Distributed optimal consensus control for multiagent systems based on event-triggered and prioritized experience replay strategies

This study uses event-triggered(ET) and reinforcement learning methods to investigate the optimal consensus control problem for cooperative-competitive multiagent systems. It proposes a novel distributed ET control strategy, which relies on a prioritized experience replay(PER) policy. This strategy not only conserves communication resources but also ensures acceptable system performance. To implement the proposed method, actor-critic(AC) dual-structured neural networks(NNs) are used to approximate the value function and control policy. In the AC NNs, the weight estimates for the NNs are updated at the moment of event triggering, resulting in a nonperiodic weight adjustment pattern. This approach decreases the computational cost in comparison with the traditional ET mechanism. The PER-based ET mechanism makes full use of valid historical data and effectively establishes a balance between system performance and communication resource ***, it does not require the following two conditions in most existing studies:(1) requirement of the system dynamics model to be known, and(2) persistent excitation. In addition, Zeno behavior is excluded from this study. Finally, a simulation is conducted to confirm the validity of the suggested approach.

Carbonaceous aerosol,including organic carbon(OC)and elemental carbon(EC),has significant influence on human health,air quality and climate *** measurement of carbonaceous aerosol is essential to reduce the uncertainty of radiative forcing estimation and source *** accurate separation of OC and EC is controversial due to the charring of ***,the development of reference materials(RM)for the validation of OC/EC separation is an important basis for further *** RMs were mainly based on ambient air sampling,which could not provide traceability of OC and EC *** develop traceable RMs with known OC/EC contents,our study applied an improved aerosol generation and mixing technique,providing uniform deposition of particles on quartz *** generate OC aerosol with similar pyrolytic property of ambient aerosol,both water soluble organic carbon(WSOC)and water insoluble organic carbon(WIOC)were used,and amorphous carbon was selected for EC *** RMs were analyzed using different *** homogeneity within the filter was validated,reaching below 2%.The long-term stability of RMs has been validated with RSD ranged from 1.7%–3.2%.Good correlationwas observed between nominal concentration of RMswithmeasured concentration by two protocols,while the difference of EC concentration was within 20%.The results indicated that the newly developed RMs were acceptable for the calibration of OC and EC,which could improve the accuracy of carbonaceous aerosol ***,the laboratory-generated EC-RMs could be suitable for the calibration of equivalent BC concentration by Aethalometers.

Transition metal-carbonate interfaces often act as active sites in heterogeneous catalytic *** interface between transition metal and metal carbonate exhibits a dynamic equilibrium during the CO_(2)hydrogenation reaction,involving surface carbonate hydrogenation and CO_(2)***,there have been few reports on engineering the activity of the interface between transition metal and alkaline earth metal carbonate for catalytic CO_(2)*** work demonstrated that the incorporation of CaH_(2)in Ni/CaCO_(3)enhances the CO_(2)methanation activity of the *** CO_(2)conversion for Ni/CaH_(2)-CaCO_(3)reached 68.5%at 400°C,which was much higher than that of the Ni/CaCO_(3)(31.6%) and Ni/CaH_(2)-CaO (42.4%) ***,the Ni/CaH_(2)-CaCO_(3)catalysts remained stable during the stability test for 24 h at 400°C and 8 *** research revealed that CaH_(2)played a crucial role in promoting the activity of the Ni-carbonate interface for CO_(2)***_(2)could modify the electronic structure of Ni and tune the structural properties of CaCO_(3)to generate medium basic sites (OH groups),which are favorable for the activation of H2and CO_(2).In-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that CO_(2)activation occurs at the hydroxyl group (OH) on the CaH_(2)-modified Ni-carbonate surface,leading to the formation of CO_(3)H****,our study has confirmed that CO_(2)methanation over the Ni/CaH_(2)-CaCO_(3)catalysts proceeds via the formate pathway.

Rare earth metal-organic frameworks (RE-MOFs) have drawn wide attention owing to diverse network structures and various application ***,due to the unpredictable formation of the nodes,it is still challenging to design novel RE-MOFs.A novel versatile strategy was developed employing a RE-acetate complex (RE2(CH3COO)6·4H2O) as a precursor to construct RE-MOFs.2D RE-MOFs (RE-DBP) and 3D RE-MOFs (RE-TCPP) could be obtained by using dicarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2DBP and tetracarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2TCPP,*** RE-MOFs were further synthesized to verify the universality of the *** crystalline RE-MOFs could also be prepared at room temperature via the developed strategy,which could significantly promote large-scale preparation and practical application of *** proof of the concept,the performance of porphyrin-based RE-MOFs was investigated in the photocatalytic cycloaddition of CO2with *** the RE-DBP(Co) MOFs,Tb-DBP(Co) exhibited the best photocatalytic performance,which was also greater than that of the corresponding 3D MOF Tb-TCPP(Co) due to the optimal 2D structure and thus the accelerated photogenerated charge separation and transfer *** work not only provides a novel versatile strategy to design and develop RE-MOFs,but also proposes a promising approach for the potential bulk production of RE-MOFs at room temperature.

以某型号工程车辆为研究对象,针对其工况特点,以闭锁控制原理为基础,计算并选择在不同油门开度下的常用闭锁点。以油门开度和涡轮转速为基础,以制动信号、档位信号和冷却水温度信号为辅助,设计了多参数闭锁控制策略,并建立了相应的闭锁流程。运用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了由闭锁控制模型、发动机模型、液力变矩器模型、液力变矩器输出模型、变速箱模型和外界阻力模型组成的整车模型,并对整车模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明:闭锁信号能对水温与档位信号做出正确响应,车辆在设定的闭锁点处实现闭锁;闭锁控制模型符合制定的闭锁控制策略,且其传动系统的输出模型符合实际工况,为车辆的闭锁控制提供了理论依据,也为车辆传动效率的提高与车辆节能减排提供了一种新方案。

This paper presents a comprehensive review on recent development and research conducted in domestic and international underground laboratories. We first introduce the differences in three environments—surface, mountain tunnel cavities and underground coal mine tunnels—by examining cosmic ray background, ambient noises related to gravity and seismic measurement, and electromagnetic noises in magnetic and magnetotelluric measurements. We highlight potential misuse of the term Underground Lab or Deep Underground Lab when describing observations in different physical fields. We introduce unique features of underground coal mine tunnels in China, such as large spaces, ultra-quiet conditions, and ultra-clean environments. When comparing with mountain tunnel cavities and borehole observations, coal mine tunnel observations have superior long-term stability and high precision. Through observations and comparisons of multi-physic fields at surface and the deep underground, we find that the higher SNR seismic observations conducted in deep underground tunnels in coal mines are beneficial to improve velocity tomography of the solid earth. The gravity observation with a Superconducting Quantum Interference Device(SQUID) makes it possibly to capture slow earthquake, which has not been observed previously in the Chinese mainland. SQUID magnetic observations can detect fluctuations as weak as femto-Tesla(fT), enabling us to explore the attenuation of Schumann Resonance down to the solid Earth. This opens opportunities to investigate the connections between the Earth's magnetic field and the interactions within the human brain and heart. To improve the precision of quantum measurement,we should consider the possible effects of weak magnetic disturbances in deep underground environments.
