Several X-ray-dim isolated neutron stars （XDINSs）, also known as the Magnificent Seven, exhibit a Planck-like soft X-ray spectrum. In the optical/ultraviolet （UV） band, there is an excess of radiation compared to an extrapolation from the X-ray spectrum. However, the majority exhibits ＂spec- tral deviations＂： the fact that there is more flux at longer wavelengths makes spectra deviate from the Rayleigh-Jeans law. A model of bremsstrahlung emission from a nonuniform plasma atmosphere is proposed in the regime of a strangeon star to explain the optical/UV excess and its spectral devi- ation as well as X-ray pulsation. The atmosphere is on the surface of strangeon matter, which has negligible emission, and is formed by the accretion of ISM-fed debris disk matter moving along the magnetic field lines to near the polar caps. These particles may spread out of the polar regions which makes the atmosphere non-uniform. The modeled electron temperatures are ~ 100 - 200 eV with radi- ation radii Ropt ~ 5 - 14km. The spectra of five sources （RX J0720.4-3125, RX J0806.4-4123, RX J1308.6＋2127, RX J1605.3＋3249, RX J1856.5-3754） from optical/UV to X-ray bands can be fitted well by the radiative model, and exhibit Gaussian absorption lines at ~ 100 - 500 eV as would be expected. Furthermore, the surroundings （i.e., fallback disks or dusty belts） of XDINSs could be tested by future infrared/submillimeter observations.

Research on the solar magnetic field and its effects on solar dynamo mechanisms and space weather events has benefited from the continual improvements in instrument resolution and measurement *** augmentation and assimilation of historical observational data timelines also play a significant role in understanding the patterns of solar magnetic field *** the realm of astronomical data processing,super-resolution(SR)reconstruction refers to the process of using a substantial corpus of training data to learn the nonlinear mapping between low-resolution(LR)and high-resolution(HR)images,thereby achieving higherresolution astronomical *** paper is an application study in high-dimensional nonlinear *** learning models were employed to perform SR modeling on SOHO/MDI magnetograms and SDO/HMI magnetograms,thus reliably achieving resolution enhancement of full-disk SOHO/MDI magnetograms and enhancing the image resolution to obtain more detailed *** this study,a data set comprising 9717pairs of data from 2010 April to 2011 February was used as the training set,1332 pairs from 2011 March were used as the validation set and 1034 pairs from 2011 April were used as the test *** data preprocessing,we randomly cropped 128×128 sub-images as the LR cases from the full-disk MDI magnetograms,and the corresponding 512×512 sub-images as HR ones from the HMI full-disk magnetograms for model *** tests conducted have shown that the study successfully produced reliable 4×SR reconstruction of full-disk MDI *** MESR model's results(0.911)were highly correlated with the target HMI magnetographs as indicated by the correlation coefficient ***,the method achieved the best PSNR,SSIM,MAE and RMSE values,indicating that the MESR model can effectively reconstruct magnetograms.

Online task planning method of anti-ship missile based on rolling optimization

Based on the wave attack task planning method in static complex environment and the rolling optimization framework, an online task planning method in dynamic complex environment based on rolling optimization is proposed. In the process of online task planning in dynamic complex environment,online task planning is based on event triggering including target information update event, new target addition event, target failure event, weapon failure event, etc., and the methods include defense area reanalysis, parameter space update, and mission re-planning. Simulation is conducted for different events and the result shows that the index value of the attack scenario after re-planning is better than that before re-planning and according to the probability distribution of statistical simulation method, the index value distribution after re-planning is obviously in the region of high index value, and the index value gap before and after re-planning is related to the degree of posture change.

Phosphor-converted near-infrared light-emitting diodes(NIR pc-LEDs) are finding applications in various fields including food quality analysis,biomedical imaging,night vision,and *** crucial factor in the development of NIR pc-LEDs devices lies in the advancement of high-performance broadband NIR phosphors,In this work,novel Cr^(3+)-activated silicate phosphors NaRESi_(3)O_(9)(RE=Y,lu,Sc) are *** silicate has a special 3D network structure in which RE has four different sites,forming four octahedrons and providing suitable occupation sites for Cr^(3+).The phosphors demonstrate a wide emission spectrum ranging from 750 to 1450 nm when excited by light at 468 *** full width at half maximum(FWHM),which benefits from the presence of Cr^(3+)ions occupying multiple sites,is measured to be 203 ***,the strongest emission peak is observed at a longer wavelength of 984 nm compared to most other systems activated by Cr^(3+).The Na_(3)ScSi_(3)O_(9) lattice provides a weak crystal field(Dq/B=1.97) and weak phonon-photon coupling for Cr^(3+),and the integrated emission intensity of Na_(3)ScSi_(3)O_(9):0,03Cr^(3+)is 4.66 times stronger than that of Na_(3)YSi_(3)O_(9):0.03Cr^(3+).

Crystallization of RE_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)SO_(4)·nH_(2)O as a new family of layered hydroxides(RE=Gd-lu lanthanides and Y),derivation of RE_(2)O_(2)SO_(4),photoluminescence and optical thermometry

Layered rare-earth hydroxides(LREHs) draw wide research interest because of their peculiar crystal structure,rich interlayer chemistry and abundant functionality of the RE element,but are limited to the two categories of RE_(2)(OH)_(5)A·nH_(2)O(A:typical of Cl^(-)or NO_(3)^(-)) and RE_(2)(OH)_(4)SO_(4)·nH_(2)*** the other hand,rare-earth oxysulfates(RE_(2)O_(2)SO_(4)) have attracted attention due to their properties of large-capacity oxygen storage,low-temperature magnetism and luminescence,but their preparation procedure mostly involves toxic SO_(x) gases and/or complicated *** this work,RE_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)SO_(4)·nH_(2)O as a new family of LREHs(RE=Gd-lu lanthanides and Y) were produced via hydrothermal reaction,from which phase-pure RE_(2)O_(2)SO_(4) was derived via subsequent annealing at 800℃ in air without the involvement of SO_(x),The compounds were thoroughly characterized to reveal the intrinsic influence of lanthanide contraction(RE^(3+) radius) on crystal structure,thermal behavior(dehydroxylation/decarbonation/desulfurization),vibrational property and crystallite *** analyzing the photoluminescence of Eu^(3+) and Sm^(3+)in the Gd_(2)O_(2)SO_(4) typical host it is found that the 617 nm(Eu^(3+),λ_(ex)=275 nm) and 608 nm(Sm^(3+),λ_(ex)=407 nm) main emissions can retain as high as ^(7)9.6% and 85.5%of their room-temperature intensities at 423 K,with activation energies of ~0.19 and 0.21 eV for thermal quenching,*** also indicates that both the phosphors have the potential for optical temperature sensing via the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR) technology,whose maximum relative sensitivity reaches -2.70%/K for Eu^(3+)and 1.73%/K for Sm^(3+) at 298 K.
