Extremely large-scale antenna array(ELAA) at millimeter wave(mmWave) and Terahertz(THz)band has been considered a key technology for combating high attenuation in high-frequency bands in future6G communications. Uniform circular arrays(UCAs) have attracted much attention because of their ability to provide flat beamforming gain at all angles. To realize efficient beamforming, beam training is widely used to acquire channel state information. However, with a large antenna number, the beam training overhead in ELAA systems becomes overwhelming. Moreover, with a large bandwidth, the beam defocus effect severely degrades beam training accuracy. To address these issues, this paper proposes a frequency-dependent focusing(FDF)-based beam training scheme to realize effective beam training in near-field wideband ELAA systems with UCA. Specifically, we first analyze the FDF property of UCA, where signals at different subcarriers can simultaneously focus on different distances. Then, by exploiting the FDF property to search different distances using different subcarriers simultaneously, we design a hierarchical codebook and propose an FDFbased beam training scheme. To reveal the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, we compare its necessary beam training overhead with that of existing schemes. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can achieve accurate beam training in near-field wideband UCA systems with a low beam training overhead.

High precision pig cough recognition and low computational cost is of great importance for the realization of early warning of pig respiratory *** researchers have improved the recognition rate of pig cough sounds to a certain extent from feature selection and feature fusion ***,there is still a margin for the improvement in the accuracy and complexity of existing ***,it is challenging to further enhance the precision of a single ***,this study proposed a multi-classifier fusion strategy based on Dempster Shafer distance(DS-distance)algorithm to increase the classification *** the engineering implementation,the machine learning with low computational complexity for fusion was ***,three metrics of accuracy and diversity between classifiers were defined,including overall accuracy(OA),double fault(DF),and overall accuracy and double fault(OADF),for selecting the base ***,a two-step base classifier selection approach based on these metrics was proposed to make an optimized selection of features and ***,the proposed DS-distance algorithm was used to fuse the selected base classifiers to create a *** sound data collected in the pig barn verified the proposed *** experimental results revealed that the overall recognition accuracy of the proposed method could reach 98.76%,which was better than the existing *** study has achieved a high recognition accuracy through ensembled machine learning with low computational *** proposed method provided an efficient way for the quick establishment of high precision pig cough recognition model in practice.

Comprehensive Summary A general and convenient photoredox-catalyzed acylation and alkylcyanation of MBH acetates has been established,enabling the assembly of the C(sp2)–C(sp3)bond by a nitrogen-centered radical strategy for the synthesis of trisubstituted alkenes in moderate to excellent chemical yields(48 examples in total).The reaction of MBH acetates with acyl(indanone)oxime esters afforded trisubstituted alkenes containing 1,4-dicarbonyl ***,the use of Eosin Y as a photocatalyst in the catalytic system resulted in the formation of distal cyano group-anchored trisubstituted alkenes via deconstructive functionalization of cycloketone oxime ***,these resulting 1,4-dicarbonyl compounds could be applied to late-stage transformations,providing important methods for the synthesis of dihydropyridazin-3(2H)-one.

Few multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) researches on Google research football (GRF) focus on the 11-vs-11 multi-agent full-game scenario and to the best of our knowledge, no open benchmark on this scenario has been released to the public. In this work, we fill the gap by providing a population-based MARL training pipeline and hyperparameter settings on multi-agent football scenario that outperforms the bot with difficulty 1.0 from scratch within 2 million steps. Our experiments serve as a reference for the expected performance of independent proximal policy optimization (IPPO), a state-of-the-art multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm where each agent tries to maximize its own policy independently across various training configurations. Meanwhile, we release our training framework Light-MALib which extends the MALib codebase by distributed and asynchronous implementation with additional analytical tools for football games. Finally, we provide guidance for building strong football AI with population-based training and release diverse pretrained policies for benchmarking. The goal is to provide the community with a head start for whoever experiment their works on GRF and a simple-to-use population-based training framework for further improving their agents through self-play.
