目的探讨经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影(4D-HyCoSy)检查用于不孕症诊断的准确性及评价输卵管通畅性价值研究。方法选取2019年6月~2022年6月我院疑似输卵管不孕症患者90例为研究对象,均行经阴道4D-HyCoSy检查,行腹腔镜输卵管通液术(LC)作为金标准。分析经阴道4D-HyCoSy对输卵管不孕的诊断效能及评价输卵管通畅性的价值。结果LC结果:90例疑似输卵管不孕患者共检查180条输卵管,左侧阻塞41条,非阻塞49条(其中通畅18条,通而不畅31条);右侧阻塞42条,非阻塞48条(其中通畅19条,通而不畅29条);经阴道4D-HyCoSy诊断左侧输卵管不孕的敏感性为80.49%(33/41),特异性为85.71%(42/49),准确性为83.33%(75/90),阳性预测值为82.50%(33/40),阴性预测值为84.00%(42/50);经阴道4D-HyCoSy诊断右侧输卵管不孕的敏感性为83.33%(35/42),特异性为89.58%(43/48),准确性为86.67%(78/90),阳性预测值为87.50%(35/40),阴性预测值为86.00%(43/50);经阴道4D-HyCoSy评价左侧输卵管通畅性的符合率为94.44%,Kappa指数=0.913;经阴道4D-HyCoSy评价右侧输卵管通畅性的符合率为93.33%,Kappa指数=0.894。结论经阴道4D-HyCoSy诊断输卵管不孕与具有较高的敏感性、特异性及准确性,且与LC结果评价输卵管通畅性的一致性较好。

Accurate and efficient online parameter identification and state estimation are crucial for leveraging digital twin simulations to optimize the operation of near-carbon-free nuclear energy *** previous studies,we developed a reactor operation digital twin(RODT).However,non-differentiabilities and discontinuities arise when employing machine learning-based surrogate forward models,challenging traditional gradient-based inverse methods and their *** study investigated deterministic and metaheuristic algorithms and developed hybrid algorithms to address these *** efficient modular RODT software framework that incorporates these methods into its post-evaluation module is presented for comprehensive *** methods were rigorously assessed based on convergence profiles,stability with respect to noise,and computational *** numerical results show that the hybrid KNNLHS algorithm excels in real-time online applications,balancing accuracy and efficiency with a prediction error rate of only 1%and processing times of less than 0.1 ***,algorithms such as FSA,DE,and ADE,although slightly slower(approximately 1 s),demonstrated higher accuracy with a 0.3%relative L_2 error,which advances RODT methodologies to harness machine learning and system modeling for improved reactor monitoring,systematic diagnosis of off-normal events,and lifetime management *** developed modular software and novel optimization methods presented offer pathways to realize the full potential of RODT for transforming energy engineering practices.

Observation-based method for O_(3)formation sensitivity research is an important tool to analyze the causes of ground-level O_(3)pollution,which has broad application potentials in determining the O_(3)pollution formation mechanism and developing prevention and control *** paper outlined the development history of research on O_(3)formation sensitivity based on observational methods,described the principle and applicability of the methodology,summarized the relative application results in China and provided recommendations on the prevention and control of O_(3)pollution in China based on relevant study results,and finally pointed out the shortcomings and future development prospects in this field in *** overview study showed that the O_(3)formation sensitivity in some urban areas in China in recent years presented a gradual shifting tendency from the VOC-limited regime to the transition regime or the NO_(x)-limited regime due to the implementation of the O_(3)precursors emission reduction policies;O_(3)pollution control strategies and precursor control countermeasures should be formulated based on local conditions and the dynamic control capability of O_(3)pollution control measures should be *** are still some current deficiencies in the study field in ***,it is recommended that a stereoscopic monitoring network for atmospheric photochemical components should be further constructed and improved;the atmospheric chemical mechanisms should be vigorously developed,and standardized methods for determining the O_(3)formation sensitivity should be established in China in the near future.

