The reactor-regenerator loop is the core facility of the maximizing iso-paraffin(MIP)*** the discrete particle method(DPM)simulation can provide detailed information at the particle scale,it has been unable to simulate such a complex loop system due to limitations of coarse-grained(CG)models,computing software,and *** this study,a newly proposed soft-shell CG-DPM model with a CG ratio of up to 800 is used to simulate a 3.5 Mt/a industrial-scale MIP reactor-regenerator *** solid fraction distribution obtained is found to agree well with in-situ *** properties including the distribution of solid fraction,gas and solid velocity,standard derivation of solid fraction with time,temporal distribution of the flow field,and particle residence time distribution are measured in the simulation,which are meaningful to better design and operate such systems in the future.

Objective: To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of berberine(BBR) on the lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced acute phase response and its modulation of the altered bile acid metabolism induced by LPS ***: An acute phase response was induced by intraperitoneal injection of LPS(5 mg/kg, ip) in C57 BL/6 J mice, and the BBR treatment group was orally administered with BBR(200 mg/ky, ig). The levels of TNFα, IL-1β and IL-6 in the serum were measured using an ELISA kit, and their expression levels in the liver were measured using q RT-PCR. The bile acid pool was measured using a commercial bile acid kit, and the expression levels of enzymes involved in bile acid metabolism were measured by q RTPCR. The expression levels of CYP7 A1, p65 NF-κ B and the MAPK signaling pathway was measured using Western ***: LPS treatment suppressed the expression of CYP7 A1 and CYP8 B1, and the total bile acid pool was also reduced. Pretreatment with BBR inhibited the pro-inflammatory biomarkers TNFα and IL-1β in the serum, as well as the expression of TNFα, IL-1β and i NOS mRNA in the liver. BBR treatment did not affect the reduction in the bile acid pool size induced by LPS, but significantly increased the concentration of bile acids in the liver, which was consistent with the upregulated expression of CYP7 A1 and CYP8 B1. The MAPK signaling pathway was activated by BBR treatment, while the p65 NF-κ B signaling pathway was ***: BBR can offer an anti-inflammatory effect and reverse the inhibition of CYP7 A1 and CYP8 B1 expression caused by LPS treatment, as well as induce the production of bile acids in liver, probably via MAPK signaling;However, treatment with BBR had no effect on the size of total bile acid pool.

Taiji-TianQin-LISA network:Precisely measuring the Hubble constant using both bright and dark sirens

In the coming decades,the space-based gravitational-wave(GW)detectors such as Taiji,TianQin,and LISA are expected to form a network capable of detecting millihertz GWs emitted by the mergers of massive black hole binaries(MBHBs).In this work,we investigate the potential of GW standard sirens from the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network in constraining cosmological *** the optimistic scenario in which electromagnetic(EM)counterparts can be detected,we predict the number of detectable bright sirens based on three different MBHB population models,i.e.,popⅢ,Q3d,and *** results show that the TaijiTianQin-LISA network alone could achieve a constraint precision of 0.9%for the Hubble constant,meeting the standard of precision ***,the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network could effectively break the cosmological parameter degeneracies generated by the CMB data,particularly in the dynamical dark energy *** combined with the CMB data,the joint CMB+Taiji-TianQin-LISA data offerσ(w)=0.036 in the wCDM model,which is close to the latest constraint result obtained from the CMB+SN *** also consider a conservative scenario in which EM counterparts are not *** to the precise sky localizations of MBHBs by the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network,the constraint precision of the Hubble constant is expected to reach 1.2%.In conclusion,the GW standard sirens from the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network will play a critical role in helping solve the Hubble tension and shedding light on the nature of dark energy.

With the advancement of wireless network technology,vast amounts of traffic have been generated,and malicious traffic attacks that threaten the network environment are becoming increasingly *** signature-based detection methods,static analysis,and dynamic analysis techniques have been previously explored for malicious traffic detection,they have limitations in identifying diversified malware traffic *** research has been focused on the application of machine learning to detect these ***,applying machine learning to lightweight devices like IoT devices is challenging because of the high computational demands and complexity involved in the learning *** this study,we examined methods for effectively utilizing machine learning-based malicious traffic detection approaches for lightweight *** introduced the suboptimal feature selection model(SFSM),a feature selection technique designed to reduce complexity while maintaining the effectiveness of malicious traffic *** performance was evaluated on various malicious traffic,benign,exploits,and generic,using the UNSW-NB15 dataset and SFSM sub-optimized hyperparameters for feature selection and narrowed the search scope to encompass all *** improved learning performance while minimizing complexity by considering feature selection and exhaustive search as two steps,a problem not considered in conventional *** experimental results showed that the detection accuracy was improved by approximately 20%compared to the random model,and the reduction in accuracy compared to the greedy model,which performs an exhaustive search on all features,was kept within 6%.Additionally,latency and complexity were reduced by approximately 96%and 99.78%,respectively,compared to the greedy *** study demonstrates that malicious traffic can be effectively detected even in lightweight device *** verified the possibility of detecting various attack
