The anaerobic acid production experiments were conducted with the pretreated kitchen waste under pH *** results showed that pH 8 was considered to be the most suitable condition for acid production,especially for the formation of acetic acid and propionic *** average value of total volatile fatty acid at pH 8 was 8814 mg COD/L,1.5 times of that under blank *** average yield of acetic acid and propionic acid was 3302 mg COD/L and 2891 mg COD/L,*** activities of key functional enzymes such as phosphotransacetylase,acetokinase,oxaloacetate transcarboxylase and succinylcoA transferase were all *** further explore the regulatory mechanisms within the system,the distribution of microorganisms at different levels in the fermentation system was obtained by microbial sequencing,results indicating that the relative abundances of Clostridiales,Bacteroidales,Chloroflexi,Clostridium,Bacteroidetes and Propionibacteriales,which were great contributors for the hydrolysis and acidification,increased rapidly at pH 8 compared with the blank ***,the proportion of genes encoding key enzymes was generally increased,which further verified the mechanism of hydrolytic acidification and acetic acid production of organic matter under pH regulation.

Extensive use of avermectin(AVM)in agriculture can seriously contaminate fish in *** acid(FA)is a strong antioxidant sourced from plants and is widely applied in food and medicine,but its protective function on the immunological damage caused by AVM is still *** this study,carp were chronically exposed to(1/1096 hr LC_(50))AVM for 30 day(s),with a dietary supplement of FA(400 mg/kg)to assess its effects on carp *** experimental groups(n=10)included:control,AVM-exposed(2.404μg/L),FA+AVM co-treated,and FA ***-term AVM exposure altered spleen tissue,reducing serum complement C3(p<0.01)and immunoglobulin M levels(p<0.001),and increasing proinflammatory tnf-α(p<0.001),il-6(p<0.001),il-1β(p<0.001),and inos mRNA levels,whilst down-regulating the anti-inflammatory tgf-β(p<0.05).Additionally,it disrupted the balance of oxidative stress indicators such asMDA(p<0.001),T-AOC,GSH,and CAT,leading to spleen tissue apoptosis(42.4%).However,the addition of FA reversed these conditions,elevated the anti-inflammatory factor,and improved spleen immune function following chronic exposure to AVMin ***,the ability to restore oxidative homeostasis in carp by adjusting the Nrf2/NQO-1 axis protected the health of spleen *** discovery also supports the development of fish feed for aquaculture.

The local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys were in-depth understood using deep potential molecular dynamic(DPMD) simulation driven via machine learning to promote the development of Mg-La alloys. The robustness of the trained deep potential(DP) model was thoroughly evaluated through several aspects, including root-mean-square errors(RMSEs), energy and force data, and structural information comparison results;the results indicate the carefully trained DP model is reliable. The component and temperature dependence of the local structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy was analyzed. The effect of Mg content in the system on the first coordination shell of the atomic pairs is the same as that of temperature. The pre-peak demonstrated in the structure factor indicates the presence of a medium-range ordered structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy, which is particularly pronounced in the 80at% Mg system and disappears at elevated temperatures. The density, self-diffusion coefficient, and shear viscosity for the Mg-La liquid alloy were predicted via DPMD simulation, the evolution patterns with Mg content and temperature were subsequently discussed, and a database was established accordingly. Finally, the mixing enthalpy and elemental activity of the Mg-La liquid alloy at 1200 K were reliably evaluated,which provides new guidance for related studies.

Background Laparoscopy has been accepted for years as a management of benign ovarian tumors. The aim of this study was to estimate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopy in diagnosis and management of adnexal masses. Methods A total of 2083 patients with benign adnexal mass were treated by laparoscopy at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2000 to December 2003. Their clinical data were reviewed retrospectively. All the adnexal masses suspicious of malignancy at the time of laparoscopy were sent for frozen section evaluation intraoperatively. The rates of unexpected intracystic vegetation and low malignant potential （LMP） tumor or malignancy were investigated. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of laparoscopic diagnosis for LMP or ovarian malignancies were calculated. The ratios were compared by Chi-square test and the continuous variables were tested using two-tailed t test. Results Of the 2083 patients, 16 had LMP or invasive tumors （0.77%）, among which 14 were diagnosed histologically intraoperatively and 2 postoperatively. Fifty-five （2.6%） of the 2083 patients had unexpected intracystic vegetations. Their frozen sections showed benign tumors in 41 （74.5%）, LMP tumors in 8 （14.5%）, and focal invasive ovarian cancers （stage Ic） in 6 （10.9%）. The final pathological diagnosis were benign tumors in 41 （74.5%）, LMP tumors 7 （12.7%）, and focal invasive ovarian cancers （stage Ic） in 7 （12.7%）. Laparoscopy achieved a sensitivity of 87.5%, specificity of 98%, positive predictive value of 25.5%, and negative predictive value of 99.9% in the diagnosis of ovarian malignancies. 2067 cases with benign adnexal masses underwent laparoscopy successfully. No conversion to laparotomy, or intra- and postoperative complications in this series. In the face of data scarcity in the optimization of maintenance strategies for civil aircraft,traditional failure data-driven methods are encountering challenges owing to the increasing reliability of aircraft *** study addresses this issue by presenting a novel combined data fusion algorithm,which serves to enhance the accuracy and reliability of failure rate analysis for a specific aircraft model by integrating historical failure data from similar models as supplementary *** a comprehensive analysis of two different maintenance projects,this study illustrates the application process of the *** upon the analysis results,this paper introduces the innovative equal integral value method as a replacement for the conventional equal interval method in the context of maintenance schedule *** Monte Carlo simulation example validates that the equivalent essential value method surpasses the traditional method by over 20%in terms of inspection efficiency *** discovery indicates that the equal critical value method not only upholds maintenance efficiency but also substantially decreases workload and maintenance *** findings of this study open up novel perspectives for airlines grappling with data scarcity,offer fresh strategies for the optimization of aviation maintenance practices,and chart a new course toward achieving more efficient and cost-effective maintenance schedule optimization through refined data analysis.