目的调查郑州市妇幼保健院早孕晚期即孕11~13^(+6)周规范化超声筛查胎儿中枢神经系统(CNS)畸形结果,评价诊断效能。方法选择2020年4月至2022年12月在郑州市妇幼保健院接受孕11~13^(+6)周免费NT筛查的孕妇25362例,进行腹部早孕期规范化超声检查,对发现的CNS异常病例结合阴道彩超检查,以随访结果为金标准评价诊断效能。结果25362例孕妇中,早孕期超声筛查阳性病例128例,CNS异常19例:包括无脑畸形及露脑畸形8例,脑膜膨出2例,全前脑4例,脊柱裂2例,脊柱排列异常3例。其中误诊1例(1/19),超声诊断为全前脑于孕20周被证实为小脑发育不良;早孕期规范化超声筛查诊断CNS异常的符合率94.73%(18/19)。早孕期超声检查CNS未发现明显异常,中晚孕期系统超声筛查发现异常13例,分别为室管膜囊肿4例,脑积水2例,叶状全前脑1例,胼胝体发育异常1例,Dany-Walker综合征1例,巨大脉络丛囊肿2例,蛛网膜囊肿2例。结论早孕期规范化超声筛查所检出的胎儿中枢神经系统畸形均为严重异常,可为临床早期采取干预措施提供依据;但对中孕期发育完成的结构及CNS迟发异常的诊断,仍需要中晚孕期系统超声检查。

Rock physical characteristics of deep dolomite under complex geological conditions: A case study of 4th Member of Sinian Dengying Formation in the Sichuan Basin, China

The deep-ultra deep carbonate reservoir in China, commonly subjected to modification of multi-stage diagenesis, has extremely high heterogeneity. Conventional rock physics analysis cannot accurately identify the elastic responses of reservoir. Here, the rock physics properties of the dolomite from the 4th Member of the Sinian Dengying Formation are experimentally measured, and the change law of rock physics characteristics is investigated within the framework of the diagenetic processes by the analysis of the elastic and petrologic characteristics, pore structure, and sedimentary environments. The results show that the differentiated diagenesis results in different pore structure characteristics and microtexture characteristics of the rock. The microbial dolomite of the algal mound-grain beach facies is subjected to the contemporaneous microbial dolomitization and seepage-reflux dolomitization, penecontemporaneous selective dissolution, burial dolomitization, and hydrothermal dolomitization. The resultant crystalline dolomite is found with one main type of the dolomite crystal contact boundaries,and the dissolution pore is extensive development. The siliceous, muddy, and limy dolomite of the interbeach sea environment mainly experiences the weak capillary concentration dolomitization, intensive mechanical compaction-induced densification, and burial dolomitization. Such crystalline dolomite is observed with four types of contact boundaries, namely the dolomite contact, clay contact, quartz contact, and calcite contact boundaries, and porosity mostly attributed to residual primary inter-granular or crystalline pores. The samples with the same crystal boundary condition have consistent correlations between the compressional-and shear-wave velocities, and between the compressional-wave velocity and the velocity ratio. Cooperative relaying is emerging as an effective technology to fulfill requirements on high data rate coverage in next-generation cellular networks, like long term evolution-advanced （LTE-Advanced）. In this paper, we propose a distributed joint relay node （RN） selection and power allocation scheme over multihop relaying cellular networks toward LTE-Advanced, taking both the wireless channel state and RNs＇ residual energy into consideration. We formulate the multihop relaying cellular network as a restless bandit system. The first-order finite-state Markov chain is used to characterize the time-varying channel and residual energy state transitions. With this stochastic optimization formulation, the optimal policy has indexability property that dramatically reduces the computational complexity. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can efficiently enhance the expected system reward, compared with other existing algorithms.

AIM:To observe the effects of femtosecond laserassisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis combined with accelerated corneal cross-linking(FS-LASIK Xtra)on corneal densitometry after correcting for high ***:In this prospectively study,130 patients underwent FS-LASIK or FS-LASIK Xtra for high *** right eyes were selected for inclusion in the study,of which 65 cases of 65 eyes in the FS-LASIK group,65 patients with 65 eyes in the FS-LASIK Xtra *** were evaluated for corneal densitometry at 1,3,and 6mo postoperatively using Pentacam Scheimpflug ***:Preoperative differences in corneal densitometry between the FS-LASIK and FS-LASIK Xtra groups in different ranges were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Layer-by-layer analysis revealed statistically significant differences in the anterior(120μm),central,and total layer corneal densitometry between the FS-LASIK and FS-LASIK Xtra groups at 1 and 3mo postoperatively(all P0.05).CONCLUSION:There is an increase in internal corneal densitometry during the early postoperative period after FS-LASIK Xtra for correction of high ***,the densitometry values decreased to the level of conventional FS-LASIK at 6mo after surgery,with the most significant changes observed in the superficial central zone.
