Objective: To discuss the effect and molecular mechanism of mi R-146 a on the proliferation of lung cancer cells by targeting and regulating the macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) gene. Methods: RT-PCR was employed to detect expression of mi R-146a; immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MIF. The luciferase reporter gene technique was adopted to verify that MIF was the specific reverse target gene of mi R-146 a and the liposome LipofectamineTM2000 was employed to transfer the modeled mi R-146 a mimics, and mi R-146 a negative control(NC) in NSCLC cells to detect the expression of MIF m RNA and protein. MTT assay was used to detect cell viability, cloning technique to detect cell proliferation ability, Annexin V-PI to detect cell apoptosis, UV spectrophotometry to detect viability of cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase 3(Caspase 3), and western blot to detect expression of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) in cells. Results: The expression of mi R-146 a in NSCLC lung tissues was lower than that in the normal lung tissues besides the lung cancer; while the expression of mi R-146 a in NSCLC cells was lower than that in normal human embryonic lung tissues. It was chosen as the subsequent cell line for its appropriate expression in A549. The expression of MIF protein in NSCLC lung tissues was higher than that in the normal lung tissues besides the lung cancer. The luciferase reporter gene proved that MIF was the reverse target gene of mi R-146 a. The mi R-146 a mimics were transfected into A549 cells through the liposome. Compared with NC group, the expression of MIF protein and m RNA was significantly decreased(P<0.01), with the decrease in the cell viability(P<0.01), the decrease in the number of clones(P<0.01), cell apoptosis(P<0.01), the increase in the activity of Caspase 3(P<0.01), and decrease in the phosphorylation of NF-κB p65(P<0.01). A sample containing different regions with poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL), oriented polyethylene (PE), and oriented isotactic polypropylene (iPP) films in contact with glass slide has been prepared to be observed in the same view field in an optical microscope and the crystallization of PCL in different regions during cooling from 80 °C down to room temperature at a rate of 1 °C·min^-1 was studied. The results showed that the crystallization of PCL started first at the PE surface and then at the iPP surface, while its bulk crystallization occured much later. This indicates that though both PE and iPP are active in nucleating PCL, the nucleation ability of PE is stronger than that of iPP. This was due to a better lattice matching between PCL and PE than that between PCL and iPP. Moreover, since lattice matching existed between every (hk0) lattice planes of both PCL and PE but only between the (100)PCL and (010)iPP lattice planes, the uniaxial orientation feature of the used PE and iPP films resulted in the existence of much more active nucleation sites of PCL on PE than on iPP. This led to the fact that the nucleation density of PCL at PE surface was so high that the crystallization of PCL at PE surface took place in a way like the film developing process with PCL microcrystallites happened everywhere with crystallization proceeding simultaneously. On the other hand, even though iPP also enhanced the nucleation density of PCL evidently, the crystallization of PCL at iPP surface included still a nucleation and crystal growth processes similar to that of its bulk crystallization.

Design and development of advanced electrocatalysts with high performance and low Pt consumption are crucial for reducing the kinetic energy barrier of the cathode oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and improving the efficiency of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC).In this study,we demonstrate a Pb-modulated PtCo system for efficient ORR,in which the inclusion of Pb in ternary alloys induces dislocation defects due to the significant difference in atomic ***-PtCoPb was confirmed to exhibit significantly higher ORR activity and stability in acidic *** practical PEMFC applications,it outperforms the corresponding commercial Pt/C with a mass activity of 0.58 A·mgPt^(-1),making it a promising alternative to state-of-the-art Pt-based *** combination of experimental results and density functional theory(DFT)calculations offers valuable atomic-level insights into the dislocation *** with a larger atomic radius is located in the lattice stretching region below the dislocation slip plane,forming a structure similar to a Cottrell atmosphere,which reduces the dislocation energy and puts the system in a lower energy *** Cottrell atmosphere pins the dislocation structure and stabilizes the ternary *** adjusting the amount of added Pb,a moderate level of dislocation density induces a tuned strain effect,thereby enhancing the electrocatalytic mechanism by optimizing the electronic structure of the alloy surface and the adsorption and desorption of oxygen *** work provides valuable insights into the design and development of lattice dislocation defect structures to trigger strain effects for improving ORR performance.

With the gradual popularization of 5G communications,the application of multi-antenna broadcasting technology has become ***,this study aims to investigate the wireless covert communication in the two-user cooperative multi-antenna broadcast *** focus on the issue that the deteriorated reliability and undetectability are mainly affected by the transmission *** tackle this issue,we design a scheme based on beamforming to increase the reliability and undetectability of wireless covert communication in the multi-antenna broadcast *** first modeled and analyzed the cooperative multi-antenna broadcasting system,and put forward the target *** we use the SCA(successive convex approximation)algorithm to transform the target problem into a series of convex *** the convex problems are solved and the covert channel capacity is *** order to verify the effectiveness of the scheme,we conducted simulation *** simulation results show that the proposed beamforming scheme can effectively improve the reliability and undetectability of covert communication in multi-antenna broadcast channels.

Generating a realistic person's image from one source pose conditioned on another different target pose is a promising computer vision *** previous mainstream methods mainly focus on exploring the transformation relationship between the keypoint-based source pose and the target pose,but rarely investigate the region-based human semantic *** current methods that adopt the parsing map neither consider the precise local pose-semantic matching issues nor the correspondence between two different *** this study,a Region Semantics-Assisted Generative Adversarial Network(RSA-GAN)is proposed for the pose-guided person image gen-eration *** particular,a regional pose-guided semantic fusion module is first devel-oped to solve the imprecise match issue between the semantic parsing map from a certain source image and the corresponding keypoints in the source *** well align the style of the human in the source image with the target pose,a pose correspondence guided style injection module is designed to learn the correspondence between the source pose and the target *** addition,one gated depth-wise convolutional cross-attention based style integration module is proposed to distribute the well-aligned coarse style information together with the precisely matched pose-guided semantic information to-wards the target *** experimental results indicate that the proposed RSA-GAN achieves a 23%reduction in LPIPS compared to the method without using the seman-tic maps and a 6.9%reduction in FID for the method with semantic maps,respectively,and also shows higher realistic qualitative results.

Subnatural-linewidth single photons are of vital importance in quantum optics and quantum information *** to previous research, it appears difficult to utilize resonance fluorescence to generate single photons with subnatural linewidth. Here we propose a universally applicable approach to generate fluorescent single photons with subnatural linewidth, which can be implemented based on Λ-shape and similar energy ***, the general condition to obtain fluorescent single photons with subnatural linewidth is *** single-photon linewidth can be easily manipulated over a broad range by external fields, which can be several orders of magnitude smaller than the natural linewidth. Our study can be easily implemented in various physical platforms with current experimental techniques and will significantly facilitate the research on the quantum nature of resonance fluorescence and the technologies in quantum information science.

To facilitate the coordinated and large-scale participation of residential flexible loads in demand response(DR),a load aggregator(LA)can integrate these loads for *** this study,a residential DR optimization scheduling strategy was formulated considering the participation of flexible loads in ***,based on the operational characteristics of flexible loads such as electric vehicles,air conditioners,and dishwashers,their DR participation,the base to calculate the compensation price to users,was determined by considering these loads as virtual energy *** was quantified based on the state of virtual energy storage during each time ***,flexible loads were clustered using the K-means algorithm,considering the typical operational and behavioral characteristics as the cluster ***,the LA scheduling strategy was implemented by introducing a DR mechanism based on the directrix *** simulation results demonstrate that the proposed DR approach can effectively reduce peak loads and fill valleys,thereby improving the load management performance.
