The intelligent detection technology driven by X-ray images and deep learning represents the forefront of advanced techniques and development trends in flaw detection and automated evaluation of light alloy ***,the efficacy of deep learning models hinges upon a substantial abundance of flaw *** existing research on X-ray image augmentation for flaw detection suffers from shortcomings such as poor diversity of flaw samples and low reliability of quality *** this end,a novel approach was put forward,which involves the creation of the Interpolation-Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network(I-DCGAN)for flaw detection image generation and a comprehensive evaluation algorithm named TOPSIS-IFP.I-DCGAN enables the generation of high-resolution,diverse simulated images with multiple appearances,achieving an improvement in sample diversity and quality while maintaining a relatively lower computational ***-IFP facilitates multi-dimensional quality evaluation,including aspects such as diversity,authenticity,image distribution difference,and image distortion *** results indicate that the X-ray radiographic images of magnesium and aluminum alloy castings achieve optimal performance when trained up to the 800th and 600th epochs,*** TOPSIS-IFP value reaches 78.7%and 73.8%similarity to the ideal solution,*** to single index evaluation,the TOPSIS-IFP algorithm achieves higher-quality simulated images at the optimal training *** approach successfully mitigates the issue of unreliable quality associated with single index *** image generation and comprehensive quality evaluation method developed in this paper provides a novel approach for image augmentation in flaw recognition,holding significant importance for enhancing the robustness of subsequent flaw recognition networks.

The 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl(Hmb)backbone modification can prevent amide bond-mediated sidereactions(e.g.,aspartimide formation,peptide aggregation)by installing the removable Hmb group into a peptide bond,thus improving the synthesis of long and challenging peptides and ***,its use is largely precluded by the limited Hmb’s installation *** this report,an improved installation of Hmb(iHmb)method was developed to achieve the flexible installation and the convenient removal of *** iHmb method involves two critical steps:(1)oxidative diazotization of the readily installed 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-5-amino-benzyl(Hmab)to give 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-5-diazonium-benzyl(Hmdab)by combining soamyl nitrite(IAN)/HBF_(4),and(2)reductive elimination of Hmdab to give the desired Hmb by 1,2-ethanedithiol(EDT).The iHmb method enables the installation of Hmb at any primary amino acid including the highly sterically hindered amino acids(e.g.,valine and isoleucine).The practicality and utility of the iHmb method was demonstrated by one-shot solid-phase synthesis of a challenging aspartimide-prone peptide,the mirror-image version of a hydrophobic peptide and a long-chain peptide up to ***,the iHmb method can be utilized to facilitate chemical protein ligation,as exemplified by the synthesis of the single-spanning membrane protein *** iHmb method expands the toolkit for peptide synthesis and ligation and facilitates the preparation of peptides/proteins.

As an unconventional resource, oil shale possesses abundant reserves and significant potential for industrial applications. The rational and efficient development of oil shale resources holds immense importance in reducing national energy demand. In-situ catalytic technology, characterized by its high efficiency, low pollution, and minimal energy consumption, represents a key direction for future oil shale development. This paper provides a comprehensive review of research progress in in-situ oil shale mining technology, oil shale pyrolysis catalysts, the pyrolysis mechanism of kerogen, and the compatibility of different heating processes and catalysts. Furthermore, the paper proposes future research directions and prospects for oil shale in-situ catalytic technology, including reservoir modification, highefficiency catalyst synthesis, injection processes, and high-efficiency heating technology. These insights serve as valuable technical references for the advancement of oil shale in-situ catalytic technology.

