal nanomaterials with well-defined structures,but also provides an alternative and effective method for regulating photothermal performance of NIR dyes.

Under the policy background and advocacy of carbon capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS),CO_(2)-EOR has become a promising direction in the shale oil reservoir *** multi-scale pore structure distribution and fracture structure lead to complex multiphase flow,comprehensively considering multiple mechanisms is crucial for development and CO_(2) storage in fractured shale *** this paper,a multi-mechanism coupled model is developed by *** to the traditional Eclipse300 and MATLAB Reservoir Simulation Toolbox(MRST),this model considers the impact of pore structure on fluid phase behavior by the modified Peng—Robinson equation of state(PR-EOS),and the effect simultaneously radiate to Maxwell—Stefan(M—S)diffusion,stress sensitivity,the nano-confinement(NC)***,a modified embedded discrete fracture model(EDFM)is used to model the complex fractures,which optimizes connection types and half-transmissibility calculation approaches between non-neighboring connections(NNCs).The full implicit equation adopts the finite volume method(FVM)and Newton—Raphson iteration for discretization and *** model verification with the Eclipse300 and MRST is *** results show that the interaction between the mechanisms significantly affects the production performance and storage *** effect of molecular diffusion may be overestimated in oil-dominated(liquid-dominated)shale *** well spacing and injection gas rate are the most crucial factors affecting the production by sensitivity ***,the potential gas invasion risk is *** model provides a reliable theoretical basis for CO_(2)-EOR and sequestration in shale oil reservoirs.

Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)in insects are endogenous peptides that are effector components of the innate defense system of the *** may serve as antimicrobial agents because of their small molecular weight and broad-spectrum antimicrobial *** this study,we performed transcriptome analysis of cigarette beetle(Lasioderma serricorne)larvae,parasitized by the ectoparasitic wasp,Anisopteromalus *** AMP genes were significantly upregulated following *** parasitism,postulating the hypothesis that the parasitization enhanced the host's resistance against pathogenic microorganisms through the regulation of host AMP ***,3 AMP genes(LsDef1,LsDef2,and LsCole)were significantly upregulated and we studied their immune function in *** challenge and functional analysis showed that LsCole was responsible for the immune response against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria,while LsDef1 and LsDef2 were involved in insect defense against Gram-positive *** recombinant LsCole exhibited antimicrobial activities against the Gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli and the Gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus ***2 showed an antibacterial effect against *** and LsDef2 exhibited antibiofilm activity against *** 2 AMPs disrupted cell membranes and caused leakage of *** cell *** results indicated that the 3 AMPs in *** are involved in the innate immunity of this pest *** AMPs may have potential as antimicrobial agents for bacterial infection ***,data are discussed in relation to new control strategies with greater biosafety against pest insects with use of microbial biocontrol agents in combination with RNA interference against the insect's defensive AMP genes.

Purpose FEEWAVE is a chip with a waveform digitizer based on a switched capacitor array(SCA).A SCA uses capacitor arrays to store waveforms and exhibits low-power consumption and high time resolution ***,the limitations of the chip manufacturing process induce sampling interval and digitization deviations between different cells,which affects the performance of the *** Calibration was performed on the SCA sampling part on the FEEWAVE chip to obtain more accurate digitized output and time intervals between the sampling *** were carried out according to the proposed amplitude and time calibration methods,and the time resolution of the chip was further improved by a fitting *** and conclusion Through the calibration algorithm,the time resolution of the SCA sampling part of the chip reached 9.0 ps after *** the self-test of the electronics time performance,the time measurement after leading-edge fitting and calibration was approximately 12.3 *** the joint test with silicon photomultiplier detectors,the time resolution of the SCA part was low and comparable to the resolution of the oscilloscope after calibration algorithm and waveform fitting.

The influence of solute Ce,Mn,and Si on the mechanical properties of silicon steel was investigated by first-principles ***,Mn,and Si can all be solubilized in Fe *** significantly reduces the incompressibility and rigidity of the system but also significantly improves the toughness and *** effect of Mn on mechanical properties of the system is not *** has a significant effect on the improvement in incompressibility and rigidity but a limited effect on the improvement in toughness and *** metallic bond strength of Fe-Ce,Fe-Mn,and Fe-Si doped systems is weaker than that of the pure Fe system,which can be used to explain the reduction in the incompressibility and rigidity of these doped *** relatively high electron cloud density in the doped system may be responsible for the increase in toughness.
