The recent concurrent emergence of H5N1, H5N6, and H5N8 avian influenza viruses (AIVs) has led to significant avian mortality globally. Since 2020, frequent human-animal interactions have been documented. To gain insight into the novel H5 subtype AIVs (i.e., H5N1, H5N6 and H5N8), we collected 6102 samples from various regions of China between January 2021 and September 2022, and identified 41 H5Nx strains. Comparative analyses on the evolution and biological properties of these isolates were conducted. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the 41 H5Nx strains belonged to clade 2.***.4.4b, with 13 related to H5N1, 19 to H5N6, and 9 to H5N8. Analysis based on global 2.***.4.4b viruses showed that all the viruses described in this study were likely originated from H5N8, exhibiting a heterogeneous evolutionary history between H5N1 and H5N6 during 2015-2022 worldwide. H5N1 showed a higher rate of evolution in 2021-2022 and more sites under positive selection pressure in 2015-2022. The antigenic profiles of the novel H5N1 and H5N6 exhibited notable variations. Further hemagglutination inhibition assay suggested that some A(H5N1) viruses may be antigenically distinct from the circulating H5N6 and H5N8 strains. Mammalian challenge assays demonstrated that the H5N8 virus (21GD001_H5N8) displayed the highest pathogenicity in mice, followed by the H5N1 virus (B1557_H5N1) and then the H5N6 virus (220086_H5N6), suggesting a heterogeneous virulence profile of H5 AIVs in the mammalian hosts. Based on the above results, we speculate that A(H5N1) viruses have a higher risk of emergence in the future. Collectively, these findings unveil a new landscape of different evolutionary history and biological characteristics of novel H5 AIVs in clade 2.***.4.4b, contributing to a better understanding of designing more effective strategies for the prevention and control of novel H5 AIVs.

No avian H7 N9 outbreaks have occurred since the introduction of H7 N9 inactivated vaccine in the fall of ***,H7 N9 is still prevalent in *** surveil the prevalence,genetic characteristics,and antigenic changes of H7 N9,over7000 oropharyngeal and cloaca swab specimens were collected from live poultry markets and farms in 15 provinces of China from 2017 to 2019.A total of 85 influenza virus subtype H7 N9 strains were isolated and 20 representative strains were selected for genetic analysis and antigenicity *** indicated the decreased prevalence of low-pathogenic H7 N9 strains while highly-pathogenic H7 N9 strains became dominated since the introduction of *** analysis showed that strains from 2019 formed an independent small branch and were genetically distant to strains isolated in 2013–*** of key amino acid sites showed that the virus strains may adapt to the host environment evolutionally through *** analysis predicted additional potential glycosylation sites for HA and NA genes in the 2019 *** analysis of HA gene in strains isolated from 2018 to 2019 showed that there were an increased nucleotide substitution rate and an increased mutation rate in the first and second nucleotides of coding codons within the open reading *** hemagglutination inhibition(HI)assay showed that H7-Re1 and H7-Re2 exhibited a lower HI titer for isolates from 2019,while H7-Re3 and r LN79 showed a high HI *** protective effect of the vaccine decreased after15 months of ***,under vaccination pressure,the evolution of influenza virus subtype H7 N9 has accelerated.

对AZ31镁合金轧制过后的中厚板进行弯曲行为研究,以探究温度对镁合金板材的弯曲的影响以及弯曲过程中镁合金板材组织变化。结果发现,弯曲断裂应力随温度升高而大幅下降,其主要原因是温度升高导致非基面滑移和孪生被激活使得板材的变形抗力下降。通过模拟弯曲过程得到镁板内侧主要受压应力,外侧主要受拉应力,实际卷取过程中断裂应变大于弯曲断裂应变。在100℃弯曲过程中镁板的拉伸区产生孪晶数量远少于压缩区,拉伸区再结晶晶粒占比为2.10%,变形晶粒占比高,大部分晶界为小角度晶界,位错密度大,(0001)极密度点在轧制接触面法向(ND)方向聚集,晶粒c轴取向向ND方向转动,导致拉伸区变形程度大、协调性差,更易发生断裂。

Traveling wave solutions in a nonlocal dispersal SIR epidemic model with nonlocal time-delay and general nonlinear incidences

This paper investigates a nonlocal dispersal epidemic model under the multiple nonlocal distributed delays and nonlinear incidence ***,the minimal wave speed c*and the basic reproduction number Ro are defined,which determine the existence of traveling wave ***,with the help of the upper and lower solutions,Schauder's fixed point theorem,and limiting techniques,the traveling waves satisfying some asymptotic boundary conditions are ***,when Ro>1,for every speed c>c^(*) there exists a traveling wave solution satisfying the boundary conditions,and there is no such traveling wave solution for any 01 or c>0 when R_(0)<***,we analyze the effects of nonlocal time delay on the minimum wave speed.