Objective: To determine whether monotropein has an anticancer effect and explore its potential mechanisms against colorectal cancer(CRC) through network pharmacology and molecular docking combined with experimental verification. Methods: Network pharmacology and molecular docking were used to predict potential targets of monotropein against CRC. Cell counting kit assay, plate monoclonal assay and microscopic observation were used to investigate the antiproliferative effects of monotropein on CRC cells HCT116, HT29 and LoVo. Flow cytometry and scratch assay were used to analyze apoptosis and cell cycle, as well as cell migration, respectively in HCT116, HT29, and LoVo cells. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of proteins related to apoptosis, cell cycle, and cell migration, and the expression of proteins key to the Akt pathway. Results: The Gene Ontology and Reactome enrichment analyses indicated that the anticancer potential of monotropein against CRC might be involved in multiple cancer-related signaling pathways. Among these pathways, RAC-beta serine/threonine-protein kinase(Akt1, Akt2), cyclin-dependent kinase 6(CDK6), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9), epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR), cell division control protein 42 homolog(CDC42) were shown as the potential anticancer targets of monotropein against CRC. Molecular docking suggested that monotropein may interact with the 6 targets(Akt1, Akt2, CDK6, MMP9, EGFR, CDC42). Subsequently, cell activity of HCT116, HT29 and LoVo cell lines were significantly suppressed by monotropein(PlinD1, CDK4 and CDK6, inhibited cell migration by suppressing the expressions of CDC42 and MMP9(Pling pathway. It is generally considered that heat treatments have a negative impact on the mechanical properties of nacre due to thermal decomposition of the organic ***,the present work investigated the microindentation behavior on fresh and heat-treated nacres from two orthogonal directions,and the results demonstrate that both hardness value and damage tolerance can remain almost unchanged on the cross-section with the organic matrix degeneration,despite a significant deterioration on the platelet *** analyses suggest that the anisotropic response of indentation behavior to heat treatment in nacre is primarily caused by its structural ***,compared with a single layer of irregular interplatelet interfaces in cross-sectional specimens,the multiple layers of parallel interlamellar interfaces in in-plane specimens exhibit a much greater ability to impede indenter-triggered destruction,and heat treatments would reduce the in-plane hardness but nearly have no effect on the cross-sectional ***,the deeper embedding of platelets in cross-sectional specimens enhances their resistance to interface cracking caused by organic matrix degradation at high temperatures,leading to a reduced sensitivity to ***,the indentation behavior of nacre shows different tendencies in response to variations in the organic matrix state along normal and parallel directions.

High-energy-density fuels are important for volume-limited aerospace vehicles,but the increase in fuel energy density always leads to poor cryogenic ***,we investigated the transposed Paternò-Büchi reaction of biomass cyclic ketone and cyclic alkene to synthesize a new kind of alkyl-substituted polycyclic hydrocarbon fuel with high energy density and good cryogenic *** triplet-energy-quenching results and phosphorescent emission spectra reveal the sensitization mechanism of the reaction,including photosensitizer excitation,triplettriplet energy transfer,cyclization,and relaxation,and the possible reaction path was revealed by the density functional theory(DFT)*** reaction conditions of photosensitizer type and addition,molar ratio of substrates,reaction temperature,and incident light intensity were optimized,with the target product yield achieving 65.5%.Moreover,the reaction dynamics of the reaction rate versus the light intensity are *** the hydrogenation-deoxygenation reaction,three fuels with a high density of 0.864-0.938 g·ml^(-1) and a low freezing point of<-55℃ are *** work provides a benign and effective approach to synthesize high-performance fuels.

Effect of micro-Al_(2)O_(3) powders on oxidation and corrosion behaviors of low-carbon MgO-C refractories

To solve the problem of poor high-temperature service performance caused by low carbonization of MgO-C refractories,low-carbon MgO–C refractories with excellent thermal shock,oxidation and corrosion resistances were successfully designed by using SiC whiskers as reinforcing phases and introducing micro-Al_(2)O_(3) powders as *** results indicated that the addition of micro-Al_(2)O_(3) powders optimized the internal structure of the material,like the columnar β-Si_(3)N_(4) with a stepped distribution and the mosaic structure formed between granular and flaky Mg_(2)SiO_(4),which synergistically strengthened and toughened the material and gave the material excellent mechanical properties and thermal shock ***,the cold modulus of rupture and cold crushing strength after thermal shock were increased by 4.1 and 20.3 MPa,***,the addition of micro-Al_(2)O_(3) powders promoted the formation of fine particles of Mg_(2)SiO_(4),MgAl_(2)O_(4) and MgO,as well as a dense protective layer of Mg_(2)SiO_(4) in the material under high-temperature ***,spinel and high-temperature solid solution were formed in the corrosion *** oxidation and corrosion resistances were greatly improved by 41%and 15%,respectively.
