Bone metastasis,a life-threatening complication of advanced breast cancer,is often accompanied by debilitating pain(cancer-induced bone pain,CIBP)that severely impairs life quality and *** concurrent treatment of bone metastases and CIBP remains a clinical challenge because the therapeutic options are *** this study,we construct a near-infrared light-activated nano-therapeutic system to meet this *** detail,sorafenib(SRF)and photosensitizer(chlorin e6,Ce6)are encapsulated into mesoporous hydroxyapatite nanoparticles(HANPs),which are further functionalized with hyaluronic acid(HA)to obtain HA-SRF/Ce6@HANPs *** designed nanoplatform destroys tumor cells in vitro and in vivo via the synergism of SRF(interrupting the exchange of cystine/glutamate by inhibiting SLC7A11)and photodynamic therapy(PDT,inducing reactive oxygen species generation).The decrease in tumor burden and reduction of extracellular glutamate significantly attenuate CIBP in mice model with developing bone ***,the combination of HA-SRF/Ce6@HANPs and PDT inhibit osteoclasts activation,promote osteoblast differentiation and accelerate bone ***,the nanoagent with good biocompatibility may provide an effective therapy method for the concurrent treatment of breast cancer bone metastasis and CIBP.

Atomizing rainfall caused by flood discharge of high dams poses a great threat to the safety of powerhouse and ecological *** an indispensable means,numerical calculation is widely used in the safety design of discharge *** distribution of rainfall intensity is closely related to the trajectory nappe shape,jet trajectory distances,the splashed water droplet diameter and its velocity,and the spatial distribution of downstream nappe *** this paper,an experimental result is used to verify the improved stochastic splash mathematical model under different bucket types and discharge conditions,and the sensitivity of downstream rainfall intensity distribution to the shape of trajectory nappe,discharge flow,spatial distribution of downstream nappe wind,and the corresponding relationship between the droplet diameter and its splashing velocity is *** results show that the calculation accuracy of downstream rainfall intensity distribution is significantly improved when the above factors are taken into *** is found that the bucket type and flood discharge rate play the greatest role in the rainfall intensity distribution,followed by the downstream nappe wind distribution,and finally the corresponding relationship between the diameter and velocity of splash ***,these factors should be considered comprehensively when the rainfall intensity distribution of flood discharge atomization is *** study can help us to understand the influence factors of flood discharge atomization more deeply and predict the distribution of flood discharge atomization rainfall intensity more accurately.

目的探讨加味少腹逐瘀汤对寒湿瘀结证子宫内膜异位症痛经小鼠腹腔炎症微环境的干预机制。方法构建动物模型后随机分组。以自主活动次数、粪便含水率、热痛潜伏期评价证候;以子宫及异位病灶大小评价疗效;he染色比较病理变化;免疫组化检测异位组织中NF-κB的表达及其入核情况;qPCR法和Western blot测定病灶中TLR2、MyD88、NF-κB的mRNA和蛋白表达;ELISA检测TNF-α、IL-6、PGE2、E2、P。结果与假手术组对比,模型小鼠自主活动减少,热痛潜伏期缩短,粪便含水率增加;子宫体积增大,腹腔可见明显异位灶且he染色显示炎症浸润;免疫组化显示NF-κB表达增加;异位组织TLR2、MyD88、NF-κB mRNA及蛋白表达增加,外周血TNF-α、IL-6、PGE2、E2增高,P下降。与模型组相比,各治疗组子宫体积减小、异位灶重量减轻、疼痛潜伏期延长;中药高剂量组小鼠自主活动次数增加、粪便含水率减少;药物干预后炎症反应改善、NF-κB表达下降;TLR2、MyD88、NF-κB的mRNA及蛋白表达降低;且外周血TNF-α、IL-6、PGE2、E2降低、P升高。结论加味少腹逐瘀汤可以降低寒湿瘀结证子宫内膜异位症小鼠血清炎症因子,这可能与抑制TLR2/MyD88/NF-κB信号通路改善腹腔炎症微环境有关。

