The COVID-19 caused by a novel strain of coronavirus has been spreading rapidly since its occurrence in December *** is highly communicable through human-to-human *** has been making unprecedented efforts in treating the confirmed cases,identifying and isolating their close contacts and suspected cases to control the source of infection and cut the route of ***’s devotion in handling this epidemic has effectively and efficiently curbed communication domestically and across the *** measures adopted by Wenzhou,the worst hit city out of Hubei Province,are examined to elucidate those massive undertakings with the aim of enhancing international understanding and building global rapport in fighting this evolving epidemic situation.

Transfer learning has attracted a large amount of interest and research in last decades, and some effort has been made to build more precise recommendation systems. Most previous transfer recommendation systems assume that the target domain shares the same/similar rating patterns with the auxiliary source domain, which is used to improve the recommendation performance. However, almost all existing transfer learning work does not consider the characteristics of sequential data. In this paper, we study the new cross-domain recommendation scenario by mining novelty-seeking trait. Recent studies in psychology suggest that novelty-seeking trait is highly related to consumer behavior, which has a profound business impact on online recommendation. Previous work performed on only one single target domain may not fully characterize users' novelty-seeking trait well due to the data scarcity and sparsity, leading to the poor recommendation performance. Along this line, we propose a new cross-domain novelty-seeking trait mining model (CDNST for short) to improve the sequential recommendation performance by transferring the knowledge from auxiliary source domain. We conduct systematic experiments on three domain datasets crawled from Douban to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed model. Moreover, we analyze the directed influence of the temporal property at the source and target domains in detail.

The coati optimization algorithm (COA) is a bionic optimization algorithm that imitates natural phenomena and has good performance， but it suffers from the limitations of slow convergence and low accuracy of the optimal solution. Therefore， in this paper， an improved meta-heuristic algorithm called the adaptive sine coati optimization algorithm (ASCOA) is proposed. The proposed algorithm introduces a chaotic mechanism to optimize the initialized population; Cauchy perturbation and Levy flight are added in the escaping from predator phase to dynamically adjust the position updating method with probability to avoid falling into a locally optimal solution; and adaptive weights are added as a way to comprehensively improve the overall algorithmic optimality-seeking ability. The performance of ASCOA is tested in different dimensions using 13 sets of test functions， comparing ASCOA with well-known meta-heuristic algorithms through numerical results as well as convergence curves. ASCOA is also applied to engineering optimization. Simulation results show that the ASCOA can balance exploration and exploitation and improve the convergence speed and numerical accuracy. The Wilcoxon rank sum test shows that the results obtained in the paper are statistically significant.

The uncontrollable formation of Li dendrites has become the biggest obstacle to the practical application of Li-metal anodes in high-energy rechargeable Li batteries. Herein, a unique LiF interlayer woven by millimeter-level, single-crystal and serrated LiF nanofibers(NFs) was designed to enable dendrite-free and highly efficient Li-metal deposition. This high-conductivity Li F interlayer can increase the Li+transference number and induce the formation of ’Li F–NFs-rich’ solid–electrolyte interface(SEI). In the ’Li F–NFs-rich’SEI, the ultra-long Li F nanofibers provide a continuously interfacial Li+transport path. Moreover, the formed Li–LiF interface between Li-metal and SEI film renders low Li nucleation and high Li+migration energy barriers, leading to uniform Li plating and stripping processes. As a result, steady charge–discharge in a Li//Li symmetrical cell for 1600 h under 4 m Ah cm-2and 400 stable cycles under a high area capacity of 5.65 mAh cm-2in a high-loading Li//rGO–S cell at 17.9 mA cm-2could be achieved. The free-standing LiF –NFs interlayer exhibits superior advantages for commercial Li batteries and displays significant potential for expanding the applications in solid Li batteries.

Permeability of SiC preform is a key parameter during the pressure infiltration studies of molten metal(Copper and Aluminium alloy) into porous SiC preforms during preparation of SiC particle reinforced metal matrix composites(MMC) with high content of SiC *** characterization could be quite helpful to reveal the defect formation mechanism of the composite productions and further optimize the preparation processes of such *** objectives of this study were to assess the pore distribution and determine the permeability of porous SiC *** compared the values of permeability obtained from experimental data,calculation by Carman-Kozeny equation and simulation of *** results of experiment illustrated that permeability were 0.64 × 10 m(ε=30%),1.76 × 10 m(ε=37%) and 10.20 × 10 m(ε=44%) respectively,which are quite similar to the value both of calculation and computer ***,results indicate that the permeability substantially affected by porosity and both size and shape of filling particles into SiC preform.

Avoiding the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)effect is very important concern for wrought Mg-Li *** this study,the special PLC effect was found in rolled Mg-5Li-3Al-2Zn(LAZ532)alloy during tensile and compressive *** observing microstructure evolution of the alloy during tensile and compressive deformation,it was found that prismaticand pyramidalslips were activated during tensile deformation,resulting in plenty of dislocation *** the deformation process after compressive yielding,the deformations in coarse grains and fine grains were dominated by{1012}extension twinning and grain boundary slip,*** on experimental result analysis,the sudden appearance of PLC effect in the later stage of axial tensile deformation(along rolled direction)was caused by interaction between solute atoms and *** the process of axial compressive deformation(along rolled direction),PLC effect presented the complex and changeable phenomenon of appeared-disappeared-appeared,which was mainly caused by the continuous nucleation of twin in the material,the activation of grain boundary slip and the shear deformation of twin,respectively.
