目的:探讨补中治湿汤加减治疗轻中度肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年12月期间于某院治疗的105例轻中度肝硬化腹水患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52,自行退出1例)和观察组(n=53,自行退出2例)。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予补中治湿汤加减治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组患者血管内皮损伤指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)、内毒素]、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)]、氧化应激指标[谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、对氧磷酯酶1(PON-1)、丙二醛(MDA)]、肝纤维化指标[透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)]、肿瘤标志物[甲胎蛋白(AFP)]、肝功能指标[谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)]、血清-腹水白蛋白梯度(SAAG)、门静脉血流量、门静脉主干内径、24h尿量、腹围、腹水深度、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者ET-1、内毒素、TNF-α、ICAM-1水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者GSH-Px、PON-1水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者MDA水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者HA、LN、AFP、AST、ALT水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者门静脉血流量、门静脉主干内径均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者SAAG、腹围、腹水深度均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者24h尿量均增加(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率(98.04%)高于对照组(88.24%,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:在常规治疗基础上联合补中治湿汤加减治疗轻中度肝硬化腹水患者临床疗效较佳,可降低患者内毒素水平,减轻炎症反应及氧化应激损伤,改善血管内皮功能、肝功能及门静脉高压状态,减少肝纤维化,并促进腹水消退。

The increasing demand for interactive mobile multimedia service is causing the integration of 3rd generation （3G） cellular systems and wireless broadcast systems. The key challenge is to support data dissemination with low response time, request drop rate, and the unfairness of request drop. This article proposes a novel scheduling algorithm called DAG （on-demand scheduling utilizing analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and grey relational analysis （GRA））, which takes multiple factors--waiting time, number of active requests, deadline--into consideration, and models the data scheduling process as a multiple factors＇ decision-making and best option-selecting process. The proposed approach comprises two parts. The first part applies AHP to decide the relative weights of multiple decision factors according to user requests, while the second adopts GRA to rank the data item alternatives through the similarity between each option and the ideal option. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate that DAG performs well in the multiple criterions mentioned above.

The mixing of powders is a highly relevant field under additive manufacturing,however,it has attracted limited interest to *** in-situ mixing of various powders remains a significant *** paper proposes a new method utilizing a static mixer for the in-situ mixing of multiple powders through the laser-based directed energy deposition(DED)of functionally graded ***,a powder-mixing experimental platform was established;WC and 316L powders were selected for the mixing ***,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and image processing were used to visually evaluate the homogeneity and proportion of the in-situ mixed ***,powder-mixing simulations were conducted to determine the powder-mixing *** the simulations,a powder carrier gas flow field and particle mixing were ***,a WC/316L metal matrix composite sample was produced using laser-based DED to verify the application potential of the static *** was found that the static mixer could adjust the powder ratio online,and a response time of 1–2 s should be considered when adjusting the ratio of the mixed powder.A feasible approach for in-situ powder mixing for laser-based DED was demonstrated and investigated,creating the basis for functionally graded materials.

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is an enduring condition that leads to inflammation and affects a substantial number of individuals with diabetes worldwide. A gradual reduction in glomerular filtration and emergence of proteins in the urine are typical aspects of DN, ultimately resulting in renal failure. Mounting evidence suggests that immunological and inflammatory factors are crucial for the development of DN. Therefore, the activation of innate immunity by resident renal and immune cells is critical for initiating and perpetuating inflammation. Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are an important group of receptors that identify patterns and activate immune responses and inflammation. Meanwhile, inflammatory responses in the liver, pancreatic islets, and kidneys involve inflammasomes and chemokines that generate pro-inflammatory cytokines. Moreover, the activation of the complement cascade can be triggered by glycated proteins. This review highlights recent findings elucidating how the innate immune system contributes to tissue fibrosis and organ dysfunction, ultimately leading to renal failure. This review also discusses innovative approaches that can be utilized to modulate the innate immune responses in DN for therapeutic purposes.