The study was to compare treatment preference, efficacy, and tolerability of sildenafil citrate （sildenafil） and tadalafil for treating erectile dysfunction （ED） in Chinese men na＇ive to phosphodiesterase 5 （PDE5） inhibitor therapies. This multicenter, randomized, open-label, crossover study evaluated whether Chinese men with ED preferred 20-mg tadalafil or 100-mg sildenafil. After a 4 weeks baseline assessment, 383 eligible patients were randomized to sequential 20-mg tadalafil per 100-mg sildenafil or vice versa for 8 weeks respectively and then chose which treatment they preferred to take during the 8 weeks extension. Primary efficacy was measured by Question 1 of the PDE5 Inhibitor Treatment Preference Questionnaire （PITPQ）. Secondary efficacy was analyzed by PITPQ Question 2, the International Index of Erectile Function （IIEF） erectile function （EF） domain, sexual encounter profile （SEP） Questions 2 and 3, and the Drug Attributes Questionnaire. Three hundred and fifty men （91%） completed the randomized treatment phase. Two hundred and forty-two per 350 （69.1%） patients preferred 20-mg tadalafil, and 108/350 （30.9%） preferred lO0-mg sildenafil （P 〈 0.001） as their treatment in the 8 weeks extension. Ninety-two per 242 （38%） patients strongly preferred tadalafil and 37/108 （34.3%） strongly the preferred sildenafil. The SEP2 （penetration）, SEP3 （successful intercourse）, and IIEF-EF domain scores were improved in both tadalafil and sildenafil treatment groups. For patients who preferred tadalafil, getting an erection long after taking the medication was the most reported reason for tadalafil preference. The only treatment-emergent adverse event reported by 〉 2% of men was headache. After tadalafil and sildenafil treatments, more Chinese men with ED na＇ive to PDE5 inhibitor preferred tadalafil. Both sildenafil and tadalafil treatments were effective and safe.

为解决利用有效独立法进行大型空间结构传感器优化布置时产生的信息冗余问题,提出了以距离系数修正信息矩阵的距离系数-有效独立法。将该方法应用于某高拱坝的传感器优化布置,并与现有的三种优化布置方法得出的方案进行全面的比较。结果表明:距离系数-有效独立法应用于精细网格划分的大型空间结构的传感器优化布置时,可有效避免测点间的信息冗余问题并保证模态识别的精度,是一种适合大型空间结构的较为理想的传感器优化布置算法。

The neutron capture cross section of 197 Au was measured using the time-of-flight(TOF)technique at the Back-n facility of the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)in the 1 eV to 100 keV *** c-rays originating from neutron-induced capture events were detected by four C_(6)D_(6) liquid scintillator *** height weighting technology(PHWT)was used to analyze the *** results are in good agreement with ENDF/B-VIII.0,CENDL-3.1,and other evaluated libraries in the resonance region,and in agreement with both n TOF and GELINA experimental data in the 5–100 keV ***,the resonance peaks in the energy range from 1eV to 1 keV were fitted by the SAMMY R-matrix code.

Primary leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava(IVC)is a rare disease,accounting for 0.5%of soft tissue sarcomas in adults[1].A diversity of therapeutic methods have been applied to treat this type of *** average survival time of patients who are not treated is merely 3-4 months[2].The effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy remains unclear and controversial[3].On the other hand,the en-bloc resection with negative margins may be the only potentially curative treatment and therefore,can contribute to the long-term survival of the patients[4].During the operation,a reconstruction graft for the defected IVC needs to be chosen[5]as the graft-related complications are the surgeons’major concern,which include graft thrombosis and infection[6].Growing evidence has suggested that an allogeneic vein from donation after brain death or cardiac death is a better choice to avoid these complications[7].An allogeneic vein has been reported to be safely used in patients with pancreatic cancer in case of the portal vein and/or superior mesenteric vein invasion[8].A cryopreserved allograft can even be applied in the management of native and prosthetic aortic infections[7].herein,we present a case of resection of a retrohepatic leiomyosarcoma of the IVC combined with partial caudate lobectomy and reconstruction with an allogeneic vein.
