Objective miR-34c-3p is down-regulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).The biological role of miR-34c-3p in NPC and its underlying mechanisms are unknown and were explored in this *** Flow cytometry and immunohistochemical staining were employed to detect cluster of differentiation 86(CD86)and cluster of differentiation 206(CD206)expression;quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and western blotting were employed to examine mRNA expression and protein levels;cell counting kit-8(CCK8)and transwell assays were employed to assess cell proliferation,migration,and invasion;and hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining was employed to assess pathological changes in tumor *** Our results revealed that the miR-34c-3p mimic markedly inhibited M2 polarization of macrophages by targeting SLC7A11,and M2 macrophages transfected with the miR-34c-3p mimic inhibited the proliferation,migration,and invasion of NPC *** in vivo experiments further confirmed that miR-34c-3p mimics blocked tumor growth and reduced inflammatory infiltration in tumor *** This study provides novel insights into the pathogenesis of NPC and a new treatment strategy.

通过对澜沧江杂岩带小黑江-上允地区蓝片岩的岩相学、地球化学、成因矿物学以及相平衡模拟的综合研究,阐述蓝片岩的原岩以及变质演化过程。地球化学分析结果显示,蓝片岩具有一致的稀土元素配分模式,具弱Eu正或负异常,稀土元素和微量元素特征与OIB相似,其原岩可能为OIB型玄武岩。详细矿物学研究表明,本区蓝片岩记录了俯冲峰期蓝片岩相变质和峰期后绿片岩相变质两个变质阶段,其矿物组合分别为蓝闪石+钠长石+多硅白云母+绿泥石+绿帘石和蓝闪石+钠长石±阳起石+绿泥石+绿帘石。通过Na_2O-Ca O-Fe O-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-H_2O-O体系相平衡计算,得到两个阶段的压力范围分别约为0.95 GPa和0.40 GPa。

改进YOLOv5的肺结节检测算法

针对肺部CT图像中大量小结节难以检测、以及现有肺结节检测算法难以实现轻量化和高精度兼顾的问题,提出改进YOLOv5的高精度轻量化肺结节检测算法。主要改进以下4个方面:(1)使用空间-深度下采样操作替换YOLOv5主干网络中步长为2的下采样操作,使细微特征提取更完整以便于发现微小结节;(2)在YOLOv5颈部使用渐进融合特征策略,构建不同路径特征图之间的联系以增强各个层级之间信息的交互;(3)创造性地提出了感知全局上下文注意力并将其应用在YOLOv5颈部网络的末端,提高模型从全局视角对肺结节关键特征和语义信息的理解能力;(4)采用损失排序挖掘方法重点训练困难样本,以此来强化模型的鉴别能力。改进后的算法在LUNA16数据集上得到了96.0%的精确度,95.0%的召回率和97.3%的平均精度,相比原始YOLOv5模型,精确度提高了14%,召回率提高了10.2%,平均精度提高了12.1%,上述结果表明,改进后的算法可有效检测出肺结节。

To address the issues of unknown target size, blurred edges, background interference and low contrast in infrared small target detection, this paper proposes a method based on density peaks searching and weighted multi-feature local difference. Firstly, an improved high-boost filter is used for preprocessing to eliminate background clutter and high-brightness interference, thereby increasing the probability of capturing real targets in the density peak search.

The unique three-dimensional orthorhombic NbS(o-NbS)compound synthesized in 1969 has recently been experimentally confirmed to be a superconductor[***.B 108174517(2023)].However,there is currently no theoretical research on its superconducting *** this work,we investigate the superconducting properties of o-Nb S from first-principles *** on the Eliashberg equation,it is found that the superconductivity mainly originates from the coupling between the electrons of Nb-4d orbitals and the vibrations of Nb atoms in the low-frequency region and those of S atoms in the high-frequency region.A superconducting transition temperature(T_c)of 10.7 K is obtained,which is close to the experimental value and higher than most transition metal chalcogenides(TMCs).The calculated thermodynamic properties in the superconducting state,such as specific heat,energy gap,isotope coefficient,etc.,also indicate that o-NbS is a conventional phonon-mediated *** results are consistent with recent experimental reports and provide a good understanding of the superconducting mechanism of o-Nb ***,the TMCs of o-TaS and o-WS are also investigated;these belong to the same and neighboring groups of Nb,and we find that o-TaS and o-WS are also phonon-mediated superconductors with T_c of 8.9 K and 7.2 K,respectively.