The binding energies,electronic structures and elastic properties of Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni and Mg dopedα-Fe（N）systems have been investigated using a first-principles *** calculated results show that the dopings of Ti,V,Cr and Co improve the stability ofα-Fe（N）,and the stability ofα-Fe（N）is slightly weakened by Mn and Ni,and the doping of Mg is *** Ti,V,Cr and Mn dopedα-Fe（N）systems in which the doping metals are on the left side of Fe in the element periodic table andα-Fe（N）systems doped by Co and Ni on the right side of Fe,their corresponding cohesive forces decrease with decreasing atomic radius of the doping *** obvious interaction exists among M3 d,Fe4s3p3d and N2 *** these doping systems,metal atoms lose electrons,while N gains *** of Ti,V,Cr and Mn inα-Fe（N）strengthen the interaction between N and the surrounding metals,and it is not apparent for the dopings of Co,Ni and *** calculations of Fe15 MN systems show that,except for the Fe15 MgN system,shear modulus G and Young modulus E of Fe15 MN systems are improved,and the bulk modulus Bslightly decreases,namely,total elastic properties are *** magnitude change rule of E reflecting the cohesive force between atoms is consistent with that for the binding energies.

Discovery of the choristodere Hyphalosaurus baitaigouensis from the Lower Cretaceous jiufotang Formation of western Liaoning,China and its paleobiogeographic significance

The water-living reptile genus Hyphalosaurus was previously discovered in the Lower Cretaceous Yixian Formation bearing the middle Jehol Biota in western Liaoning, China. Two complete skeletons of Hyphalosaurus are reported for the first time from the jiufotang Formation bearing the late Jehol Biota at two sites in western Liaoning. They show the typical characteristics of Hyphalosaurus baitaigouensis in terms of the contact between some cranial bones and the number of cervical and dorsal vertebrae, and therefore are assigned to H. baitaigouensis. This discovery extends the stratigraphic range of this species from the Yixian Formation to the overlying jiufotang Formation. This paper further briefly compares the main characteristics of the two skeletons, summarizes the temporal and spatial distribution of Hyphalosaurus, and discusses the palaeogeographic evolution of western Liaoning at the middle and late Jehol Biota stages based on the aquatic habits of Hyphalosaurus and the geological background of western Liaoning. The analytical results show that the volcanic downwarped lakes, with distinct geographical divisions in western Liaoning during the deposition of the Yixian Formation, had not completely disappeared till the deposition of the jiufotang Formation. The palaeo-lake in the Fuxin-Yixian Basin underwent the process of generation, expansion and shrinkage during the depositional period of the Yixian Formation and finally merged into a large lake. The palaeo-Dalinghe River,which connected the main basins in western Liaoning during the depositional period of the jiufotang Formation, was formed simultaneously.

An innovative complex lidar system deployed on an airborne rotorcraft platform for remote sensing of atmospheric pollution is proposed and *** system incorporates integrated-path differential absorption lidar(DIAL) and coherent-doppler lidar(CDL) techniques using a dual tunable TEA CO_(2)laser in the 9—11 μm band and a 1.55 μm fiber *** combining the principles of differential absorption detection and pulsed coherent detection,the system enables agile and remote sensing of atmospheric *** static tests validate the system’s real-time detection capabilities,including the measurement of concentration-path-length product(CL),front distance,and path wind speed of air pollution plumes over long distances exceeding 4 *** experiments is conducted with the *** of the pollutant concentration and the wind field is carried out in an approximately 1 km slant range over scanning angle ranges from 45°to 65°,with a radial resolution of 30 m and10 *** test results demonstrate the system’s ability to spatially map atmospheric pollution plumes and predict their motion and dispersion patterns,thereby ensuring the protection of public safety.

Two-dimensional carbon-based materials have shown promising electromagnetic wave absorption capabilities in mid-and high-frequency ranges,but face challenges in low-frequency absorption due to limited control over polarization response mecha-nisms and ambiguous resonance *** this study,we pro-pose a novel approach to enhance absorption efficiency in aligned three-dimensional(3D)MXene/CNF(cellulose nanofibers)cavities by modifying polarization properties and manipulating resonance response in the 3D MXene *** controlled polarization mechanism results in a significant shift of the main absorption region from the X-band to the S-band,leading to a remarkable reflection loss value of-47.9 dB in the low-frequency ***,our findings revealed the importance of the oriented electromagnetic coupling in influencing electromagnetic response and microwave absorption *** present study inspired us to develop a generic strategy for low-frequency tuned absorption in the absence of magnetic element participation,while orientation-induced polarization and the derived magnetic resonance coupling are the key controlling factors of the method.