The worldwide burden of skeletal diseases such as osteoporosis,degenerative joint disease and impaired fracture healing is steadily *** acid(TXA),a plasminogen inhibitor and anti-fibrinolytic agent,is used to reduce bleeding with high effectiveness and safety in major surgical *** its widespread clinical application,the effects of TXA beyond anti-fibrinolysis have been noticed and prompted renewed interest in its *** clinical trials have characterized the effects of TXA on reducing postoperative infection rates and regulating immune responses in patients undergoing ***,several animal studies suggest potential therapeutic effects of TXA on skeletal diseases such as osteoporosis and fracture *** a direct effect of TXA on the differentiation and function of bone cells in vitro was shown,few mechanisms of action have been ***,we summarize recent findings of the effects of TXA on skeletal diseases and discuss the underlying plasminogen-dependent and-independent mechanisms related to bone metabolism and the immune *** furthermore discuss potential novel indications for TXA application as a treatment strategy for skeletal diseases.

Fabrication of YAG:Ce^(3+) and YAG:Ce^(3+),Sc^(3+) Phosphors by Spark Plasma Sintering Technique

In this study,a single-doped phosphors yttrium aluminum garnet(Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12),YAG):Ce^(3+),single-doped YAG:Sc^(3+),and double-doped phosphors YAG:Ce^(3+),Sc^(3+) were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS)(lower than 1 200℃).The characteristics of synthesized phosphors were determined using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and fluorescence *** SPS,the lattice structure of YAG was maintained by the added Ce^(3+) and Sc^(3+).The emission wavelength of YAG:Ce^(3+) prepared from SPS(425-700 nm) was wider compared to that of YAG:Ce^(3+) prepared from high-temperature solid-state reaction(HSSR)(500-700 nm).The incorporation of low-dose Sc^(3+) in YAG:Ce^(3+) moved the emission peak towards the short wavelength.

A calibration and compensation method for an industrial robot with high accuracy harmonic reducers

Industrial serial robots need high stiffness to keep absolute pose accuracy and meet the requirements in practical applications. However, the weak stiffness feature of robot joints and the payloads affected on robot end-effector, which will also increase the pose error of robot. Especially, the existing calibration methods often consider under no-payload condition without discussing the payload state. In this paper, we report a new industrial serial robot composed by a new harmonic reducer: Model-Y, based on high accuracy and high stiffness, and a kinematic parameter calibration algorithm which is based on a harmonic reducer forcedeformation model. To decrease the accuracy effects of payload, an iterative calibration method for kinematic parameters with payload situation was proposed. Simulation and experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed calibration method using the self-developed industrial serial robot. The results show a remarkably improved accuracy in absolute position and orientation with the robot's payload range. The position mean error has 70% decreased to 0.1 mm and the orientation mean error diminished to less than 0.01° after calibration with compensation. Additionally, online linear and circular tests are carried out to evaluate the position error of the robot during large-scale spatial and low-speed continuous movement. The accuracy is consistent with the previous calibration results, indicating the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed strategy in this article.

Landslide susceptibility mapping is an integral part of geological hazard ***,the emphasis of many studies has been on data-driven models,notably those derived from machine learning,owing to their aptitude for tackling complex non-linear ***,the prevailing models often disregard qualitative research,leading to limited interpretability and mistakes in extracting negative samples,*** non-landslide *** this study,Scoops 3D(a three-dimensional slope stability analysis tool)was utilized to conduct a qualitative assessment of slope stability in the Yunyang section of the Three Gorges Reservoir *** depth of the bedrock was predicted utilizing a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),incorporating local boreholes and building on the insights from prior *** Random Forest(RF)algorithm was subsequently used to execute a data-driven landslide susceptibility *** proposed methodology demonstrated a notable increase of 29.25%in the evaluation metric,the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC-AUC),outperforming the prevailing benchmark ***,the landslide susceptibility map generated by the proposed model demonstrated superior *** result not only validates the effectiveness of amalgamating mathematical and mechanistic insights for such analyses,but it also carries substantial academic and practical implications.

团山子基性脉岩为松辽盆地南缘晚中生代最后一期岩浆活动,在其中获得了较多的捕获锆石。为了反映松辽盆地基底岩浆活动事件,对基性脉岩中捕获锆石进行了锆石LA-ICP-MS U-Pb定年。捕获锆石阴极发光(CL)图像和Th/U比值显示具有岩浆成因的特点。从锆石定年结果得到8组年龄,反映出早侏罗世晚期(176Ma)、海西期(291Ma)、加里东期(467Ma)、新元古代(942Ma)、中元古代(1368Ma)、古元古代(1886Ma和2165Ma)、新太古代(2458Ma)岩浆事件记录。松辽盆地南部基底组成以古生代和早中生代岩浆岩为主,并可能存在西保安群前寒武纪结晶基底(942Ma),并经历了复杂的岩浆演化。中元古代、古元古代、新太古代年龄的锆石具有磨圆和反应边,可能为与华北克拉通岩浆事件形成的锆石被搬运到松辽盆地南部,并被再次捕获的结果,反映松辽盆地南部与华北大陆具有一定的联系,但不确定存在该期的结晶基底。
